801  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin actually just a Investment coin? on: November 07, 2017, 02:31:07 PM

Bitcoin was a good investment then hold in a long if you want to be profitable in it. Bitcoin also a good assets too, where as time goes by the value increases, especially now bitcoin is almost 6300$ each which is close to 7000$ which is really a good sign to hold more.

May be it is even better to wait for the right time to buy it. The 7K rate is pretty much high and the fork situation could be reason for that which means this price could be very volatile and could drop at any point.

Yes bitcoin is good investment always as you can see the current market value for it. Those who invested early have already gotten big slice of pie and they are eating it crazy. Im sure such opportunities will come on go always and it should be on our shoulder when to invest into it and when to pull out the investment really.

I am seeing more brighter future ahead but I am wishing for bitcoin to go down at this point which is very much spiked at this point.

802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin uneven distribution as a global currrency on: November 07, 2017, 02:10:37 PM
And another thought:
70-80% bitcoins have been mined are are owned by a couple of 10 million adresses. Even if you forget the uneven distribution of the allready owned bitcoin, 99% of people in the world do not own bitcoin right now and even this is an advantage of this 1% compared to most of the worlds population, if the bitcoin ever gets adopted as the main currency.

But do you really think that this 1% could help us get the bitcoin as worlds currency recognition! I don't think so because that is really not enough for the hold to hold and survive on it because simply it is just not enough for everyone.

Bitcoin is not at all distributed equally because early investor gets big chunks of money while the investors like us who are struggling to buy bitcoin at 7K rate would always struggle to acquire that perfect ROI which is just very much impossible now a days in short period of time.

These things are really messy when we see that bitcoin is just limited and can't fulfil every address that is created each second. Afraid that how things will work once the prices are gone high and there is no supply remaining for us to buy more.

803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Surviving segwit2x hardfork on: November 07, 2017, 01:57:24 PM
I will probably go with fiat conversion which you have not mentioned here. Because keeping money into alt coin is one and the same thing as keeping it on the bitcoin that is blockchain part. They could get dump as well if something goes really bad with the market so I don’t want to take this risk at all.

Converting the bitcoin to fiat would be safest way to go with it because they will be untouched by any kind of storm that would arising during the hard fork. Once the hard fork is gone I can analyse the market then see if tis right situation to buy bitcoin or not and then I will acquire loads of it if its goes down. :-)

804  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining Scam or legit on: November 07, 2017, 12:08:40 PM
Let me add my another legit and profoundly studied vote - NO.

This question is being asked over and over agin and people making too many threads for it. I think these guys should read the threads first and then ask about it. Anyway why I understand from the cloud mining, once more, that its not legit because it is not affordable for those so called virtual cloud miners to pay you once there is payment day which is daily usually. There were use to be good sites like hash flare and genesis but they went down with disappointment because of few updates they release recently (month ago). In general its hard to get these ponzi schemes to pay you so its better to stay away from it.
805  Economy / Economics / Re: Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years on: November 07, 2017, 03:29:50 AM

BTC was around $300 3 years ago.

Wonder how many people can hold BTC for more than 3 years and enjoy the amazing profit in this period Smiley
I think there's only a few who held Bitcoin with for that length of time. Only those who are much dedicated who truly believes to bitcoin, will be the most happy people at this moment that its market value is over 7300$ and is still continuous to.increase. It also shows how far Bitcoin grew withtin 3 years whih seemed to be so fast.
Feew? I disagree. You can find many people here who did just that. Most well known Bitcoin faces had coins stashed since 2012 or even earlier.
If you really want to know how many coins are being held you can look at the biggest Bitcoin wallets. They are listed online, so that's an easy job. Look how many of them weren't used for years. There were no incoming and outgoing transactions so people are holding! (or they lost their wallets and are in deep shit)

Indeed. The are so many crypto lovers on the forum itself who are smart enough to guess that bitcoin will rise in the future and they made the investment as early as 2012. Its most easiest thing to do but what comes across us is the emotional stress that we can't bear for long if we are not strong enough. That is where the panic crypto nerd comes to existence and all the things get messed up.

Those who were able to control that or those who just invested into it and forgot about the coins where the lucky one to grab that million dollar shot.

806  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: November 07, 2017, 03:10:09 AM
Yes the best way we can do now if we have enough money is to invest your money into bitcoin. Why? Because bitcoin has many benefits in our life especially to those who invest their money before they are now millionaires.

