Edgless and Gambleo both are doing good , gaining transaction and entering the gambling industry with a bang Edgeless is better than Gambleo, Gambleo published after Edgeless, so I think they stole our concept to make money from ICO using Edgeless hype and gambling signature campaign. You can expect more ICOs trying to coming up soon trying to be the next best gambling DAPP. First it was Vdice. Second Edgless and Gambleo. I feel only the early ones will survive and flourish. The rest of them will a hard time to gain market share. Online gambling is becoming highly competitive despite the huge size and growth potential. Only a team with vision, knowledge and experience can make a statement. I believe Edgeless team has these qualities.

We can't say who exactly is selling bitcoins. It would make sense for the Winklevoss twins to book some partial profits and also for the traders and even investors because bitcoin has rallied well from $700 to about $1300 levels. With ETF being rejected and news of bitcoin unlimited, what better time can someone get for booking profits?

I was wondering which was the FIRST Signature Campaign in this forum and what was the bounty or reward given to the participants. Was it be like 10 bitcoins per post for jr. member or something? (DAMN!)
Could anyone post the link if the page exists. I couldn't find after googling it.
It would have been something crazy, back then I guess people got some killer rates (which at the time weren't that much). I remember Primedice was a great paying gig, Stunna did a good job, I think at some point it was possible to make 1 BTC a month. maybe in early bitcointalk launch and bitcoin launch too if posible can get reward very high, because bitcoin price in early launch is very cheap, iam hear in early lauhch bitcoin someone buy pizza with price 10k bitcoin That "someone buy pizza with 10K bitcoin" was the first bitcoin transaction for physical goods. Even before that, I have heard many early adopters would give out 10 to 100 bitcoin to new users who are interested to learn more about bitcoin. Obviously, this was way back when bitcoin had any market value.

1) Any main differences within them and what's their best strength against each other?
2) As i know block time for BTC is averaging at 10 minute and recently if you sent not enough fees your transaction takes really long time. I remember i read an article about ETH transaction just take within 15 seconds and the opposite will receive, is that true? I only uses BTC to transact. How about Dash?
Thanks!
ETH has faster confirmation and cheaper transaction charge than bitcoin. I use mainly ethereum to trade and to make payments. Only if the other party demands bitcoin, I go for it. Right now, I think ETH ans ETC has more chances for appreciation. Both these platforms need to make a killer DAPP and that is enough to drive up the prices. ETH has already have some Dapps such as Vslice. ETC will soon follow. Honestly, DASH and MONERO may also do well. But I haven't cared to look into them.

Definitely, Trading is unpredictable. Market will do what is wants and doesn't care what positions you have taken. It is your job to fix the price target and stoploss before taking a trade. This way you don't let the market get the better out of you.

This is a very good move to promote bitcoin in India. I think all bitcoin enthusiasts would promote this event and be a part of it. Looking forward to see more events in future.

10 bitcoins per post lol, it could have been if signature campaign were active in the year 2009-2010. i found an old thread of primedice signature campaign( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=215769.msg2264485#msg2264485). it was a fixed campaign, not pay per post. lol! yeah! 10 btc per post does sound insane. But I am just saying out the possibilities. I heard there was a faucet sites back in the days where users could claim about 2 to 5 btc. Not sure about this. I think this question would only be correctly answered by very early users such as "theymos"

ICN is stable as rock. I would panic about Bitcoin. Their devs have a little war going on between themselves.... throwing zero day hacks in their faces. It could explode any moment and collapse the price.... so I sold all my BTC to ICN yesterday till this settles. Just check https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/ and https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/You're right my friend, bitcoin is all set to have a hard fork, at least that is what it looks like down the road. So it is better to shift into stable alt coins such as Iconomi and others than to risk holding bitcoin. Bitcoin can correct back to $1000 or even lower if there is a hard fork.

Thanks for this update, Op! It's good to see Zack! Okay....I like the way this guy thinks. His perspective is good. It's exactly what I think this space needs and the direction I believe the future is heading. I like the big picture here! I believe this guy is thinking a few steps ahead and he's on the right track....doubling down now. This is the time for wise investors to start buying heavily into SNGLS token and be ready to add more if it corrects and also be prepared to hold it for 3 to 4 years to see Singular DTV evolving into a billion dollar platform. Now, this is a dream but, it is a dream worthy enough to supported, developed and promoted. SNGLS are up 25% today, looks like smart money is starting to accumulate SNGLS token.

"A" writes a "smart contract" on Ethereum. Since "A" isn't perfect his "smart contract" isn't either. "B" finds the bug in "A" "smart contract." "B" steals "A" ETH. Repeat... Repeat... Repeat... ETH goes to $0!
Haha..Nice one. But ETH going to $0 is not going to happen soon. It still has good demand and many whales are holding it. There are many supporters who believe that ETH has got a good core team. Lots of Dapps are being developed on the ETH blockchain which brings in more demand for ETH. We will have to wait and see what the future will be for ETH.

Based on my study, it would be better to have ETC, XMR, NXT, VSL, ICN and SNGLS in your portfolio for now. You can flip them after 4 to 6 months or hold on to 2 years time frame and see for yourself. The future is for the next killer Dapp and I think VSL, ICN and SNGLS has potential. ETC, XMR and NXT has some more room to appreciate in value.

