I agree with you but not entirely. The dip is truly a great opportunity to invest as it offers a rare price but don't forget that there are some people who still can't afford much cryptocurrency at this price and will rather depend on the bounty work to make some money for upkeep and invest in some cryptocurrency.
I guess Op is right in all the ways. Well, the statment made by op is true becaue old timers have seen such dips any times in the past and have gotten good amount of profits by applying the most simple startgey of buy low and sell high. There is no such thing as people can't afford the crypto purchases becaue it is costly. You for getting that crypto currencies give us privilege to buy them in the fraction quantity also. I understand your concerns about the government but there are many more factors that are affecting their decision and one may not understand if we are not in their position. We do say a lot about the wrong decision making of government but to be honest they don't decide things out of thin air but with smartest mind on the panel who take the decision over things that matters and things that doesn't. There is huge difference in our thinking and the government itself because they have to look after many things that are going under within the nation. Belive me we wouldn't know it and if you ever get the chance to become government then you may come to know what I am saying right now.

Who says its dying? Its not dying really but its just trying to regain its own status one more time. Its actually going down because of many factors, like ICO's dumping the investment of ETH for BTC so that they can have easier transactions up ahead. Apart from that ETH is getting troubled because of many things, like slower transactions, stress on ETH network and much more. The end result takes this to lesser use and investment of ETH. To be frank this looks to me very normal because this has already happened and its no wonder right now. It will surely come up and its all about the time!! Wait for the whole market to come again.  |

Isn't it interesting that those who pontificate that "Money is not everything" usually have money?
Money can't buy happiness or love, as one will argue. It can "buy" you a peace of mind which is probably one of the most important aspects in life, at least for me. Not having to worry about money during situations without income is what we all aim to achieve. You can either keep struggling your entire life with a mediocre salary that just gets the bills paid, or you try to put all your effort into becoming financially independent. People's mistake is that they settle for the first option. With that first option it's difficult to be happy because you always think about what if this or that happens and I no longer have an income. It's horrible and stresses people out more and more every day, especially in current times. That being said, we'll always suffer from something, regardless of how poor or rich you are. I am of believe that suffering while being financially independent is better than suffering with a mediocre salary. Yup, time has changed and there is more importance to the money rather than people and emotions in this world. I mean money is the only thing for which people are working day and night and believe me this is truth , the bitter one and is true in all senses. Many people think that it is not, but they should look after the real world and jump in to see how money plays important roles in the world. |

With all the proper study and current market situation it occurs to me that ETH is best investment of this year. Many people and analysts stated that ETH is going to be above 2.5K USD by mid-year but this was higher expectation by almost everyone. I guess this changed everything when mid year came and ETH started to fall back a lot. Today as we know, ETH is at bottom prices of all time, its gonna be best with the current rate to get invested. Its cheap and its cheapest relative to the prices of its ATH duration which was nearly 1200 USD. I guess with the current rate you can easily achieve 10x profits if ever ETH starts climbing upwards. |

How can anyone have duration of swing trading if everything is dependent upon the trading patterns of the coins which we are investing into. For example, if the crypto currency that we choose is very mean at its ups and downs then how can you have specific duration of having swing trading. Things are like this only, you will never know when the coins will go up and down? Crypto is very much unpredictable and thats why never rely on the predicted timings or dont fit into your mind that you will be able to make the profits in a day or a week! Sometimes your swing trade may get turned into long term holding and thus you may lose everything during the time. Better have patience and trade.

First of all I know one thing for sure, ETH cant go to zero because its use is unlimited and many ICO's are evolving on the platform. Lets forget about the newly formed ICO's may be they will not use ETH platform and thus may not invest into the ETH at all. But dont forget that ETH is already being used by many old ICO's which are bigger platforms today and need ETH all the time. If by any chance other stops using it then these will be the projects who will keep the ETH on going. ETH is still great investment. Just buy it and have faith on the time! |

I will invest in ETH more, because ETH price is much cheaper than BTC. Therefore investing in ETH will be more profitable. And ETH is more popular because of the fast and cheap transaction.
I am sure when OP asked this question then BTC would have been the choice of investment back then because BTC was much lower and compared to that ETH was way way costly and doubtful to invest. Currently ETH is really making it easy for everyone to get into it and earn some huge profits because surely ETH will have at least prices more than 500 USD and with the current entry point they are more than enough to achieve 3-5X times more profits. I guess ETH might be seen as worst because it is continuously dropping. With the time this will change and we will see bag full of profits. |

Its a mix of many things mate. Its not just the panic selling because panic selling is part of the process where people act based on the other facts and news that are happening in the world. For example, someone is going to dump 11K bitcoins in single shot, and there you go if someone read this title and that person is from the group of panic seller then surely he will act on it and start selling his/her bitcoins and altcoins immediately. I guess thats when the bitcoin panic sells starts. There is no way this can come out of the thin air. So thats why it is always the mix of many things.

