861  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 03:52:38 PM
The burden of proof is on you if you want to call it a scam. I think most people have you ignored. So I'm just going to clean up the quote a little so they don't have to read you.

That's ridiculous.  The burden of proof is squarely on the shoulders of Labcoin to back their statements and address the numerous issues that shareholders feel are important.  They are the ones making claims, here.  Claims like "we're hashing" should be accompanied by evidence (stamped blocks and/or pool mining).

Proof will come just be patient, LC already stated they would. You would have to prove they will not give proof. Right now they get the benefit of the doubt and we'll see if they are keep their word some time in the next 7 days. In the meantime its pointless saying they will not prove they are hashing without giving some evidence. They will prove themselves right or wrong.

I hope and wish you are correct, but as long as we are honest about what is going on then maybe others might be careful about how much they have tied up.

The reason I am a bit nervous about all this is because I basically grew up as a street kid and learned the hard way to spot situations that would have given me disadvantages. Call it 'street smarts' or whatever. But I am telling you in all honesty that all my alarm bells are going off with all the weirdness and unfulfilled promises going on.

Take it for what you will, but I am not saying this to troll or anything like that. I like to think of myself as a moral person thatīs just being sincere about my opinion. Smiley

What unfulfilled promises? They are fullfilling everything and have always kept their word about posting pics after announcements ect.

How's that 7,000,000 wall over on the ice.drill?

[GOOD NEWS EVERYONE]

Thanks to the BTC price rise, that wall is melting:
Thanks for asking!   Cool

Lol there are more shares on offer now than the last time I checked, they have just been spread out lol.

Icedrill I have realised you are too cunning to have any btc tied up in IceDrill, it is dead in the water and though you might invest if another 6MILL shares are bought you won't be in now.

So you are split three ways - LC, ACtM, AM-PT. Correct? lol Atleast the money you lose on LC you will get back from ACtM.

Huh  Since when is a "wall" also "spread out?"  You sure a Very Special Person, Stuart!   Roll Eyes

lol I didn't even use the word 'wall' - I said 'more shares on offer now' as you can clearly see.

What a pathetic reply. Sorry, but you have lost it over the past few weeks, you used to be quite sharp.

We were discussing the 7million@0.0016 wall put up by ice.drill has been reduced by 750k shares, thanks to the increase in $/BTC.

I know it's hard, but do try and keep up.   Smiley

I'm very happy to be all in Ice.Drill and all out of ACTM, LC, and AM-PT.

The adults have arrived in the form of HashFast, and their upcoming disclosures are going to blow you and the Chinese scam IPOs away.

Good luck with your clown stocks!   Cool
What's wrong on investing on both?
There is plenty of room for at least 2 companies in asic mining IMO...

This ^^ I have invested in both.
864  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 04:03:52 AM
The labcoin story makes absolutely no fucking sense.

The thing about that though, is that it does not make sense from any point of view. If labcoin is a scam, they are terrible scammers. If labcoin is legit, they are terrible in PR and who knows what else. It is looking more and more like they are bad at running a potential company.

I still hold, cause I can still see ways to profit from this. They are not so bad as to be avoided in my opinion, although I have changed my investing strategy these last few weeks, and I do not thing I will hold long term as I had originally planned.

being bad at PR doesn''t mean they are bad at execution, which so far they seem to be executing perfectly fine.
865  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 03:32:56 AM
its going to be hilarious when they post everything people whining about over here lol
Let's say they do and they're mining and all.
You would have to wonder why they wouldn't do it earlier.

clearly from day one, they are mentally retarded when it comes to posting anything. Who posts an important announcement in the general thread instead of the first page? Clearly LabCoin does lol. Again they already have millions of dollars, why would any scammer still stick around and potentially lose all of the money, trying to manipulate the price higher for a little bit more.

Hey guys we just robbed the banks vaults!! Nah, lets go back and get the cash registers too!!

They sold what 7 mil shares at .001btc? So they got $840kish. So no they didn't already have millions of dollars.  If they play it right they can make millions and millions selling the stock at inflated prices. So that is why they will stick around and continue to scam.

Don't you think they would of raised more money and allow an auction style IPO instead of fixed if they were trying to scam? Nah that must of been to logical right?
866  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 03:21:34 AM
blah blah blah
To me your credibility isn't very high right now.

I just had a look at the post history...6 days of constantly posting negative comments on this thread....sounds tiring  Roll Eyes

^^

How about we all just chill and put the tinfoil hats away. Nothing happened so lets just leave it at that. If they have updates and more info then great and if not then it's still all good.

Nah clearly its more fun to make random assumptions with absolutely no evidence.

Umm dude how about pretty products that are totally impossible to realistically manufacture in a short space of time. Have you ever designed a product? Especially where time is critical and aesthetics aren't a functional aspect? You don't go designing good looking products that have lots of small parts that;

a) may break causing the product to catastrophically fail,
b) take unnecessary time to assemble,
c) require more people to employe reducing your margins.

Abdi was either out of his depth trying to demonstrate a customer base to raise funds for a product that could not realistically be made, or be trying a scam that fell apart as people began to demand secure payment methods.

The secure payment methods were already mentioned since day one, good try though, shouldn't you be in the KNC thread slobbering all over their knobs, when someone posts something negative? Again, no money was taken, nothing occured. Until xcrowd disappears for a year than you can talk shit all you want.

