Absolutely right. Along with the rising popularity of meme coins, there are many projects who speculate their fate to do the same. Meanwhile, there are some criminals who want to take profits too by scamming unfortunate people with meme coin modus. As newbies, we need to keep alert and not take a rash decision by following the hype or others' said. It's better to choose a long-term project with strong fundamentals. Even though it's not a quick profit, but at least it's safer (Although there's no guarantee).

This is why it's important for us to know how exactly the cryptocurrency world goes. We need to make sure that we know what are we going to do before actually doing something. I personally always do re-check multiple times before executing the transactions. I am sorry, but it seems there's nothing we can do. It went to an unsupposed address where it can't be back. Once it goes to a smart contract, it's gone. Let's take a lesson from our own mistakes and from others.

As a newbie, you might ever hear airdrop and bounties or might not. That's a slight of another way to gain some profits in the crypto world aside from trading. Airdrop means you'll get some amount (usually a little amount) of the project's token by doing some easy tasks one time. Meanwhile, bounty means you do some tasks (medium to difficult) to gain those project's tokens (sometimes stable coins or well-known tokens) as rewards. Usually, the tasks need to be done in a long period (a month or more) and the amount of the reward depends on the quantity and quality of your tasks. You can sell your rewards and buy any assets that you want to add your stacks.

The crypto world is a mean world. It is common that people to do anything to gain profits. Crypto is known for the big profits, so it attracts every single people who want to speculate their fate whether it's honest people or criminals. Criminals always thought about how to get an easy way to gain as many as profits with a little effort. Scamming, cheating, hacking are some efforts they do to rob people. Everything could be a chance to get money and honest people will always be the victims. The institutions not always be the injustice doer (exchangers, developers), but they also can be the victim. Even, the institution's deceivers not only do that individually, sometimes they're organized and systemized also belong in one big institution.
KYC was a problem from a long time ago in the world where decentralization should be implemented in cryptocurrency. Many people try to hinder it and some other people look at this as a chance to gain profits. Criminality not only exists just because of the criminal's intention but also cause there's a chance to do it.

I have made one stupid mistake because of the greediness which is joining an airdrop or giveaway thread. I was momentarily banned for 7 days. I've learned so hard and I don't want to repeat it again. I've lost a chance to join great bounties because of that mistake. Sadly, some people make a bigger mistake by making alternative accounts. I just want to say that people should really read the rules. They're trying to overcome a mistake by doing another mistake. You can be banned permanently if you make the secondary accounts after that ban, that's why it's better to wait patiently and read the rules while in the punishment period. I hope people read this and learn from my mistake. Cheers.

There are two ways of learning from mistakes. First, learning from your own mistakes, and two, learning from others' mistakes. Ideally, don't make a mistake and learn from it cause you can learn from others that's why this forum was made. You can make your own research before actually jumping to the crypto world. I can say that the crypto world is really mean so we need to guard ourselves to avoid unnecessary unfortunate events. I should say thank you for this thread and warn newbies about scamming trials. Take care of yourselves cause it's a harmful world for those who don't care to read to know.
