401  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [INFO] Signature Campaign [Hanya Pembayaran Bitcoin]| Ter-Update !!! on: February 01, 2024, 01:20:32 AM

Tpi kayaknya sih aman ya pindah campaign selama masih satu manager yang sama. sekarang duelbits duelarena ganti duelbit futures gajiya enak disana sih wkwkkw.
402  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: February 01, 2024, 01:15:59 AM
That is crazy number now they have more than 50 right. I recently watched there is gambling provider that have multiple type and that including political gamble that insane  Grin so they can predict who president gonna elect and etc.

do you think duelbits will launch political betting at some point? or other kinds of prediction markets?
that would be really interesting and probably attract even more users to use the platform

even expanding the sports betting to more styles and different sports but this part is probably harder to do than political betting or some world events.

I don't know but it would be great if there any 1xbet is still have and ads everywhere and they offer political bet  Grin.

But if Duelbits give a shot maybe it gonna crazy so bet against the government, like today's news the FED decision against the Inflation rate if there any people can bet the decision that been made by FED is the inflation going up or down or stay the same. hahahha tho is just idea

Im a programmer and i have a VPS, so you think i can put something there instead of using a virtual machine at my own computer?

You are a programmer then the technical thing is not a problem. Yes you can set your electrum on your VPS as long you can secure it lock Port 22 and just log in using Certificate key.

However, if I were you Im gonna setup 2 Wallet Hot Wallet and Cold Wallet the Hot wallet is a wallet that you are gonna do transactions daily so put 10-20% of your portfolio and cold wallet is wallet with additional security like hardware wallet and use it as hold wallet.

For the Metamask no need for VPS to run it you can directly setup on a phone and browser extension and use it as a hot wallet. and you good to goo

You can not win if you do not risk? we all make the the decision and take a risk do gamble or not because

Life basically is a gamble bro, we cant see the future and every decision can lead you a different story. Anyway back to the real gambling only do gamble with amount that you can afford to lose. That is the risk win or not that is gonna be fine after it. and yes we cannot win If we don't take the risk but no matter big or small the risk we need to think about it
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pay off DEBT by do Gambling? think again before you loss more on: January 31, 2024, 02:41:17 AM
The valuable message that can be taken from my friend above is never take risks to gamble to pay off your debts, the pressure is very big, the chance is very small that you can pay off your debts, often you end up losing even more and losing your money. look for loans, sell your valuables or look for part-time work to pay off your debts, is a good way rather than playing the small money you have in gambling

That is really not a good decision he made, I mean it just like you have said the chance to win is very small. Besides that he just lost all of it instead add the sum of his money to pay the debt he will now own nothing.
and I do believe know he had some depression lost in gambling but the debt still there.

Is he have gambling addiction?
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling for fun vs gambling for the financial benefit. on: January 31, 2024, 02:26:10 AM
gambling for fun vs gambling for the financial benefit. Gambling is fun until you lose and get addicted from it.

But seriously what make gamble is fun sometimes because our prediction was right or we just basically playing game the different is all of this activities involving money and you win this is very good and you might think as your main source income just a glimpse

but i do believe people here do gamble just for fun
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Confusion About Insider Gambling on: January 31, 2024, 02:04:30 AM
Quote
In football, insider trading could involve a player, coach, or other official using confidential information, such as team news, injuries, or other details about the match, to place bets on the outcome of the game. This could potentially give them an unfair advantage and compromise the integrity of the game.

Aren't team news, injuries, and other match details usually openly available on the internet and through sports bookies for gamblers to use when placing bets?. Also, do these officials typically place their bets through sports bookies or among themselves?

Did you ever heard about in-match-fixing there is some cases in my country that I don't want to proud of but here is the thing and the document CORRUPTION IN MATCH-FIXING WITHIN SPORTS: THE NEED TO REGULATE FUTURE LEGISLATION - https://scholarhub.ui.ac.id/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1023&context=ilrev

So basically it's possible to bribe A team and B team to make the goal or penalty or everything but this might cost a lot. and "Betting with inside information gives the knowledge holder an unfair advantage because they made a betting decision based on additional information that was not available to the general public." - https://www.armstronglegal.com.au/criminal-law/nsw/offences/summary/bet-with-inside-information/

So its like win win situation for insider and the broker
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling addiction lead to domestic violence? on: January 31, 2024, 01:45:57 AM
Being addicted to gambling can be a thorn in the flesh. We have heard many bad behavior from gambling addicts that shows that gambling is a serious concern requiring serious efforts at curbing it. Many casinos also include in their disclaimer "gamble responsibly" and this shows the danger of gambling addiction.

However, I'm wondering if addiction can make someone become aggressive to the point of leading to domestic violence. Has there been any known case of it happening? Lets know what you have to say.

Can gambling addiction lead to domestic violence? The simple answer is yes and you might know the case that someone might hurt someone else and the cause is gambling addiction. There is also a study about it.

