Cathie Wood. (the CEO of ARK Invest)  Wink

"Cathie Wood - Wikipedia
Catherine Duddy Wood (born November 26, 1955) is an American investor and founder, CEO and CIO of ARK Invest, an investment management firm. Her company has erased $14 billion in wealth over the last decade, making it the leading wealth destroyer among investment firms."

"Wealth destroyer". It says it right out. Google

She's a little older than me.

I think the RSI can be manipulated with high frequency order distribution.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too advanced to get into Bitcoin now? on: February 20, 2024, 10:08:04 PM
The semi old say you stop trading when you find out the implications.

Clean whistle.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too advanced to get into Bitcoin now? on: February 20, 2024, 09:32:10 PM
ere are saying that “there is no time that is too late for Bitcoin investment” if you have interest in Bitcoin investment, you can do that anytime soon, the price impact should not affect your ambition, it is not too late for investors, this can be your right time as we never can tell what the price Bitcoin will tell in the future or let say in the next halving after this one. Nevertheless, there is no time that is too late for Bitcoin investment if you aim is to hold Bitcoin for long and not to make quick money from it.

Try the ETF's. Broker does the paperwork for you. And just hold.

I started the beer up. Getting undressed.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too advanced to get into Bitcoin now? on: February 20, 2024, 09:26:30 PM
Cryptocurrency prices have increased by 118% compared to last year. Similarly, prices are increasing by almost 83% in the last 04 months. The dramatic history price of Bitcoin peaks and the recent buzz around its upcoming "halving" its only fair to pose the most obvious question in front of us that-
Did the Bitcoin flight already leave investors? or is there still time to buy a ticket?

The attractions of Bitcoin investments has always been double the potential for significant returns and its suggested role as digital gold.Historically Bitcoin has rewarded the bold to investors. For the next "halving" currently on track for April, another bull run seems highly likely. Recent price gains although this potential wave should take Bitcoin to a whole other level as it did after the May 2020, July 2016 and November 2012.

Taxing is "FIFO" here. First in first out. On buy and sell. It is really complicated if your late on accounting.

I get my shower and a beer. Whatever comes first.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: February 15, 2024, 05:00:44 PM
I get my beer. Should I skip on El Salvador and get a crypto debit card? I mean. It is another country. And I am here.

PS. I would never skip on El Salvador. Thinking about it.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP telling people how much Bitcoin you have on: February 13, 2024, 05:27:47 PM
I just wanted to share a piece of advice that I learned early on from Andreas Antonopoulos (if you don't know whom this is, I highly recommend looking up his YouTube page and watching his videos and or reading his book Mastering Bitcoin) never tell anyone how much bitcoin you have.  Andreas use to say it's not our job to teach everyone we know about bitcoin, letting them know we own some "Let that be my job" he would say.

I see so many people that come around here sharing how much bitcoin they own...don't.  Just like any of your finances such as your portfolio or how much your annual salary is..it's no one's business but your own.  Being transparent about these things can be harmful to you in a multitude of ways.  As an advisor this is something I tell my clients all the time.  Your financial info is private and should always remain that way.  I hate these new social media trends where people walk up to strangers on the street and ask things like "how much do you pay in rent" or "how much money do you make a year"...ignore them!

"Don't tell how much bitcoin you have. That will be my job.". The extract. Cheers.

90  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com (e)Sportbook and Casino: Millions of bonus monthly on: February 13, 2024, 05:10:30 PM
We took a close look at the Bitsler Sportsbook and were positively surprised: https://www.gosubetting.com/review/bitsler-sportsbook/ Smiley

Also, I would like to point out that even though they seem to be inactive on Bitcointalk, I do have some reliable contacts and they always respond fast - if anything, I am always ready to help. Smiley
Bitsler is a very underrated casino. When they were running a signature campaign, it was one of the most popular casino. Their UI/UX design is phenomenal and very different from many other casinos, they are very unique and I like that. You also did a good job in reviewing them, it's a long article with detailed information about their features and supported cryptocurrencies, kudos Smiley

I don't want to be rude but since you have some reliable contacts, can you please ask them, why did they leave this forum? They were very active till 2020 and I am sure this forum played a role in their success, I simply don't understand why they left this forum while almost every competitor is still here.

They stole my 4000 doge. And. Changed my email address so I can't login. Return to sender Bitzler.
91  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Has Anyone Else Noticed... on: February 13, 2024, 05:01:21 PM
or perhaps the ordinals / inscriptions teams have lost their appetite or been persuaded for other reasons to scale back.
Although the last peak was the biggest spam attack in the past year, but it is normal to see the "hype" come down after a while. That's the nature of scam markets where they sell useless junk to newbies. At some point people run out of money to buy the garbage so the pumps start becoming smaller hence the profit or hope for making a profit. The less newbies participate in that scam market, the less junk spam on-chain.

