Going to trade my shares in after the Dividend payment.

That's probably a good idea... I should've done the same...

Maybe I should PM Ken? I just don't want to bother him a question that has already been answered.

This should not matter - I'm certain that Ken will make sure that dividends are paid properly, regardless of the status of the transfer.

Yes, I am working on that.  Cutoff for tendering the shares and getting dividends on the new AM shares is 1:00 PM CDT today.

Will the dividend not be the same for both AMC and AM share holders?  BTCT holders still dont have an AM security to hold shares in.  Sorry if this has been answered before

Yes, the dividends will be at least what the AMC dividends are.  Trying to get to the BTC-TC filing, lot to do here with these transfers.

is it in the contract with eAsic that they can't sell their chips to anyone else? NDA's don't mean anything regarding exclusivity. if not than many people can just put in orders with eAsic directly.

They can build other mining chips for other entities that give them different blueprints, but the design and production of each chip is exclusive to each entity, so only ActiveMining is allowed to buy from them the current chip.

they can build a generic chip out themselves, they have the expertise.

They can't use any of our IP.

Good Luck putting in an order.  You don't know what I had to go through to get them to this place.  They have so much business, they grew 980% last year.

Haven't received my AM shares after 24 hours I rendered AMC shares on Bitfunder, is it normal?

PM Me and I will check on it.  Should be done in 24 hours, unless something is wrong and was put in the holding bin.

Why do so many ASICs manufacturers take customer pre-order money before even demonstrating a working prototype?

I hope you're legit, but the fact that you're already accepting pre-order money with no existing track record doesn't look good...

This is what is required for start-up in the bitcoin business.  To create a bitcoin mining chip and manufacturer bitcoin mining machines requires a lot of start up capital.  We are not an Intel or Microsoft.

EMail from our engineers today:

Hi Gerald,

We expect to have the prototype boards completed by July 23^rd . We would be
ready for your visit / prototype verification, the week of the 29^th .
Please let me know when you plan to be here. Will you send us cable sets,
boxes, power supplies etc? We can verify there are no issues that will slow
us down once you get here.

    Best regards,

The prototype is being made and they need money to build the miners. How was this not made clear?

Well show me how was that made clear please!

Also some forum members are going to Springfield to see Ken and the base of operations. You can ask them to get some pics of the prototype if you like.
A lot of those questions seemed a little aggressive so I'm not surprised they got removed.

Have you seen my deleted posts? I don't think i was aggressive. I have asked about a prototype and got no reply. I'm so bored of the so many ASIC scams so i couldn't take him seriously since he gave no technical info on his mining hardware thread.

VMC Signs NDA with Major Semiconductor Company

San Jose, Ca – May 17, 2013 – VMC has concluded a meeting with a Major Semiconductor Company. After signing a mutual NDA the semiconductor company agreed to perform a feasibility study after receiving AMC RTL code. VMC's will be producing 45nm and 28nm chips for its Fast-Hash series of Bitcoin Mining Machines. AMC is a hybrid mining and development cooperative and a business unit of VMC.

AMC is traded here: https://bitfunder.com/asset/AMC

When are you going to produce the 28 and 48nm Asic Chip.? What is your timeline, please let me know.

We have decided to go straight to the 28nm chip, we can have chips within 12 weeks from the time we approve our RTL code.

Bash all you want in this thread.  Mine is for discussing the merits of our products.

So when asking details about your products is bashing?

Not for asking, for trolling.
