8361  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Garr255/Werner - Auction shilling on: June 20, 2013, 04:39:28 PM
When you're right, you're right.

Inaba is pretty clearly telling the truth here I believe.

How could Garr be so stupid. Like he really needs some low post count random account to add another negative post. Mind blowingly retarded move by him.

I concur!

The only way this could be worse is if Josh, Garr and werner were all the same person, of which I doubt, but shouldn't be overlooked by those capable of proving or disproving otherwise.

Nice catch, Josh! And from your chat logs its doesn't read to me that blackmail was was being used. Seemed like a fair exchange.

So you're an author of sci-fi books?  Huh Wrote anything good?

Explanation: The word "cyberpunk" originally referred to a certain dystopian literaric genre as well as the small circle of authors defining the genre.

Then.... bad things happened and suddenly the term "cyberpunk" was applied to anything and everything most definitely related to pretty much everything BUT cyberpunk, like people with spiky hair and glowy clothes surfing the matrix inside the computer. That's not cyberpunk. That's glowy people surfing the matrix.

Sorry, my fault  Roll Eyes No, I am not author of sci-fi books, except the one which I was hesitate to release even for free (it was silly)

Now I look like an ignorat, gonna delete this thread.

Don't delete, in your case you can't, though you can lock it, but don't. Due to you starting this thread, I learnt something today, as well as others who'll follow.

Bravo!

Im not sure what this threads purpose is. Please explain.

Josh of BFL called everybody here on this forum Monumental Assholes. The purpose of the thread to see how many proud card carrying members of MA chime in. Granite, stones may be hurled my way for doing such, but I wouldn't expect anything less for something so MoNuMeNtAl, assholes.

Is there a monumental asshole handshake that's used in public when members meet in RL?

This is why we no longer give a shit about this forum;  Everyone here is monumental assholes

Post in this official thread if you're a proud card carrying member.

BTW, who's in charge of designing the membership card?
8373  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Open letter to Theymos regarding Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 20, 2013, 01:46:44 AM
Dear Mods,

this is what BFL/Josh thinks about us:

... I tried to be nice and I wanted to help you and you give me all sorts of shit and accusations.  This is why we no longer give a shit about this forum;  Everyone here is monumental assholes, no matter how accommodating one tries to be.

That ain't good! Did Josh just call theymos a monumental asshole? If I recall, Atlas pulled a similar stunt, getting permanently banned after he even tried to bribe theymos to overlook it. Sadly, BFL's pockets are deeper than Atlas', flush with monumental assholes' money.

I wonder if there's a connection between Josh losing weight and his recent runnin' amok episodes. Surely, Sonny ain't back on cocaine like he was in Laissez Faire City with his Danny-O, this time trading the blow for a blow.
8374  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: List of ongoing scams on: June 20, 2013, 01:36:56 AM
Prove prime dice is a scam......

Don't have a horse in this race, but this is the first time I've seen a red trust thingy along with such a high negative count. Not taking time to see if the two aspects are related, but that's probably proof enough for most people, unless they're BFL investors/shills/sockpuppets/family/short bus passenger.
8375  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Garr255 and Werner = scammer trolls on: June 20, 2013, 01:26:53 AM
I opted to not chime in when Josh was kind enough to out him out, for I took time to read all of werner's posts and some of Garr's after the discovery. Although unsettling, I found nothing majorly nefarious, but was taken aback by the relation. Unfortunately, the accusations presented in this thread may be warranted, sans the scammer tag, for that's no longer available.

Apologies for the verbiage, but I tried to be kind in presenting how I feel.

Sadly, there's a myriad of other users controlling sock puppets in a similar fashion to also profit from their actions. Some even going as far as Garr did in their sock puppets being from one country, while the handler is clearly(?) in another. In this case it was Germany/US respectively.

Sorry, Garr. I've never had any qualms with you, and probably you none with me.

Bruno, I'm going to need some of your Google Fu skills. I need to know the license # or need a copy of the public record for BFL's business license. I need the jurisdiction and business structure (LLC, corporation, individual sole proprietorship, etc.). I also need to know if they rent their business space and the landlord information if you can get it. Do you know if they ever applied for an FCC/ULS license and if they were given a temporary right to distribute product before licensure.

If I come up with more questions later I'll post them here. Thanks in advance.

Working backwards, the UL information (or lack thereof) may not be available. Would need help on that aspect.

The FCC is readily available for all to see, and as of yesterday--NADA (as any BFL assembler to translate).

You can Google: Wyoming sos; Kansas sos; Missouri sos (all without quotes). You'll easily find their business when you search for BF Labs.

The landlord for their El Monte facility is located in the same building.

No permits were pulled during the extensive retro, thus not allowing the local municipality to know if their facility is a safe environment to conduct business in.

We have no way of knowing if the assemblers are legally allowed to work in the US or if they have been properly vetted by some temp service. They may have been tricked into working there, lured by the word jalapeņo.

The miners BFL are building also would need CE certification prior to being shipped to Europe or possibly elsewhere.
8379  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Recieved 50GH BFL Single Today! on: June 19, 2013, 03:54:15 PM

The order was a Jalapeno initially. I paid to upgrade it to a 60gh/s SC Single, and BFL confirmed that I would not lose my place in line.

The bit-pay guys know the number BFL's database started at, and it was with my order. I placed it within ten seconds of BFL opening the forms, and nobody on the forums claimed a previous preorder until BFL started lying about it. I'm not going to be easily convinced that over 50 people placed orders via paypal exclusively in those ten seconds.

BFL: What's your excuse for this one?

Calm the fck down,

The reason why there are orders b4 you was the last FPGA orders were allowed to convert to ASICs. They've automatically become the first ones in line.

For new orders, its true that you're the first.

Nemesis is correct. There are a number of orders that are before the first Bitpay order, dating back well before #1600.  Garr, you can officially piss off at this point and take your accusations and stick them straight up your ass.  I tried to be nice and I wanted to help you and you give me all sorts of shit and accusations.  This is why we no longer give a shit about this forum;  Everyone here is monumental assholes, no matter how accommodating one tries to be.  Garr, you'll get your order when it comes up in the queue, I'm done looking into your problems or trying to help you.

Awesome, dude! Two lies in one posts. The first one is obvious.

Quote
Everyone here is monumental assholes;...

I don't think you meant to include your loyal customer base, for they is the bestest.

As for the second lie...

I will still be posting as Inaba for communications that don't involve BFL.

As for the GLBSE assets, they should not be affected.

You expressed getting to Garr's order when it comes up in the queue. Isn't that speaking in the capacity of BFL, or is one of us mistakenTM?

I'm sure Sonny ordered it, so check in the warehouse to see if it arrived. This is what you're looking for.

If it's not in the warehouse, it's probable at Sonny's Walnut St. address where the power supplies from China were delivered after they hit the US mainland back in January of this year.

Speaking of such, how was it possible to ship back in October when the power supplies weren't yet in the old or new facility, but were on a slow boat from China?