You can see these ups and downs in the 1-year chart:
https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,1y,weight
You can see how it is hyped up, then dies again. Then hyped up again and dies again.
I don't see this last death to be the end either.

You cannot censor someone else's Bitcoin transactions from getting confirmed by miners no matter what filters you set on your own node.
Refusing to relay non-standard, abusing, exploitive, spam, etc. type transactions is never called "censoring" and full nodes have always been rejecting such transactions from very early days.

You seriously need to work your vocabulary. You can't talk like that amongst regular honest people.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please stop asking for "legal tender status" on: February 13, 2024, 04:34:55 PM
again and finally
legal tender status is not about forcing only use of that currency and to not accept anything else..
if it were true that "force" was there.. bitcoin would be illegal be default

however legal tender status is a higher tier/standard/level of trust in a currency to such a higher standard that courts, banks, treasury accept it
but what comes with achieving this higher tier standard.. are conditions of use. such as needing to audit who/where funds came from/going to. taxation of said currency and many other things like limitations on spending amounts before certain levels of reporting of suspicious behaviour are triggered.

Tron is legal tender.
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are people getting scared to Trade on: February 13, 2024, 04:29:05 PM
If you swap crypto for crypto crypto. Then what? You will need a fresh start.
94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Concern Regarding the Future of Bitcoin and Crypto Industries ! on: February 13, 2024, 04:19:34 PM
Bitcoin serves as a new type of valuables which is wordy to note and necessary to test  the producing monetary rules on it which might be making it easier.

Cryptocurrency have draws a overall quality as  a likely to change investments because of the high  investors losses because of scams, hacks, votality and buy, most crypto demand very high energy and there is a good chance that crypto mining will have to need alot of energy to work. according to some professionals they have the faith that in future block chain and other known technologies will break apart many industries with law and finance.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies has made a  new confrontation for the government and central banks, the rising fame and high range of market votality have increase the point of digital valuables.

This one. I was thinking about using my onchain BTC for payments. Not as a speculative investment. Now I got ETN and ETF for that.
95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Concern Regarding the Future of Bitcoin and Crypto Industries ! on: February 13, 2024, 04:14:17 PM
I bought the Bitcoin ETN in the bank. Showing trust in the government and everything.

98  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terrorism in Africa on: January 21, 2024, 08:50:34 AM
Terrorism is not only in Africa but also in different parts of the world. specifically, you mentioned Africa, and I can say that the major actors of terror are the central control system, which is the government. If you study the way terrorist attacks occur, you will find out that there is a connection between the current leads and the terrorist attacks.

Even in the military of the state, they have allies that bring them information. Sometimes these allies are known, but no action is taken because it's a deal with the supreme or federal power. If any African country wishes to wipe out terrorism, it is very much possible, but how can it happen when the external forces have underground plans for terrorism?

In fact, there is more to terrorism than the mere speculations that we make. I would have loved to share more knowledge about terrorism, but it's limited from my angle.

Television!
99  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Terrorism in Africa on: January 21, 2024, 08:49:20 AM
The delete the nonsense they don't like and make total past of that. Why Africa looks like it does.

You got any experience besides what you know from television?
100  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins.game CONFISCATING all my winnings (268mbtc) on: January 21, 2024, 07:56:02 AM
You have cheated our casino. Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that this user had manipulated the system, leading us to confiscate their winnings. It's important to note that if our intentions were dishonest, we could have rejected the KYC process. However, we are committed to transparency and have no intention of seizing funds from our users. While we would like to provide evidence, doing so would expose our investigative methods and potentially enable individuals to bypass our system.

You should be professional, accusing your player to manipulate your system but you cant prove it with valid evidence is not professional at all. You can simply tell people how he manipulated the system but simple explanation (no need to be that specific) if you are worrying that others may do the same. However, if it is possible to manipulate your system to take an advantage (wins), cant your team prevent it by fixing the system so no one will be able to do the same in the future? Sorry to say but I think it is hard to believe your statement here. If you are worrying to provide the evidence publicly, can you provide it to someone who is trusted enough in this forum to check your evidence? Someone who is trusted and has great knowledge about sports betting system may help you for this case.

Dejavu. Thieves and scammers. That KYC thing makes the controllers believe they are above the law. Check on RDT. Some decentralized casino coming out soon.
