I've read through the post and I am just clarifying for BTC-TC AMC-PT Shares -> BTC-TC AM Shares. Those that want to keep shares on BTC-TC will need to wait for a couple of days whist BTC-TC creates the new AM-PT and at that point according to past posts BTC-TC should auto swap over the shares for BTC-TC Share holders. If this changes please let me know I know the 31st is a little while away but I both keen and anxious to make sure this changes over smoothly. Kslaughter has thus far been very committed to answering questions and providing updates for the community. Very excited to see where AM goes in the next couple of months.

I was just thinking. BTC-TC received huge divs last week. AM-PT probably won't be ready for this weeks divs. AM on BitFunder will be however . Everything fair and square?

Burnside was talking with Ken about that. That is a possibility. The other, is that, you will have to send the shares to ken to get them manually transferred over once AM-PT is approved.

The prototype is being made and they need money to build the miners. How was this not made clear?

The prototype is being made and they need money to build the miners. How was this not made clear? Well show me how was that made clear please! eMail from our engineers today: Hi Gerald, We expect to have the prototype boards completed by July 23^rd . We would be ready for your visit / prototype verification, the week of the 29^th . Please let me know when you plan to be here. Will you send us cable sets, boxes, power supplies etc? We can verify there are no issues that will slow us down once you get here. Best regards, Now it is clear.

is it in the contract with eAsic that they can't sell their chips to anyone else? NDA's don't mean anything regarding exclusivity. if not than many people can just put in orders with eAsic directly.

They can build other mining chips for other entities that give them different blueprints, but the design and production of each chip is exclusive to each entity, so only ActiveMining is allowed to buy from them the current chip.

They can't use any of our IP. Good Luck putting in an order. You don't know what I had to go through to get them to this place. They have so much business, they grew 980% last year.

i'm still trying to figure out what the IP would be. you can't patent SHA and ASICs doing SHA have been around before you likely filed your patent (AM and Avalon even bitfury now). you can patent a process but, combining ASICS with SHA does not inherently give you any actual IP especially if it's been in the wild beforehand
i'm not trying to be rude. just thinking practically.

Im pretty sure the IP is the actual code that the chips will be running, which Ken spent time optimizing. Im not 100% certain on this however

I think per our conversation in PM's that Ken is on board with an automated transition. Assuming ActiveMining is approved, the actual share transfer will be painless. Cheers.
