801  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Need USA iTunes card on: February 06, 2015, 08:43:52 PM
Im in the USA, i can do it right now. But how do i know this is secure?

I have a shop in front of apple store.

I'm sure you already know this, but use escrow with this user (if a sale does take place).
802  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Need USA iTunes card on: February 06, 2015, 08:41:43 PM
If you're in the US, i would like to hire you to buy me 2 $100 iTunes cards. I will pay 1 BTC total. This is a $25 payday for you to simply go to 7-11 and buy them.

If you're able to do this, please let me know.

I am currently in Germany and am unable to buy a US giftcard.

Thanks for your interest.

Cryfter seems to be out of stock on the $100, but they do have a single $50.

http://cryfter.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=61&product_id=112

They usually go into stock within 1-2 days, if it can wait then I would just wait and purchase it yourself. Cryfter is definitely trustworthy, I've made a lot of purchases from them.
803  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Non-profitable Miners on: February 06, 2015, 01:20:34 PM

That's insanely expensive at around 915 USD

Yesterday we bought some 1TH/s miner for as low as 0.17 BTC.

Where'd you find that 0.o

I think he is referring to the S2 sale from yesterday.
804  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Non-profitable Miners on: February 06, 2015, 02:59:36 AM
I have three Block Erupter cubes that are still hashing @~90Ghs combined.
Shipping would be from NJ.

I also have six S1's, again, still hashing.

I can send screen shots and specifics if interested.

ig

Any prices you're trying to get for these?

Up. Thanks!
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for a squallcoin services on: February 06, 2015, 12:11:40 AM
You can get faucet code for cheap - I'm assuming you want one actually created?

https://github.com/Greedi/bitcoin-faucet (while old, it's a proof of concept. for an altcoin it's just a few code changes)

As for the Linux, do you mean an executable wallet? If so:

807  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 9x Ant S2 - no minimum price - once in a lifetime occasion on: February 05, 2015, 11:48:32 PM
For everybody that won. Are you guys going escrow or no? This is my first time actually buying anything over the internet. Don't know the best way to handle the deal?

In my opinion: escrow.

Even though spiccioli is a legendary member, I believe escrow should always be used.
808  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 9x Ant S2 - no minimum price - once in a lifetime occasion on: February 05, 2015, 08:57:49 PM
If any of the winners drop out, I'd like to say that I would pick up their bid. I was one of the ones waiting to place at the final minute.

Yeah I'd say I'm in for the same thing.  Heck I'd have done 0.4BTC for a 1TH one.

But I've witnessed a lot of auctions on this forum, and they rarely go as planned.  Not really the best medium or framework for such an endeavor.

As things can go south fast if an "auction injustice" is perceived by any non-winners, best of luck to spiccioli on figuring this all out!

Beginning with placing an auction in the correct place.

Agreed. Good luck!

Seconded.
811  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] Antminer S2 / Gridseed Blade / Fury 1.3 Scrypt on: February 05, 2015, 01:30:23 AM
Really looking for small units that are easy to ship - anything local is great too. Free electricity means I'm open to it all. Scrypt and SHA-256 is fine. I'll do any deal with escrow. (Please avoid the "free electricity debate" if possible).

I'm in the Raleigh NC area. Feel free to PM me, or post here.

GH/s, not TH/s.
813  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin in Universities on: February 04, 2015, 08:35:55 PM
I believe what I was going for was to say that if such a group was made, efforts would have to be made to remain proactive.

A lot of ideas fail simply due to lack of effort - making a website is great, but you need constant content and attention.
814  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin in Universities on: February 04, 2015, 07:56:37 PM
Google "University Bitcoin Club". They exist.

The big problem I could see is what could these clubs actually provide as a benefit? Now, if you had a Bitcoin programming group that were interested in learning source, etc...Maybe.
815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beheadings and Bitcoin on: February 04, 2015, 07:54:44 PM
Now we just wait for the Bitcoin address for ISIS to be related to Gox and BitStamp, then we will have come full circle and we can all just leave.
816  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: February 03, 2015, 04:12:22 PM
Quickseller just gave me a negative feedback claiming that the bug does not exist.
I was right now preparing a private message to you explaining the bug in detail ... but if this is the way it works in this community, I am definitely done here :-(

I am interested in this method for the sake of reporting it. I'm not sure if my lack of trust will prevent you from messaging me about it, but it's worth a shot.

Something like this ought to be fixed.
817  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS/WTT] Prospero X1 on: February 03, 2015, 01:47:26 PM
Still looking to get rid of one of these...

Do you have a cheap option for shipping it to Europe?
It doesn't have to be fast.

Not that I know of.

Any interest in a trade for some S1s? It's a decrease in GH/s but being silent and just having something to tinker with would be nice.
818  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Looking for some cheap AntMiner S1 in Canada on: February 03, 2015, 11:39:23 AM
I've got two that I'm already sold the PSU for, so they'll be turned off today.

Calculate shipping from Raleigh, NC 27606, and let me know.
819  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: February 02, 2015, 10:56:42 PM

I agree. I follow a lot of the projects you are working on Evil and I could see a Lighthouse writeup doing well if you are able to prove what you're claiming here.

I would give BTC for this. Thanks!

Edit: For some projects and people who stumble here, this may be interesting:

Can you connect to the miner and sign into it through your web browser? As in ignoring the SSH and just signing in with root/root with an ethernet cable plugged in.