I don't think it's going to be possible in the least for someone living their everyday life to use bitcoin at all the stores and such that they use. That's besides the fact of the issues that the bitcoin network faces due to the intense amount of people that are using it now, which doesn't even stack up to the amount of people that are in the world today.
Imagine trying to sell the idea of someone using some digital currency to buy a Coffee which is $5.00 and they're going to have to pay 10 percent (.50 cents) To the network in order to get the transcation to go through in a timely fashion (still not instant)
This person is simply going to ask why can't they use their credit card, debit card, cash, or anything along the lines of that which is going to be an instant done and finished right there.
Point accepted. The average Joe and Jane prefer to use cash or debit/credit cards to do their shopping. Even many crypto traders and investors prefer to hold on to their bitcoin as use it as an investment and not as a currency. But there are few people who promote bitcoin as a currency to outsiders. I do feel that in the next 10 years or so, we can see a change in this trend and more new people will join the bitcoin network and do more transactions with it.

I earn my fair share of bitcoin mainly from investing and positional trading. Not much of a day trader. Just learn to read the chart and find the trend. Buy low and sell high. Don't get tensed. Stay cool and you will be fine. And there are time when I rely on signature campaign bounty to earn some altcoins which I sell for bitcoin.

It appears that others are starting to move on the direction that they see fit with the current situation of Bitcoin now. Whether it'd be SegWit or BU, one thing is sure to happen and we should be prepared for it. Price of BTC will get hit by these changes and would drop into a 700-900 dollars zone. That's a conservative prediction and depends on the acceptance of the people. At least, someone's breaking the status quo that we have right now. We should move forward and tackle this problem head on if we wanted our beloved Bitcoin to survive. What's the best online wallet to have when the Hard Fork happens? Blockchain? Trezor? No wonder why Dash and ETH is getting pumped hard. It seems like investors are flipping bitcoin to altcoins after foreseeing the chances for heavy correction . I wonder how things will be going forward, would love to see bitcoin above $1000 mark whatever happens, fork or no fork. In case of a hard fork I think it would be better to go with Blockchain wallet than Trezor. Any other opinion guys?

I think Humaniq will not have successfull ICO, Who think like me?
I beg to disagree with you. Humaniq can raise a good amount that can be used to implement their vision. I am not saying they will make a new record in raising funds or anything but I don't see as to why they should fail. We need projects like Humaniq to help out people who are outside and who don't enjoy the privilege that we take for granted.

It depends if you really want to hack gambling website it always depende on the code that they use and if it is vulnerable and you could be a great hacker if you really did it. I think there are some website that they maipulate it self and then they're saying that they fucked up by some hackers to get those bitcoin of ours.
There are several risks when it comes to running a casino and protecting it from hackers is a serious tasks as any exploits are to be found and corrected before hackers take advantage of it. There are some cases were owners of casinos try to take profits out for themselves by using shady practices like the one you mentioned. This is why there are new Daaps such as Edgeless and Vslice designed to bring in more transparency.

Hey Cryptocurrency enthusiasts,
I'm a miner , and i make 6 and 7 GPU mining rigs for altcoins (monero ,etc, zec ). I can post pictures of mining rigs etc to interested parties. kindly PM me for more info.
Most efficient miners today are : 7 rx470 4gb miners..giving approximately 5000 h/s for monero , 200 h/s for ethhash.
MINERS include :
1) 6 or 7 gpus (Rx 470s ) 2) Motherboard 3) 1200 watts psu unit 4) SSD 5) ram 6) Custom built wooden + aluminium frame 7) pre installed mining software 8)6 cooling fans 9) plug and play option also available
Price of 6 gnu mining rig (brand new) = rs 210,000 Price of 7 gnu mining rig (brand new) = rs 230,000 Inclusive of manufacturer warranties.
Hi, It would be awesome if you post come pictures of your rigs. I have seen someone from India offering to give a somewhat similar configuration for about 1.35 lakhs. But they don't have 6 cooling fans . And since you are a newbie it would be best to have an escrow. No hard feelings!

Why is there no explanation from the devs here on testnet delay? Is DECENT a scam coin?
Do not prematurely call developers scammers, they are public people and will not expose themselves to the risk of being attracted for illegal actions. I'd be surprised they were scammers. I do not think so. They have all good guys' faces and they have been doing an excellent job. I imagine that they would have been delayed and little more but could have warned the general public. Possibly and hopefully tomorrow they will say something about it. DECENT is backed by legend team so that I don't think there is something wrong with this delay. Most likely there will be some bugs as usually appear in big projects. Soon we will get access to testnet.
You guys are right. They have nice face pictures and a legend team and that gives strong assurance that they wont run with 5000BTC Lets wait for their explanation. Unfortunately in the world of crypto, there are very little things that can give confidence in a coin and dev team and give trust that a dev team exist. Delivery on a commitment is on of those key things and non-delivery erodes that little bit of trust they have at their disposal. If that was important to the dev team, they would have posted something here by now. Give them some time. Something tells me that they would share some updates by this week itself. I was also looking for some communication from the team on this page. But lets stay calm and not call decent a scam coin so soon.
