I think yes, there are too many ICO that appears to be a scammed so the government has been making a move to prevent more casualty and government will make regulation for crypto, the government don't want anything to slip from their control anymore

The transactions fee, a lot of people refuse to used Bitcoin again for transactions because of the fee, and with the decreasing transactions volume then the price will keep on going down, if this can be fixed I think 20k will be easy to achieve, and we can't keep on asking people to used Bitcoin because once the people see the fee then that people will choose other coin