If binance founder comes and visit this thread then he might just get too soft internally and cry out in the happiness to see such good reviews about his exchanger. Off course best things are always standing out of the crowd and making their impression over the community. Binance is remarkable in what it does, it has given user interface which most of the exchangers have failed to provide and thus making great back links for themselves. Binance app is also something that a trader would always want to have as a handy tool and they do have it. More than multi million download already can be seen and that makes me think how can any exchanger be as great as this.

no because SEC has no plans on letting the bitcoin market be rid of them this soon, they will reject ETF by the end of this month no 23 days sooner! since there is no more news to come out until then we may end up seeing the same slow rise that we had recently towards $8k and then drop down from then when SEC actually rejects the ETF and finally we can see the rise interrupted afterwards. There you go. This cycle is non ending and there is no technical analysis which will come to be true to believe on. With the time, there are many changes that will happen and currently the most hot topic is about SEC and it's decisions based on the current use case of crypto currency. If they keep rejecting the ETF like that then surely each time bitcoin will fall to the ground because major investment will be seen as falling out of the sky. Due to this we are loosing major investment into crypto and thus there will be no more support walls for unless and until people willingly jump into the crypto itself. |

I don't think bitcoin can really help out people and any government to help recover their financial contains because bitcoin is even far away from getting accepted with them and also most of thr goverment don't seek the applications of crypto or blockchain and thus making it hard for bitcoin to even get into the financial system of nation. Just think, if there is no use case of it or if bitcoin is not getting explored for it then how can it even get into national development and help it improve the national finances.

To say it straight forward I am pretty sure that there is always people who cry about Crypto currency and thus make it look like very concerning thing. They are very much into crypto because all they want is huge quick bucks and thus dobt have any other thoughts before they invest into it bitcoin. That's all, people fall there only and start crying about it.
These are the people who doesn't have much confidence on the bitcoin and that is why they make fuzz about it.
I do believe it's not only about crypto currency but any kind of investment in which people have to put up their money and have to wait for the ROI period will drive them crazy about it. ;-)

Funny. I like the part where he says there should be some platform where he can meet the panic sellers and buy cheap from them. It's true the way this industry works is funny and there will always be group of people who will be panic sellers.
But there is one place from where you can try out this method. Just hit any decentralized platform of an exchanger and try to put bids at lowest prices. I am pretty sure people won't hesitate to sell at that low there.

However, as you start investing your money into ICO you will realise that you have jumped into the sinking boat which have no lifeboat at all. The more you go into it the more you will see how difficult it is to manage your investment into it. You will first come to know that when they will sit the coin over the exchanger is not mentioned and when you ask them then they will keep reasoning you about it. If after hard time has passed and the coin has got listed then you will realise that the price of coin is very very less as compared to what it was at the time of your purchase. Gambling is far different than trading and vice versa is also true. Gambling is all based on the algorithm which predicts the data of users and gives rewards based on how much money you have wagered already. Now no gambling site will give you huge money without seeing how much you have invested in them and benefited in them. This reward based limit breaks out when you have poured enough money into their pockets and its the truth about it. Apart from this trading is open and you get what you invested along with proper % profits in return. This is solely based on the external and internal factors.  |

So you think that only one crypto trading platform can manipulate the entire market by just spamming fake data about prices?Are you talking about ethereum price manipulation only,or about all cryptocurrenicy prices being manipulated?Spamming around social media and crypto news websites isn't for free,This requires serious investment.I'm pretty sure that some altcoin can be manipulated by using this method,but it just won't work with bitcoin.
I guess this has got to be related with the CMC data manipulation. It is proven that CMC is always playing with the prices and they are not showing the real time data or may be they are showing prices which are either less or more at a time and present them in that way so that people can take the wrong decision while investing. This is meant to be manipulated because if the prices are shown less then people tend to buy huge amount of money and thus price naturally grows for the market and they can benefit from this pump. Similar things can be done with the exchangers also and many think that most of the exchangers keep doing such manipulation all the time. |
