81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 7k usdt on: January 17, 2024, 03:12:49 PM
All he needs is to find way for safest investments because if not then you will be a loser
all your life as 7k is more than enough to start with.
I agree, for some people investing in crypto, 7k is a modest number, but for those with difficult backgrounds, it is more than enough funds to start. There is no absolutely safe way to invest, but 7k based on a safe strategy, Bitcoin, ETH, BNB, SOL are a good choice. He can certainly consider entry entry options or apply DCA if necessary. It is possible that with many different ways and flexible portfolio combinations can bring higher profits.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your Favorite Altcoin and Why? on: January 16, 2024, 03:32:08 PM
ETH is my favorite altcoin, but BNB and SOL are also my preferred categories. Although it can't be judged by profits compared to new altcoins and fomo trends, speaking of favorites, those are my best coins. Plus, I made some bad decisions and had some complicated failures with them. Lol
83  Economy / Economics / Re: Reasons for personal financial accountability? on: January 16, 2024, 02:25:59 PM
I think, when growing up, everyone must be responsible for their own personal finances. It comes from many reasons, circumstances, and age that it becomes more important such as: managing spending, building Stable life, have a budget to reserve for risks of life events, and future orientation. When you have a family and children, this issue becomes even more important. I have a family, 2 sons and everything for me needs to be managed, mixed with my finances.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to invest AI coins? on: January 16, 2024, 01:02:36 PM
AI coins have a lot of potential and innovation, but they also face many challenges and risks,
Yes, In fact, AI is being applied in many aspects that are beneficial to humans such as robotics, data analysis, simulation, weather forecasting... AI is still a new industry but the potential for practical application will increase. Decided to accept the risk, I invested a little in AI, technology is always creative and innovative, that can be compatible with AI for better application. Who knows, AI may create a big enough attraction in the future.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would it be like owning a Bitcoin in 2024? on: January 15, 2024, 03:08:01 PM
True Bitcoin has had a massive turn since 2013 and was one of the year with benefits for Bitcoin investors or holders it started with $13.3 in 2013 and by October crossed over $200 unlike 2012 which was not too outstanding.

Today bitcoin is about $45,474 per dollar and many cryptocurrencies are now been generated to compete greatly with Bitcoin, leaving the fact that it is the most known  cryptocurrency most individuals are still been illiterate about it.

Although I have not yet owned Bitcoin, I understand that investing in Bitcoin is a great idea but as like others, it is not a 100% guarantee. And if owned should be stored in a non custodian wallet for safety, I would love to begin my Bitcoin journey and appreciate lots of ideas and advice from this family.

So what is your take about this, would you advise on owning Bitcoin in 2024 or do you see it as a total risk?

When long-term goals and results are important, buying bitcoin at this time is risk-free. 99 days until halving and be patient with market making intentions for ETFs becoming clear. I think buying bitcoin as I decided to accumulate it right now is not bad. The decline in price following the bitcoin ETF was predictable, but it was also an opportunity to take advantage. Then we will think about ATH in 2025.
86  Economy / Economics / Re: How to stay poor! on: January 15, 2024, 02:24:35 PM
I think personality partly determines their behavior, lifestyle, thoughts, and mindset. I think [1] and [2] are people I often meet in real life, at work and in my family. I have a sister who is carefree and spends very freely even though she only has one job and does not have a large enough source of additional income to accumulate for the family. I'm the opposite, I'm not carefree, my spending is too wasteful but I also don't have any additional sources of income outside of my main job. So investing in bitcoin, cryptocurrency and this can give me an additional source of income. Hopefully it will create a large enough source of income in the future to escape the current difficulty, deadlock
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think will be the next hype in crypto? on: January 15, 2024, 01:35:17 PM
The hype is ready but make sure you know your emotions, ordinal is creating new catalysts, it's about time AI, Defi, gamefi, the metaverse could come back and explode, it could come sooner but Definitely patient and always observant. At the same time, L2 will receive great attention
I think this is the right time to look for the next exciting thing
88  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable? on: January 14, 2024, 03:24:46 PM
Personally, I find both of these areas trustworthy. The point is that you must clearly understand your type of investment and the time to start is also very important. Crypto is more flexible in terms of investment capital, while real estate is the opposite in terms of large capital resources, even requiring mortgage to borrow from banks. The economy is going into recession in 2023 and may last until 2024, so arranging issues to choose capital sources and types of investment is important. I prefer investing in cryptocurrencies for this reason.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: help me choose the best possible ALTCOINS for 2024/2025 on: January 14, 2024, 02:19:42 PM
I have my share of doubt with ORDI with so many people opposing the ordinal inscription,
I think, the market is very well translating the opportunities placed on bitcoin. Brc 20 development after the taproot upgrade may have created an opportunity for creativity, and change, in bitcoin to be more accepted by the free market. It is possible that the scaling trends on bitcoin could explode further after ORDI. Maybe L2, gamefi, metaverse can also explore on bitcoin. I think the issue of protests or rising gas fees on bitcoin will soon be resolved in some way
im looking into ALTCOINS i wont to invest into projects such as AI , GAMING , DEFI  - do you recommend any other SECTORS ?
I'm not sure about your investment ideas, have you considered some additional projects like brc20, L2, meme,… or focused on how to hold ETH, BNB, SOL, ATOM. I guess you may have answers for your purposes and investment strategies that are suitable for you.
90  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the end of excitement on: January 14, 2024, 01:48:05 PM
I have been buying small amounts of bitcoin for over 10 years. While I was always knew bitcoin would grow I did hope that some events might make it jump up in price say 3 to 5 times. Events like etf approval, a harvening etc. I still remember those charts that had predicted supersonic prices by now. But now read that both the etf and harvening aew now priced in and yet the price is not even an earlier all time high.