"Research demonstrates a consistent, significant relationship between problem gambling and IPV. In a review of 14 studies, 36.5% of people experiencing problem gambling acknowledged perpetrating physical IPV, while 38.1% had been subjected to physical IPV" - https://bmcwomenshealth.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12905-023-02316-0

"Research suggests that gambling related violence does occur, and often manifests in domestic violence incidents, as gamblers may take out their anger over gambling losses on their partners1. Furthermore, experiencing traumatic events has been found to be related to problem gambling." - https://dbhdd.georgia.gov/sites/dbhdd.georgia.gov/files/imported/DBHDD/AD/Gambling/trauma_09_11.pdf
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Two casinos with Curaçao license but with different restricted territories list on: January 31, 2024, 01:33:35 AM
I think the Curacao license is not universal I mean is like they have the same name but a different form. So Curaçao A doesn't accept 10 countries while Curaçao B accepts 100 countries tho is just my opinion and you may check again.

Second, the gambling site decided not to put the country on the restricted list simply because the restricted list had a different rule, and it was not easy to gain a license from that. Just like the Centralized Exchange, there is some exchanges that are legal in the US and some that are not. So maybe gaining a license from those countries is hard or the company needs to put a lot of work into it.
410  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Should Binance users be worried over the exchange? on: January 30, 2024, 04:19:39 AM
Should Binance users be worried over the exchange? Just opinion when you put money on centralized exchange then you should worried about it, especially in this case binance has struggled to fight with the SEC and CZ to step down from the CEO position.
You do not have to leave any crypto in Binance if you do not want to trade. You can trade with an amount of 1% to 3% of your entire investment and withdraw profits periodically to your cold storage, as short-term trading with a rate of 1% to 3% will not pose a problem if you lose it all, in the worst case scenario make the percentage 20%.
For long-term trading such as BTC/USDT, you need to deposit and withdraw currencies after conversion and then do this every few months.

10-20% I think its safe allocation to put on exchange just use as a trade only and I agree with you. when we take profit just withdraw it again.

Tho Binance is such a big exchange and what happened to binance might sake the world of cryptocurrency. according to coingecko and coinmarketcap the binance still at the top of number one exchange in the world
This is true, but if a problem occurs, it may take years to recover the money, and you may not be able to do that, and the basis of cryptocurrencies is that you should not trust a third party.

That is why I am saying that if there something happens on binance let's say binance had the same issue with fix there will be a blood bath in crypto industry. and binance might notice it carefully so I just hope that is not gonna happen.

and it will take year to recovery same as ftx and same as mtgox
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in meme coins is worthy or not? on: January 30, 2024, 04:14:48 AM

That moment is really hard to catch How to find potential memecoin It all sudden anonymous creating a new memecoin and there is people who bought it early and some big centralized exchange start to notice it and boom the price already touch 1000% from initial price.

Is there any group that can see a potential to become big in the future  Grin Grin
It is really difficult to pre-predict unlisted altcoins but even more difficult to predict meme coins. But I can't say for sure if there is any possible meme coin in the future that will increase in price much in the future? From time to time some meme coins come into the market which gives people a lot of profit. All these opportunities can be grabbed only by those who invest with maximum risk.

It's really hard especially since most of the meme coins happen on decentralized exchanges and there are a ton of tokens created every day so the risk is crazy high so if there is a group than can predict that thing Im gonna in and go all in all the time.
412  Economy / Gambling / Re: My betting strategies on: January 30, 2024, 04:10:41 AM
I'm rarely bet on sports although some people say that sports gambling is more profitable than other gambling it is because I know little about sport. and i don't really have strategies for gambling all I know is just all in and try my luck hahahha just joke tho.

My favorite games are Crash Mines and Blackjack so in Crash I just stop below x2 sometimes only 1.04x but in this area, you rarely get busted.

in Mines i just put 1 Mines and click whatever tiles and usually it safe and pick only 1-5 max tiles

414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to stop on: January 30, 2024, 03:32:19 AM
One of the most important factor of a successful gambler is to know when to stop, most gamblers expecially the addictive type don't even know what is stop when it comes to gambling. So it's very important to;
* Stop when your losing is now getting to you.
* Stop when you are now feeling as is you can't do without gambling.

and yes the point is if you feel enough stop is needed set tight budget for the next time or just drop it all

* Stop when you have a big winning, by channeling the money somewhere else so you won't lose it back to gambling.

I always tell everyone to channel the money after winning, if you made a jackpot lets say 200K and you live in a country like Indonesia you can make a passive income without doing anything by investing in some stock or country obligation you can get decent 4-30% APY on so this is the best bet in my opinion.

* Stop when you are not even winning at all, it's not your thing.
* When your losing is weighing you down, stop and restrategize .

I quite agree with this especially when it comes to the gambling area, tho in other areas such a passion in a good way when you lose please don't stop until you find this is enough.

416  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sports betting arbitrage on: January 30, 2024, 02:16:33 AM
Yes, though be warned that casinos regularly check for behaviors relating to fraud and arbitrage so it's hard to really achieve this in this day and age unless you have friends whom you can trust holding your money and placing bets for you. There are tons of videos on YouTube explaining how arbitrage can be achieved, although since those instructions/tutorials are out in the open, pretty sure the casinos already know how to spot possible arbitrage bettors.