If that would have been so easy then everyone could have been millionaire but thats not the case yet. Bitcoin is volatile currency with attributes that can change at any time in the life. It may get banned forever, it may collapse due to decentralised economy, it may get implemented into government services, it may be accepted by private companies to pay salary, all the positive and negative things can happen so the investment should be such that it won't affect your savings and real life holdings. :-)

Forget about the millionaire dream at this very high rates of bitcoin because we can't make that much investment which those people did when they saw bitcoin at the couple of dollars. Lolz. We can have passive income but not more than that. Better have some dreams with alt coins, which may fulfil the millionaire dream, may be.

807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing all our Money in bitcoin is good or Investing little portion of saving on: November 07, 2017, 02:40:06 AM
You think yourself in scenario where you need money for your emergency situation or may be it is required by your family members then from where and how you will manage the time? How you will get hand on it? Lets say bitcoin drops to very ridiculous prices at the same time, then ? Have you considered these conditions that may happen in your life at any time.

So the question is how could you let yourself invest money on risky currency and that too from your savings and all of your savings. Not good. Better spend only that much money which you can afford to loose at the first time.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has the btc to alts migration started? on: November 07, 2017, 02:18:09 AM
There is not much downfall in the bitcoin prices that are recognised currently is major change in the price.

The alts are going up since two days man and at the same time the bitcoin was rising too. This is getting crazy market now where the alts were inversely proportional to bitcoin prices. When it moved up the alts used to go down because people used to withdraw alts for the bitcoin pair. But now a days both of the market are increasing steadily. May be it is start of some good opportunities for us to invest into both the market on equal level and get profits from the both one. But we have to be carefull and lets study the trends for more days and months if required.

809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: November 06, 2017, 07:45:08 PM
i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

Greed may be!

Lol. Sometimes greed plays bad role in trusting the coin. I fell in love with one token sale which was very much marketed and had great roadmap. I thought it will get me huge profits of 500-600x higher than any other coins in the market. So I bought a lot of them and then when it hit the exchanger everything was dull and nothing happened like I thought.

I believe that was my greed and I did not carefully saw what market is really. So that’s one point from my side not to forget about your greed and don’t let it make you involve into any coins.
810  Economy / Economics / Re: How to train your money for costly bitcoin? on: November 06, 2017, 07:18:30 PM
The bitcoin growth or profit percentage will be the same no matter either you are going to invest $100 or $1000. To be honest I don't take it as a problem what you can afford to invest do it instead of banging your head all around.

That’s fairly true actually. Because there is no point in making investment which are not affordable to oneself. I mean if I can afford to invest $100 then I should be happy with $150 and if I’m able to afford that $1000 then it’s obvious to get 1500 profit. There is no difference.

You have given good point here which talks straightforward. You will get whatever you invest and you will loose whatever you invest. So better make some calculations really to train your so called money. ;-)
811  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: November 06, 2017, 06:05:57 PM
I don't think so. Yes it's good thing that cryptocurrency was develop, but it was not made to replace paper fiat or cash, instead it was develop to reinforce currency as we know it and to introduce alternative ways. Besides, not all people can readily accepts a society without cash. I also believe that it will create more problems than solutions if we totally extinct cash.
Bitcoin was specifically created to replace fiat money due to the corruption that centralization promotes.

Ah that makes sense now. Sure it is made for that purpose and I don’t think adapting the crypto currencies is as easy task as it looks like. No matter what how big government or powerful country take into consideration but this will never work out because people will go insane with the use of it.

Fiat are regulated and kept in limits and as required by the nation that’s why there is perfect balance of economy. Otherwise we will start seeing the economic crisis within the country after each month. Yeah that can happen for sure if things are not in the regulatory hands.

Decbtralsied currency or okay in the wallet and exchangers but not in the reality. Whatever this country creates will be really autonomous and it won’t be perfect crypto.

May be pseudo-crypto for instance.
812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: November 06, 2017, 05:19:29 PM
When will the youtube and other websites start to pay us with bitcoin?
will not be long, because bitcoin has advantages over PayPal. Maybe from the big companies are also looking at the development of bitcoin, such as google & microsoft companies. We look forward to its development, hopefully quickly realized Smiley

I’m very doubtful that google and Microsoft has to do anything with bitcoin. They wont accept bitcoin at all though they are very curious organisations in the world. It’s not there market neither their real fit to be honest.