Does that mean the excitement days are over. Has bitcoin become boring in terms of big price fluctuations☹️

If you bought bitcoin and held it for 10 years, it's a stretch to say it hasn't gone up 3-5x Smiley Events unfold and you expect a huge pump instantly, which means you don't understand bitcoin very well , etf helps widen adoption, halving helps reduce inflation and increase long-term value. That's phenomenal, you just need to be patient to see the next ATH
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as P2P currency vs Bitcoin as an asset on: January 13, 2024, 03:36:10 PM
For me, Bitcoin is a free world, depending on how it is used, it will be applied that way. Meaning that for some people using it as a currency to convert, exchange, send/receive, pay... it will be a p2p currency and vice versa will be stored as an asset. Bitcoin has flexibility for any usage idea. That would be good for bitcoin, bitcoin should not be imposed as a framework.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Solana - Is it still good to buy or it's FOMO on: January 13, 2024, 03:03:58 PM
In my personal opinion, Sol is still in a good phase to buy, it shows adaptability and diversity to the trends that the market prefers, I am very optimistic about SOL going forward The most forward is after bitcoin halving (100 days from now) and the market will react, awareness of ETF is probably Sol ETF, Lol. HODL
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season coming soon? on: January 12, 2024, 02:23:53 PM
With the halving of Bitcoin around 2024, will we see an altcoin season? Yes, maybe, I'm optimistic we're going to enter a bull market very soon. Can't predict for sure how the altcoins will affect the market. Historically, the halving event has been associated with increases in the value of Bitcoin and this can increase investor interest in cryptocurrencies as a whole. This could lead to an altcoin season, where various altcoins will experience higher prices and increased trading volumes. However, the nature of the market can be dramatic, so it is not certain that a halving event will lead directly to an altcoin season.
Maybe? I think altcoins season will always happen as long as there is a bullrun season. When the price of Bitcoin can increase significantly, there will be a big hype in crypto space. This triggers the raise of altcoins prices, so it is very likely to happen. When the prices of most altcoins to rise significantly, it is what we call by "altcoins season".

If we learn the history of altcoins season, surely it has a big correlation with BTC halving and the huge increase of Bitcoin price. These 2 things influence the market trends, it lead to the altcoins season. So, it is not about how the altcoins to bring effect to the market but it is about how Bitcoin price trend to show its impact to the altcoin market.

