Hi folks,
this is the announcement thread for lolMiner v0.4 (July 22, 2018) .

So what is this miner good for: at the moment it mines Equihash 144.5 (BTG, BTCZ, LitecoinZ, Safecoin, Snowgem, ZEL) and Equihash 96.5 (Minexcoin) OpenCL based, so for Nvidia and AMD.

The miner is kind of a successor to my Minexcoin (MNX) miner you can find here as well as the 0.38 preview miner for Equihash 144.5.

Here are the changes over the last versions:

Changes (generally):

- Introduced a simple api (see manual)
- The miner now supports running on mixed rigs (see quickstart guide)
- The miner supports multiple algorithms in one software

Changes (from lolMiner-mnx 0.34)

- Improved performance: About 24% for AMD and 21% for Nvidia
- New configuration file format
- New work-batch options (see manual)

Changes (from lolMiner-144.5 0.38 Preview)
- Integrated ZelCash (ZEL)
- Improved driver and GPU compatibility – now it should work with any OpenCL 1.1 enabled GPU that has enough memory.
- Slightly improved performance: Approx 2-3% on Nvidia and 10-11% on AMD

F.A.Q. and known Issues:

The AMD miner for 144.5 is slow…
Well, I know that. The code needs a massive re-structure to make it fly - I will try so soon

The Windows miner crashes…
… from time to time. This is because the Windows version is a cross build with pretty old runtimes. This will be resolved soon (hopefully). In the meantime head out for a Windows watchdog I will provide next days that mitigates the problem.

My coin with Equihash 144.5 is missing...
Oh, sry, maybe I just was not aware of this. Drop me a note here with the required details and I will add is very quickly. This is a rather quick action

How much is the fee?
Equihash 144.5 coins start at a 2% fee (to be lowered with 0.41 or 0.42) and MinexCoin runs at 1% fee.

Does the miner disconnect for fee?
No, I has two connections open all of the time and does every x iterations one iteration for me. That way the mining income remains smooth. Also the displayed sol/s are net with fee already calculated out, so what you see is what you get.

Why JSON for configuration? Why? Whyyyyy?
Huuusshhh. Just be careful with setting ',' and all will be good. When used to it, it is a very need way to configure the miner, you will see.

I believe that MinexCoin should make the translation of the site at least in Spanish and Chinese languages to attract new users!

Not yet. When it is released you will see in the blog.

The numbers you see on the blog aren't actuall purchases but people that registered on the site, and selected a card.
Script tracks purchases. But The more people send amounts way higher then the card amounts the less accurate the script gets.
Last update was given by Boris on telegram which was 527 cards bought 3 days ago
Add tx from the script after that date and you get around 560 card orders.
So At least 560 cards have been ordered.

Remember that many people have their mnx parked for a month or more. Those aren't now going to cancel their parkings to buy a 2 or 5 mnx card. They will do that when their parkings end.

将来的には、より多くの仮想通貨をサポート予定とのことです。

仮想通貨の普及とともに、新しいウォレットも今後もどんどん開発されていきそうですね

- Cards will be announced a day or two before the listing on HitBTC
- Within two weeks time preordering of cards will be available (not clear if that is from now, or after the the announcement)
- Cards will be available for 1, 5, 20 or 200 (Limited Edition) MNX
The cheapest card will have the highest fees and lowest withdrawal limit. The most expensive one will have 0 fees and the highest withdrawal limit
- The withdrawal limit for the limited edition premium card will be 20.000 USD
- 1000 Limited Edition Cards will be available.
-  Card will be a VISA card at first, thus usable in any store that accepts VISA
-  Cards will be delivered via courier delivery service
-  Cards are for USD and Euro.but  Payment can be made in other currencies (my addition: but like any other credit card conversion fees could apply)
-  There should not be will annual fees. Small fee could apply if card has not been used for a year

ご提案ありがとうございます。hakkaさんのご提案はAnonさんや他のピン留めスレッドも関わる内容でしたのでこちらに返信させていただきますね。

このFAQは日本語板でよく見かけるNewbieの方からの質問について私の考えを整理したものなので、Anonさんの考えと異なる可能性もあります。一部、ルール和訳版FAQとの重複も含まれていますが、Newbieスレに関する質問など日本語ボード特有の質問への答えを補うようにしました。

FAQの部分を私の他のスレッドに移動したり、新しく独立したスレッドにすることも可能ですが、目次スレッドはもともとNewbieの方向けの日本語ボードの案内板のつもりだったので、個人的にはこの位置がよいのではないかと思っています。もちろん他のランクの方に使っていただいても構いませんので、その場合は目次へのスレッド内リンクで飛んでいただければと思います。

タイトルを「日本語ボードのFAQと目次」に変えてみましたがこれでいかがでしょうか。

いえ、目次スレッドを見直すいい機会でした。Newbieスレへのリンクも削除しておきました。
とりあえず現状にアップデートしてみましたので、追加・削除すべきスレッドなど、ご意見をお待ちしています。

が、書き込めないと思うのですが、他に新しくスレ立てなどはされているのでしょうか？

Airdrop で、自分のマイアーサーウォレットに操作して送金するよう、Airdrop している企業から指示があったのですが、
やり方が良く分かりません。

Metaでやるようにとか。。。