The merchants will think twice because the price for bitcoin is not that much steady as it should be after seeing the current scenario. Here the price was increased by couple of thousand dollars in huts to days which is not good sign if they put a xyz btc price tag on a chocolate one day and see the price increased by xyz+2x after a day or so. How they will tackle it. I’m more than happy to accept bitcoin but the problems like this first should be settled so that we can get the implementation job done at first glance.
813  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin pricing on: November 06, 2017, 04:58:00 PM
The one reason that I know for sure is two hard forks coming on the way.

So what about them ? Well, hard fork is great opportunity for the investors to earn those extra free coins generated as result of hard forks. You call it free because you get it credited for the amount of equivalent to your bitcoin holdings at the time of hard fork.

This way forks are actually driving huge investment into bitcoin, because don’t forget people want more free coins hence more investment, plus there is no extra charge and whatever you invest into bitcoin can be withdrawn.

The net result is increased market value for bitcoin due to heavy demand of it and the limited supply really. That’s the one reason for sure.
814  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coinbase vs USDT on: November 06, 2017, 09:24:44 AM

its a cryptocurrency that wants to mimic price of a dollar but sometimes the price fluctuate, 1 usdt= 0.99 usd, and sometimes 1 usdt=1.01 usd and other times 1 USDT = $0.89

Okay but still function is unclear to me. How come it is helping out here if tis fluctuating all the time. I mean USD price for specific coin will also fluctuate in the same manner as it is being doing for the USDT as per your explanation. I mean is it really great help to convert to that USDT and then back into fiat currency? Whats the use and what about the fees, won't they kill the profit after performing three transaction of my original coin. IF its mimicing then I don't see and use rather than just pumping it with my hard earn money. Lolz. I mean may be I don't know exactly thats why I'm speculating that. So whats the real deal.

815  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: China Bitcoin Exchanges Will Trade Over-the-Counter on: November 06, 2017, 08:59:59 AM
May be I did not get few things here. How come they will do it over the counter after having ban in the whole country. I mean sooner or later government will see the spot where digital currencies are being traded and thats completely illegal for now in their country.

How come its possible to trade if they can’t even go over the internet and login to exchangers as they don’t have any. Things are not matching up here. I mean I’m curious to know, because if that really happens then this company will have the big line of crypto lovers visiting from he nationwide of china. Lolz. His rich already then.

816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 0.03 BTC to 3 BTC Challenge on: November 06, 2017, 04:40:26 AM

Dam thats very challenging challenge ! Hope you won’t fade up early leaving out of the competition. This is good start and could be motivation to new people if you succeed in showing that how you made 3 BTC just form the BTC = 0.03. This is insane right but it could be possible after very very long time. We are talking about 100 times value of current wallet holding. Lets see how the stuff goes here. Keep posting I will have this in watch list surely.
817  Economy / Economics / Re: Is America a failed nation? on: November 06, 2017, 04:00:05 AM

Okay now that depends on how are we looking at different country’s? According to the power of destruction they are having or according to the services provided within there country. If that is the case then I believe nation is not much successful because there most of the funds, taxes and all the stuff goes into military development. No matter what I think they are preparing for alien invasion! It could happen who know? Anyway, no offence by the way. But yeah development of country depends on whats going on inside the nation but not over the borders of it. Somehow they have managed both the things.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100.000 new coinbase users in 24 hours. on: November 06, 2017, 03:40:08 AM

Thought so something like this will happen after the CME announcement. But is it enough news for crypto world to get this much trust rating as to 100.000 people just got registered overnight ? I mean thats really amusing how things are started working up here. It could happen that the bitcoin price will rise a lot now, with the good news plus hard fork news everything will catch the fire and we will see bitcoin surging above 10K USD this Christmas, May be party time really!
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCC still alive on: November 05, 2017, 02:07:27 PM
May be people are believing in its pump that may happen in the future. Plus they saw enormous prices earlier since when they are holding the BCC and they might think that they will sell that much high again in the future. This could be one of the possible reason. After all people are greedy when it comes to the money and also what do we have to loose in the long run if we have gotten the free money. ;-)
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Easy way to explain and teach Bitcoin on: November 05, 2017, 03:14:10 AM
That sounds fairly interesting way to teach bitcoin. So whatever you want to do is teach them in their 7-year old kids language and let them grasp it the way they will look at it. I think now a days kids are really smart and doing so will add up them with extra knowledge which they use to secure their future, if they understand how to work with it.

That age is too early, but in case of bitcoin the earlier you start the most prominent you become in the area. There are many more opportunities in the coming future so they better start producing interest at that age.

I think letting them know new updates about bitcoin daily in their language would also help. Talking in general daily would also let them know what it is and they will try to go and search by themselves which will actually start making their development. Sound good to me.
