Did anybody quote the OP so we know what was originally posted? I just did a quick scan and saw nothing.

By the way, the first chip run for BFL is allegedly 20,000 chips.
20,000 ASIC chips can make
20k / 8 = 2,500 Single SC chips. 20k / ? = ?,??? Little SC chips. 20k / 1 = 20,000 Jalapenos. 20k / 200 = 100 Mini-rigs.
Those are the totals if a batch of 20,000 are divided above as if the batch were used exclusively for one type.
Question: How does one go about fulfilling 12,000 order ID's? Lets assume there are less than 6,000 valid orders. (no clue how many are multiple units in each order...so lets assume it makes up to 6,000 assorted units. Some will order several units while others only 1 unit.)
How does one go about fulfilling that many orders with only 20k ASIC chips? Anyone know how many chips will go into each little single SC?
Has BFL even gotten the 20K chips yet? From what I've read, they'll need at least 40K chips to accomplish the same task. Too bad twice as many units were ordered since this exampled was used. Now, BFL is in the chips selling business while investors who ordered Little Singles get pushed further down the queue since they were tricked by BFL to trade in their Chilly Peppers.

Mtux says Mizuho Bank's automated wire transfer API is broken right now. Wires can only be sent out manually by Mizuho. Gox is opening accounts at other banks, which should drastically improve USD withdrawal times and bypass the technical problems at Mizuho. This process should take around 2 weeks.
Way does this remind me of FullTilt (poker site) prior to its demise here in the US? I beat that dead horse for about two years before abandoning my efforts to get my money back. Luckily for me, in about a week I'll once again gain control of the huge chuck of change that InstaWallet has been so kind to oversee for the past three months. The writing's on the wall In this here bathroom stall It's very clear to see That Mt Gox will cease to be

The last time I saw this video, I was convinced he was Atlas' dad. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You are aware that Ted's reading a script, aren't you? You can see the teleprompter in his classes, coupled with him correcting himself while he's speaking, as if reading a text.

Again, I'm curious as to who suggested harvestlots.org to you.
Teresa@fr33aid.comJun 14 (7 days ago) to me, awagele Hi Rassah, I'd like to introduce you to August Wagele, copied on this email. He manages a non-profit organization called Harvest Lots that accepts bitcoin. Here is their donation page: http://harvestlots.org/donate/ august wagele Jun 17 (4 days ago)
to me
Hello Rassah, This is a great project that you have in spreading the word and use of Bitcoin!
We believe Bitcoin is an excellent alternative to the existing monetary/banking system. Which is why our non-profit Harvest Lots has partnered with Bitpay to start receiving Bitcoin donations.
Our mission is to help communities transform their vacant lots into productive community gardens. We have started with our first garden here in Concord, CA. We have over 150 flourishing fruits and vegetables many of which will be donated to local charities to get them in the hands of those who need it most.
We would be most appreciative if Bitcoin100 could donate Bitcoins to us to help us expand this garden and expand our operation to other vacant lots.
We would surely reciprocate the gesture as far as doing our best to promote Bitcoin100 to our network of community garden charities and to those who are involved in this industry!
Please let me know if you have any other questions or the status of our request.
Thank you!
The reason I asked is because I discovered a new user account on this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=129100Also, the cause is rather new: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=harvestlots.org&prog_id=GoDaddyDomain ID:D166985046-LROR Domain Name:HARVESTLOTS.ORG Created On:29-Oct-2012 20:42:06 UTC Last Updated On:29-Dec-2012 03:45:50 UTC Expiration Date:29-Oct-2013 20:42:06 UTC They, too, have been accepting bitcoins for a while: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:DDIed1QUybIJ:harvestlots.org/donate/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=usThis is Google's cache of http://harvestlots.org/donate/. It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on Jun 7, 2013 18:51:00 GMT. The current page could have changed in the meantime. Learn more Tip: To quickly find your search term on this page, press Ctrl+F or ⌘-F (Mac) and use the find bar. According to TWBM, the site wasn't even indexed last year: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://harvestlots.org/ I don't want to question the integrity of their cause or any other aspects of this endeavor, but a few minor issues accumulate to me having to express that this one may be a no go. Perhaps a separate fund raising drive could work as well. Another option comes to mind: Since August has already registered, he can get easily get whitelisted to start interacting with the community, whereupon he can set up a thread to solicit funds for his cause, thus allowing members to ask questions that may alleviate any concerns they may have. To bullet points MY concerns, but to not take away from their noble cause: - They already accept Bitcoin (for a while now)
- Fairly new
- Their About Me page is missing info
- Their Reach (the site indexed only recently)
None of the above is meant to diss HarvestLots in any way or fashion. The information is provided to aid Bitcoin 100 in making an informed decision as to if donating to them is warranted.