Even then you can't call it a scam because again NO MONEY WAS TAKEN, feel free to circle jerk eachother with random theories not based on a shred of evidence.
869  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 03:09:29 AM
As of now Labcoin would be better off p2pooling, right?

As of right now there's a hundred things scamcoin could be better off doing but they can't because it will blow their cover.

its going to be hilarious when they post everything people whining about over here lol
870  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 10, 2013, 02:02:27 AM
IceDrill shareholders may have helped pay for HashFast's NRE costs.  But that doesn't mean they get any additional profit. You still seem really confused.  What does the Sierra have to do with IceDrill?    Nothing.  HashFast might sell a million of them, IceDrill shareholders won't get a dime of that money.

The more hardware HashFast sells, the more $$$ they have for their next gen chip's R&D.

IceDrill has first dibs on bulk orders of that chip, which will be a game changer.

ALWAYS  BET  ON  iCE...

Ice scam, please leave this thread. It's not for advertising your tripe

This is the "Securities" subforum, which is the appropriate place to compare a security like LagCoin to a security like IceDrill.

I'm sorry you have so little confidence in your LagCoin investment that you feel the need to avoid actual discussion, and prefer a cowardly retreat into a warm wet circlejerk of groupthink.   Tongue

LabCoin is up and running hashing, while IceDrill is the only one circle jerking waiting magically for November haha. You fanboys are very amusing lol.

The website will be updated this week in order to show our live hashing rate and dividends will be paid every two weeks.
More pictures of the laboratory setting where the hardware is currently deployed will be also distributed. Complete installment will be shown when our final premise will be ready.

When they are ready to post pictures they will, just like they have in the past, they are on their own timeline not the whiners on these forums.

It's like Apple investors yelling Show us Iphone 6 pictures now!!! Not later when you have decided but now!!
873  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 09, 2013, 09:39:07 PM
I'm officially completely out of this.

Made about 75 btc profit on this stock, so I guess I can't be too mad.
But I'm pretty positive on the fact now that this is a scam. So fuck you, LC.
You know what the worst part is? MP was right. Another fuck you for that.

Don't take it so hard now.

Best move of the night.  He'll have the last laugh.

If you do not own any LC shares, and you are here only to 'help', why dont you just go to sleep or anything? Is this that entertaining?

I'm getting my revenge on Mab because of the way he carried on in the ActM threads.  No more, no less. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.  It's that simple.  And yes, it is quite entertaining.

Are you insane or just incredibly stupid? If you want revenge on me, come back in November.

I had a real effect on share price tonight by pointing out some home truths about this company.  I had zero financial motivation to do so.  I was disgusted with the way you conducted yourself on the ActM thread for a prolonged period and am now happy that I feel I have paid you back the favour.  I don't care if you make money or lose money or if this company succeeds.  I simply wanted you to be on the receiving end of some good old fashioned fud.  I am not insane, nor am I stupid.  I am intelligent and very well balanced.  Good night.  Smiley

Nah just sounds like a loser who lies to get revenge, multiple mental problems detected.
874  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 09, 2013, 09:37:49 PM
I just can not understand this.
One picture will make their share price go up instantly.
Not showing a picture will probably make it crash really bad.
And what option do they choose?

I don't care either but this is just so weird. I just can not understand this behaviour.

There is not much to understand they are really bad at PR lol. They post on the forum where their announcements get destroyed within 2 minutes and lost for eternity. Instead of just updating the first posts on the main page.

They make announcements without any pictures at the same time, they always post pictures later. It's ok though they will post pictures later in the next few days, like always.

Then when they post dividends stats and mining stats, price will explode. It's funny with all the idiots who yell scam.

LabCoin already has 6 or so million dollars they would of disappeared by now like every other normal scammer.

Nah we'll stick around for months to raise the price even more, and we can't all sell out of our shares cause the price will crash, so we will stick around for 2 years of managing this scam, to make an extra million dollars.

Again most scammers would of disappeared by now, would of made the IPO auction style, to take even more money in lol.

THE FUD is strong with this one, hence LabCoin will be a big success.
875  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 09, 2013, 08:44:03 PM
LOL... you guys are a joke... if this is a scam, these are the worst scammers EVER. They should have run the day after the IPO instead of answering your questions here in the forum.... it's like a bankrobber that has $10 Million in his bag and decides to stay to chat with the bank employees and see if he can steal their watches too...

^^ lmfao

Smiley

What do you think? Scam or not? Honest question, honest answer...

If we take the definition of scam technically, then no. Xcrowd took in $0 dollars, can't really call it a scam. One person mentioned a 3rd party scam, even that doesn't qualify. Showing an investor proof of market and actual demand, to raise funding doesn't classify as a scam either.

As of right now the only thing we can do is wait. There is no point in coming up with random assumptions. Either way people will almost never get a return on their investment with current hardware prices and sales. When you ran some calculations x-crowds units were negative.

When the hardware manufacturers decide to pursue normal business operations with normal margins, instead of insane 1000% profit margins, than it might make sense to buy hardware again. Until then I have bought shares in Labcoin and Icedrill to leverage the buying power.

The only way to make any money of hardware now is if you have a massively huge amount of money, hence the shares in the companies mentioned above. Or if Bitcoin's price skyrockets, but until that happens I will just sit on the sidelines before purchasing any overpriced, or hardware that is pre ordered.

So only 10, 000 bitcoin will be used for bankroll meanwhile he will pocket 40, 000 bitcoin. Well because why not? Why not just pocket $6, 000, 000 for launching a website lol.
