He has to know if you are going to use an escrow because he won't get paid until the service gets done.
You pay the escrow, he proves to the escrow he did what he was supposed to, the escrow pays him.
I am going to guess that you are going to get scammed if the guy offered to accept payment via one of these irretrievable methods.

Right now DMD has a market cap of US$501,487 and a 24 hour trading volume of US$ 285. That means: No one is interested. If you had bought DMD, maybe you could have "made" (i.e. stolen) a little money from someone else stupid enough to buy it - but that does not change the fact that DMD is a failed shitcoin, just like XPY (and soon™ ION).  They have managed to talk everyone into not dumping at the moment (and the people with all the coins have shown patience not to dump yet.) The lack of people buying the coin is just a minor detail that I'm sure they are working on diligently. I'm sure the price will remain constant even though more and more coins are created constantly. |

You clearly took some time and even put together a case against Leroy. But your case is not very strong as you are missing, or have made up, vital portions of the case just to get your point across. This is what I consider misleading people to see your point of view. I never trust anyone who has to make up any kind of data just to finish a goal. If you do not have all the data on hand, then your proof is not proof at all. It is just a personal opinion or an assumption based on nothing. I will give you an example. XQN doesn't have a working block explorer so I kept the balance unchanged from last month.
Just in that example, the amount would be different. Why? Because its a staking service that generates coins on a daily basis. What I have noticed by reading this whole thread is you have proven you, not Leroy, is the actual liar. It also showed me the pure unethical tactics you are willing to use to get your deluded point across. Picking and choosing exchange rates as you please, picking and choosing numbers as you see fit, safely assuming anything you can to get your negative point across. Then above all trying to use the blockchain as your proof. That chain does not tell you everything. It's just a public ledger of address activity, not proof of everything. When did you contact Leroy personally about your numbers you keep providing? Did you call him on the phone and ask him? Did you do one of the meetings he is always willing to do with interested people and ask him for that information? How do you actually know what it was he actually sold the coins for? Did he tell you? No wonder he stopped replying to you. So is your claim that they have enough xqn (coin with a 35 btc "market cap" and less than a dollar 24 hour volume) makes up all of the other value they have lost? There is no need to contact Leroy, Leroy posted the addresses where he claimed the coins were, suchmoon kept track and compared the amount in the wallet and the current price to what Leroy was claiming. |

Baseball is a long game which can be dragged to many hours if both teams are even in the 9th innings.
For Totals or any MLB bet a lotof research goes in. Some stats matter others do not. How batters have done against the pitcher weighs in but not neccessarily how a TEAM has done cuz there is so much player movement. There is no automatic plays But with overs you look past the starting pitcher like can he only pitch 5 inning and is the Bullpen poor. Just a lot goes into it. research. Not a team member, but I can think of 2 ways that "electrifying" the stakers can work based on the previous incarnations of this and similar scams.
Via the blockchain, certain addresses/wallets/keys (not sure what the right technical term is, don't care) can be coded into the coin to stake at higher rates than others. They did this with xpy with the prime controllers and various other levels of bullshit coin staking.
They can also do it off chain, by using 1 address as above, or pooling all the coins together to generate more staked coins and they can distribute them to the people as they go along (like they distributed the coins "mined" by hashlets.
Or they can just distribute the coins they give themselves in the pre-mine or ico or whatever.
Not sure if/how they can code those addresses from step 1 to stop after they "run out of electricity" or whatever horseshit they come up with, but that is way too many steps down the rabbit hole of horseshit for me to figure out, but I have seen ways for them to "electrify" the stakers. None that I would dream of participating in but it can be done.