Maybe that's the case. I also believe that the bitcoin trend consolidations accompanying the etf reaction could have an overall impact on market sentiment and open up opportunities for altcoins. Maybe once or twice this year, altcoin will race but not to an ATH peak. The peak is predicted to be 2025 and I have no doubt about that
94  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ETF Approval; Price dumps, what Next? on: January 12, 2024, 01:54:30 PM
I think the price correction will be similar to normal but ETF is good for the future of bitcoin and the crypto market as well. It's a significant step towards changing the perception and familiarity of bitcoin. We cannot expect strong pumping including subsequent reactions. In the long term, the value of bitcoin will remain optimistic.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think the altcoin bull run will begin in 2024? on: January 11, 2024, 03:51:29 PM
I'm obviously somebody who believes trading in altcoins is the right way to maximize profits. Now that we're getting close to a new Bitcoin bull cycle, I just wanted to know how soon do you think altcoins will take flight? Are you following the Altcoin Season Index?
I think the chances for altcoin runs remain intact. Right now is not the time but we can patiently consider it because BTC DOM is still very hot after the ETF. So maybe look at the big picture a little more then the opportunities for alt runs will be much brighter. It seems to be coming, I think it's the next interesting thing that could return for example the gamefi/metaverse trend could open the door.
96  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitcoinETF approval will possibly cause much bigger jump than most people expect on: January 11, 2024, 03:20:28 PM
Yeah, I believe that. The adoption of bitcoin etf will be a milestone for bitcoin, it creates a new era of true acceptance of bitcoin. It will erase the doubts that bitcoin has gone through. The only conviction that I see that bitcoin etf will bring is of great significance and importance.
There was no price shock or massive price pump after the bitcoin ETF was approved.
I won't get into the developments in value, but barring the SEC's damn X hack, there will be people who are upset.

98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 17, 2023, 02:56:39 PM

Surely everyone remembers the score of this match and yes it was the last Liverpool vs Manchester United meeting at Anfield with a very tragic score for the Red Devils. Seven goals without reply and that proves Liverpool's ball is merciless, especially against their eternal rival. History will be etched again in the next match which will also bring together the same match between Liverpool vs Manchester United at Anfiled and what will be the score in this match later?

If you look at the performance of the two teams, of course Liverpool is still the better one because not only are they at the top of the temporary EPL standings but they continue to conquer the winning trend. Time and time again Liverpool won games dramatically in the final minutes of the match and they did it with a winning mentality. Meanwhile, Manchester United continues to decline after last week losing to Bournemouth with a landslide score and in the Champions League they were eliminated after losing against Bayern Munich. The team coached by Erik Ten Hag seems to have no hope left and it is clear that Liverpool will win this match again, even with a landslide score considering that Onana still often makes blunders.
Man United's defeat last season by Liverpool was truly a very bitter memory for the Red Devils team. It is possible that Man United will try to avenge their defeat. But seeing how different the consistency of these two teams is in the current season will really make us suspect that Liverpool will most likely win the match again with the same score. In fact, I also prefer to bet on the home team, namely Liverpool. But I also hope that both teams can score goals. And if Man United can't score even one goal in this match then Man United will really be in the worst condition. I think it's unlikely something similar will happen. What I mean is big scores like last season. Maybe this time Liverpool will only win by not so much. like 3-1 or 2-0.
Looking at the past 16 rounds and performance, anyone would predict a comprehensive victory for Liverpool, but MU still has the only fulcrum which is the confrontation history, of 239 confrontations with great rivals, MU has 90. wins, 81 losses and 68 draws. Therefore, if MU's self-esteem awakens at the right time, that is their true strength. The problem is that the recent series of bad and poor performance combined with injury problems and a coach who is losing control, it is natural that the shipwreck MU can suffer defeat. But I still think there will be a better result for MU with a draw. I don't expect this match to send Ten Hag off even though he is largely responsible for the blame.
99  Economy / Economics / Re: On retirement on: December 10, 2023, 10:55:33 PM
Most people do not want to think about retiring early if they have not yet reached retirement age or their working capacity and health are still guaranteed. Maybe they are passionate and love their job or because they want to work and make money. I see many people thinking about retiring when they reach age but they continue to do personal work or open a business. There's a lot to worry about financially, depending on each country's welfare system and conditions. If someone wants to think of retiring early, it means they have other plans, a preference for more free time, or simply time to take care of their family.
100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Share your opinion on the market. on: December 10, 2023, 10:21:27 PM
I saw this image from a telegram page. I don't know but thought it wise to bring it here to the forum. Maybe we can brainstorm discussion-wise based on individuals opinions. From the image as shown above what's your prediction on the direction of the market next move?  Feel free to express your opinion be you a professional or trading expert or not.
Well, you shouldn't trust anyone with TA predictions or the next direction of the market. Take an objective look at the bitcoin trend and observe cautiously, trust, be patient,... and I think you already know the results of this guy's prediction now. Predictions and analysis are free on the bitcoin free market, but you must show consistency.