So it's legal right because Im using different broker just play with the odd only or I missing something here

You can check this article if you wish to learn more about some types of betting: Arbitrage, Match & Value Betting Explained - https://www.gosubetting.com/blog/betting-guides/arbitrage-match-value-betting-explained/
You need to have as many accounts as possible... it's important to have accounts in casinos that use different bookies, it's how you find that difference in odds. If you have accounts in casinos that use the same bookies the odds will be the same.

I think there are videos about it, but if you wish to get more involved in this you need some specialized services:

Thanks for the link Im gonna check it out, some dude says its highly profitable tho Im gonna check it out first with small money maybe before go all in and beat the market or be beaten by the market hahahah thanks everyone
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Asian Cup 2023 Prediction and Discussion on: January 30, 2024, 01:31:30 AM
Yes, Indonesia failed and was sad because it was defeated by Iraq, but after winning against Vietnam, Indonesia's sadness has now been healed and healed.

The match against Japan is of course a tough match for Indonesia because Japan is a strong team, and when Japan played against Vietnam, Japan successfully won the match with a score of 4-2 and this is proof that Japan is a strong team because they managed to beat Vietnam.

and today Indonesia will compete against Japan, I think the Indonesian fans must be ready to watch the match between Indonesia and Japan, I hope the match goes smoothly. I think Shin Tae-yong now has a tough task because Japan is a strong opponent for Indonesia. I hope Shin Tae-yong can make a good formation and I think Indonesia must also be able to take advantage of opportunities when the ball is close to the Japanese goal. However, I am sure that the Indonesian national team will appear confident in the match against Japan.

The Indonesian national team will play its final match in Group D of the 2023 Asian Cup against the Japanese national team and this will be a life and death match for Indonesia. This match will be exciting because both countries need points to ensure they qualify for the round of 16, and I will not miss this match because it will definitely be exciting to watch.
And both teams are guaranteed to field their best squad, Japan seems to be the favorite because Japan is categorized as the strongest country in the 2023 Asian Cup. However, it looks like Indonesia will also try to balance the game and also strengthen its defense and make good use of counter-attack opportunities.

Ok new update guys Indonesia lose against Japan

and you all already know that Japan is tough and the result was 3 against 1.

Situation is currently very interesting even we have fair chance for the Indonesia to qualify but still this all depend on few other results as well right now three teams are in contest and Oman which is at the bottom can jump with Bahrain having tough match against Jordan and Indonesia is going to face Japan which is not predictable any team can win and go through but who is going it's not clear due to too much hype mostly feeling Indonesia will be strong, but everything is possible while Japan will also give their best and Oman will also go against Kyrgyzstan with their full force for having chance to go through.

Japan is currently not strong as we have them in past which is surely giving good advantage to Indonesia but still it's never been easy for them to win against them and go through directly into next round they perform extraordinary if they want to have chance.

We fight against the Australia but you know it will be also a tough game

and the result is out that 4 Australia and 1 Indonesia, but that is totally fine since this is a new achievement for our country so nothing to lose. Just hope we are gonna win next time.

418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you preffer your dealer talkative or not? on: January 30, 2024, 01:14:29 AM
Liking the talking of the dealer is something that could depend a little on the kind of person the gambler is in terms of aspects such as introversy. Some persons like a talkative dealer because it makes the gamble seem more like a fun and interactive game than just a profit minded game. Some persons could even be of the opinion that   talkative dealers could affect their thoughts during that period of time in a positive manner.
Others may see it as a distraction that could hinder their winning odds. This is because of the fact that probably these set of persons prefer a silent environment to help them calculate better.

Yeah sometimes I just like both ways when I play gamble and feel bored Im totally fine if the dealer is talkative or not. and like you have said before sometimes it makes the game more fun and seems interactive even tho only the dealer that talk and we are not. Besides that usually, I choose the house game blackjack against a computer when I'm not feeling good and find the peace and quiet.

At the end of the day, talkative dealer or not is a personal opinion and there will always be a live card game with talkative dealer or not. So yeah everything will back to our personal.

420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AMA: I Operate an Online Casino on: January 28, 2024, 02:26:47 AM
How much revenue that gambling site can earn in a year? Because some companies is not publicly trade then the data is not be shared anywhere So I'm just curious. are they can be loss in revenue or just always profit

There are hundreds of casinos that are a publicly trading company, but people don't know that, and as a publicly trading company they have to disclose their EBIT-a. Betsson is one example, and you can always check out their investor calls and how much money they make. Just keep in mind that they own 10+ brands. In their latest report from last year, they've earned a bit more than 50 Million in 1 quarter, so within 1 year that would be around 200 Million. Here's a link to it: https://www.betssonab.com/en/press/betsson-ab-publ-trading-update-second-quarter-2023-2143785

Thanks for the Answer and I just barely knew that there is a casino that publicly traded. I just thought maybe all casinos is always profit so they don't need additional funds from other people.

But they can still lose right? I just opened the link you gave me and opened yahoo financial that they still have debt too. My imagination is when you operating gambling site it awalys give you pure profit without loss
