801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Crypviser - the first decentralized network for secure communication on: March 02, 2018, 12:21:24 PM
The announcement of crypviser CVN being listed on hitbtc was done quite a long time ago i.e. 8 Jan 2018. Fast forward 2 months and we are still waiting for news, please can you tell us about this delay and when cvcoin will be able to trade freely on hitBTC? It is a great product but not easy to aquire the tokens for it at the present time https://twitter.com/hitbtc/status/950387679358746624?lang=en
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Lisk about to explode! on: March 02, 2018, 12:11:16 PM
Probably a bad time to relaunch - right in the middle of a bear market! However, it does show that there is a lot of financial backing for this project and that the SDK will be released in just a few months time. The ICO fund is an exciting offer, good quality ICOs running on LISK is what will pump the price up later this year.
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your prediction for Tron in 2018-2019? on: March 02, 2018, 11:35:52 AM
Tron has already pumped a lot so i don't expect another huge rise, but it will go higher at a slower rate. I got some due to fomo - lol, and i'll just hodl it and see what happens. Didn't invest too much, there are many whales in tron who can dump it and cause price swings. Worth holding a bit anyway just in case
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: On March 1, the beginning of the bullish trend? on: March 02, 2018, 11:00:45 AM
It is spring now so we're waiting for positive moods to bring new investments into the altcoin market. We should not underestimate the power of nature as an uplift in the weather makes people feel good and are therefore more likely to invest rather than sell. I think it will be mid to late march when we see more definitive signs of recovery.
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If the Bitcoin Bubble pops, will altcoins go bust too? on: March 02, 2018, 09:56:51 AM
It is likely that everything in a blockchain will fail, unless there is commercial adoption of smart contract technology. Ethereum and NEO might continue as they have real world use. Bitcoin is just a store of value so really it's just a coin. Wagerr does decentralised anonymous betting and could go mainstream, these type of alts may survive if widely adopted.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: March 02, 2018, 09:49:04 AM
Stay away from these projects, once you give them your details they can sell them on the dark net for more money. So many scammers now, i would only hand over my details if it was an official project like petro but for my local government. Lots of good projects do not require kyc, should stick to those instead.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does holding this coin make sense? on: March 02, 2018, 12:21:40 AM
When the developers and admins stop logging into this forum, they have probably packed their bags and gone. Even if they spend most of their time on telegram and other channels, anyone with an active project will have a presence on bitcointalk. Lots of scammers these days, pick a good one and hodl, not sure about graft.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Two crypto exchanges stop trading because of the government in India on: March 02, 2018, 12:15:11 AM
Don't worry about it, there is anew exchange coming out soon that will become the biggest crypto exchange in india. Have you heard of BitIndia? They have big plans and are going by the book. Comply with Indian laws and list all the best tokens and coins. When BitIndia is ready, all coins will rise!
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden gems on: March 01, 2018, 12:33:28 PM
Pick coins at the lower end of the spectrum, but ones that have a product and will be listed on exchanges soon. One example is Crypviser which is first to release a secure messaging system (mobile app) with secure encryption and blockchain tech for payments. Going to be listed on hitbtc soon, currently super cheap on bitshares platform

15m total supply
10m circulating

currently 85 cents

810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Waves is always low? on: March 01, 2018, 11:47:46 AM
Waves is a great project so i often wondered the same, held it for a long time but the price never went up. Better to go to the DEX and swap your waves for WAGERR. This is a better investment with more potential to rise, it will be the defacto betting coin this year. Get some now before everyone completes the token swap to wagerr coin
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My top 5 alts for 2018 on: March 01, 2018, 11:44:13 AM
Good list from the OP, lots of good coins that are sure to rise. I would put the majority into NEO which is the safest bet and on track to match or overthrow ethereum. Lots of ICOs and you can earn GAS just from holding it. 2 coins for the price of one makes it a more attractive investment than the other coins, but all are good really.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommended alt coins? on: March 01, 2018, 11:34:56 AM
Monetha has been down 50% lately and will surely make up for it.
For this reason Monetha can be suggested and Stratis can be.

Monetha is mega cheap right now, this should be one to take a gamble on. It had a very successful ICO so with that kind of financial support the project can only succeed. Another one to consider is WAGERR which has just released it's token swap from waves token to wagerr coin. Soon it will list on big exchanges with it's new coin so it's still cheap right now
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought a boat load of Neo on: March 01, 2018, 11:21:03 AM
Good choice. Because I think 2018 will be the year of NEO. I think lot of crypto experts will agree with me. Many people believe 2018 will be a good year for NEO and NEO based coins.

I certainly agree with you. Anyone who knows crypto will see what the price was of ethereum at the start and end of 2017, it looks like NEO will follow down the same path. Right now could be the last time this year that you can get some cheap NEO, might hit 4 digits next year $$$$!
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO is mooning atm! Yayy. on: February 26, 2018, 08:58:34 PM
I wouldn't say NEO is mooning, but it has certainly maintained it's price (even a modest rise) while everything else is falling. This means there is strong demand for NEO and the price will rise a lot during the next bull run. Even ethereum has fallen while NEO has slightly risen, this will rise up big time in 2018 for sure
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bye bye to poloniex as we know it on: February 26, 2018, 08:48:42 PM
There was a time when it had to be on polo in order to be a successful coin, they should have invested in more staff to keep it as the number one exchange. Now it's all about bittrex and binance with no-one mentioning getting listed on polo. Soon it will be decentralised exchanges so B&B had better stay competitive
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Putin just endorsed Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies on: February 25, 2018, 02:39:24 PM
Russia has very intelligent crypto developers, and Putin is very influential there. If he endorses it then the whole of Russia will get behind it. I think all the other countries should be more relaxed about bitcoin otherwise they will be playing catch-up with Russia. Not something they want to do!
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will the winners look like in the next 5 years? on: February 25, 2018, 10:49:07 AM
Governments are starting to crack down on the wild west of cryptoland. This means privacy focused coins are going to big, just like mcafee said in a tweet. Pick the low market privacy coins like XSPEC and DeepOnion for big potential gains, they will be up there with monero and verge soon enough.
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to make money from staking? on: February 25, 2018, 10:39:49 AM
If you are worried about privacy when staking your coins then take a look at XSPEC, in a few months they will release a new feature unseen anywhere in any coin i.e. stealth staking! It would be wise if you stocked up on some cheap coins now before the stealth staking begins ...
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Deeponion is UNSTOPPABLE! on: February 25, 2018, 10:19:05 AM
It is unusual i their way of distributing the coin, which is an airdrop rather than via an ICO, but this does not mean it is a scam like the other time wasting airdrops. Deeponion has a lot of good features e.g. TOR integration with add-ons that can bypass state firewalls. With a low market cap, this one could be extremely profitable by end of 2018
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: help - transfered Zclassic coins from Cryptopia and didn't reach electrum wallet on: February 24, 2018, 11:39:47 PM
I transferred some coins from cryptopia without any issues. At first nothing appeared for a few days and i started to get worried, but after checking it was because it didn't confirm the withdrawal via email. On their settings i chose to resend, then verified via email, then the coins appeared soon after.