#4 has been accepting bitcoins since 2011: http://web.archive.org/web/20110924062608/http://spices.org.my/be-involved/donations/As stated above, spices.org.my has been accepting Bitcoin donation since 2011. Depending on their reach (read exposure on the internet), a consideration of a 1/3 of what's currently being doled out if they upped ante up on giving the Bitcon logo a more prominent location on their site. Again, only if their exposure warrants it, coupled with what others feel about it. Overall, they are a very fine organization. Another way they could earn possibly the fuller amount is if a new press release about their organization is published with Bitcoin mentioned twice (once may not be enough, and three times would be overkill). The news article would have to be some venerable source, oppose to a Yahoo type release. Use thinking outside the box here. I guess I'll have to be the asshole to tell them that our charity fundraiser is to convince new charities to start accepting, and to ask them for promoting bitcoin on their front page, or to ask them to put out a press release? I'm not sure that would be good for Bitcoin's reputation though, us extorting a charity that caters to mentally challenged kids (double-whammy). Edd, conidering we've had, ahem, issues, is it possible to put some wording on the bitcoin100.org site that specifies some Bitcoin100 guidelines, like "donates to non-political, secular charities" and "exists specifically to convince new charities to start accepting bitcoin?" Maybe we can consider those as the "established rules" going forward, and let #4 slide this time, too? I didn't consider it extortion, but your assessment is correct, for somebody could easily construe it as such. I was just offering up a unique solution to do something for this venerable cause. Maybe a little fund drive for them, using their Bitcoin address for the donations. Thinking further outside the box, we could do such as a case study as to how such an event could/would work, learning from the experience, sharing the results with other NPO/NGOs. The worse that could happen is that Spices would receive some coinage of which they wouldn't have received otherwise.

fyi, shill bidding is a felony in the United states, so there again, whether or not it was a real scam is subject to conjecture/opinion.
sources: My uncle runs an auction house in Little Rock, Arkansas.
It's also a felony to resist the government's violent thugs, and the US is fine with bombing innocent people, so I don't put much stock in the US's view on ethics. Shall we nitpick your country and the way they handle shit? I was going to mention that this comment shows zero leadership qualities. Then I remembered you just own and run this fourm. Not that I agree with everything my country does in it's shadowbox king maker realm. This was still an unneeded stab I read it 20 times, and as try as i might, i just cant see what it means here and now. So in the absence of anything else meaningful, Im starting to think the same re qualities, with regret. I don't believe that darktongue realized that theymos was making a statement toward the very country he lives in unless, of course, theymos doesn't live in the US, but in Russia and used the wrong account to post. Stranger shit has happened in this thread. Shillgate goes global. Why not. ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Ummm! Garr is a MarsOne fan, so you can say its gone galactic.

If he wanted to win the auction then obviously he was willing to pay BTC63, no? He's still not forcing anybody to pay money they would not be willing to pay. This is equivalent to refusing a price in a bargain, something perfectly reasonable.
I don't see any problem in what Garr did, however I am disappointed he didn't warn people he was doing this. However, that's still not something worthy of a scammer tag.
Right, except they weren't bargaining. They were in a binding auction, and last time I checked, an auction doesn't automatically get advanced to the maximum amount that a bidder is "willing to pay". If Gar255 hadn't of called it an auction, rather, a multi-person bargain that functions rather like an auction would you agree that what he did isn't morally incorrect? I agree that what he did isn't morally correct even without these alterations. I'm kidding, i know, typo i can't read.. If he called it anything other than an auction, the buyers would have no preconceptions, and thus would be *forced* to ask "how exactly does this work." People assume they know how auctions work, see my point? edit: strikethrough. N… No I don't see what you're trying to say. Or at least, what I extracted from your post is that you believe Garr255 calling it an auction was a mistake, he should have called it something else so people would be forced to ask how it works, and thus would be informed of the rules of the "auction" beforehand, therefore negating the moral invalidity of Garr255's actions? Why is this even being discussed. Clearly it was in the Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Auctions section and not the Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Not Really an Auction section, of which doesn't exist. On eBay, everybody knows it's an auction site, and nobody needs to clarify that in their offerings, although some do. eBay has a policy pertaining to shills, and I've always safely assumed that some policy pertaining to same was available on this forum, but never looked, for I've yet to participate in auctions here as a buyer or a seller. I'm now taken aback to learnt that that's not the case. Back to reading this epic thread, then attend to emails, then to Google Fu. To quote The Bridge on the River Kwai: Madness!

It's almost certainly someone pretending to be a sock-puppet of Garr's for a laugh.
Yes, it is. Which victim complained giving you the right to comment on whether the account was someone else's sock-puppet? How much did that victim lose? Did you contact this sock-puppet and offer him the chance to pay back whatever he took before you looked at his IP address? Just to cut off any speculation - that account was NOT mine. I've never used any account here other than this one - and I freely give permission for any checks admin want to do to check the truth of that statement. I just want to make sure that sock-pupper was given the same benefit of the doubt as the Werner one was before Theymos checked its IP address and/or did whatever other checks he felt he needed to do to make the quoted statement. +1 In response to theymos' "Yes it is" post, am I the only one reading it him stating that it was just for laughs, oppose to confirming that it's one of Garr's SP? Full Disclosure: My email post was made prior to theymos' comment, hence being posted afterward. I have a couple other emails I'll need to digest before I post anything further. I'm still not at the end of this thread between RL and emails slowing me down. And coffee and pissing. Supposedly there's a source linking svbeon and Garr, but it's not confirmed yet. BRB in 15 minutes. What could possible happen within such a short time frame?

Somebody (no way of knowing who the person is) emailed me the following link and asked if I could post it in this thread. http://www.freebitcointips.co.uk/apps/profile/106642709/He (or she, but probably a he) also mentioned a Twitter account with the same name, but didn't provide a link. I found it, but opted to not post it, for I'm still reading this epic thread, of which I think it's about to become more epiccer (not sure if it's 1 c or 2).
