861  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW iPhone 6 16GB Space Grey (NEW + RECEIPT + UNLOCKED) on: November 29, 2015, 02:06:31 AM
its troubling that they think its that easy to scam people on here

They try, most people are smart enough not to fall for it though.

This was just a bought (yet again strengthening my stance on banning the selling of accounts on here) or a hacked account.

As escrow.ms says OP's account hadn't posted for a year before trying to sell this iPhone Roll Eyes.

Move on people, nothing more to see here.....
862  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW iPhone 6 16GB Space Grey (NEW + RECEIPT + UNLOCKED) on: November 29, 2015, 01:59:07 AM
What a surprise OP hasn't been back.

Scam all along as expected.

You still haven't provided good pictures with your username and date on?

Also is escrow ok?

What frequency are you running at? At 150 I can hold heatsink without cooling.

150

It's running at about 8.35 Gh/s

Yes thats right Smiley

What if the Stickminer gets too hot?
Will it just generate errors?
Or is it more likely to burn up?

At 150 you should be ok even just air cooled. Extra cooling is recommended for 150+.

Not sure what happens if they get too hot as I've kept mine cool since overclocking.

I would assume they give HW errors then go 'zombie' if there are too many.

Dont think there's much risk of them burning up unless you go silly.

Not sure if there's ever been a proper burn in / up test done.

Ok, thanks
It is running so hot I can't even touch the heatsink without getting burned.
I haven't seen CGMiner generate HW-error's though.

Yesterday I received the Stickminer.
Thank you Sidehack!

And I have got it running today.
I have not yet changed the voltage-setting. And I have not measured it yet.
I used the 150Mhz parameter.

868  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nov 11 to Dec 11 SIDEHACK compac stick pool club. New run. on: November 28, 2015, 09:20:51 PM
I am not at home at the moment.
Can check it tomorrow when i'm back and hopefull all packages from amazon and co arrived

Ok fingers crossed your equipment arrives soon Smiley. You should be able to get them running at lower frequency (150MHz or less) without the hub, the hub (if powered) will provide extra power for overclocking and running multiple sticks.

I'm running 6 at the moment @225 on an Anker 60W 7-Port USB 3.0 hub: http://www.ianker.com/product/A7515111

Was running them @250 but have had quite a few HW errors and sticks going 'zombie' Undecided.

I know some people have had problems setting these up, luckily mine installed and worked first try (more luck than judgement lol).

That's an amazing photo Cool, did you take it yourself?

I did! Thanks a bunch man.

You're very welcome Smiley.

That's absolutely superb I love it! Do you have any more examples?

Believe it or not, this is only my second go at shooting space. I don't have the technology to shoot much smaller than the moon, but I'll be taking more photos of stars and what not in the future being that it seems to be so popular.

Well for only your second go that's really good! I love photo's of the moon Smiley.

How much would an 8"x10" be shipped to the UK please?
870  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nov 11 to Dec 11 SIDEHACK compac stick pool club. New run. on: November 28, 2015, 08:57:09 PM
I hope my usb hub arrives tomorrow...
When i get my sticks to work - can i still join?

Thanks

I'm sure you can, more the merrier I say Smiley.

Cant you get them to work @ 150MHz without the hub? Mine run off pc USB 2.0 ports fine at 150MHz without any extra cooling @ 8GH.

A little late, but finally get a minute or 2 between calling family, making funeral arrangements, and everything.

My stick arrived (Wednesday, I think it was), just got around to plugging it in, and to say Thanks again Philip.

OH well, there's the phone again.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult time mate, my thoughts are with you.

Hi, quite new here, so I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right sub forum.  Does anyone have any info on how to sell one testicle safely for Bitcoin?  I'm a 40ish year old male, in the UK, so it's mine and I am being serious.

Damn, I'm looking for a matching pair shame you're only selling one.

Out of interest, whats it's size / circumference?
875  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nov 11 to Dec 11 SIDEHACK compac stick pool club. New run. on: November 28, 2015, 10:37:25 AM
Finally pointed my 5 sticks at the pool. Happy Holidays everybody!!

Welcome to the pool, happy holidays to you as well Smiley.

I can't see your username on the pool stats page, hopefully it will get added quickly so you can mine to your own address and your shares can be counted Smiley.

He can mine now.

I will track until crypto glance adds him in.

Thats good Smiley.

Btw your prize is in the U.K.

I would think it should reach you mon or Tuesday

Stick arrived today mate thank you very, very much Smiley.
876  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience Compac BM1384 Stickminer Official Support Thread on: November 28, 2015, 10:16:11 AM
I'm running an Anker 60W 7-Port USB 3.0 hub: http://www.ianker.com/product/A7515111

With 5 sticks and an arctic usb fan plugged into it @ stock voltage its pretty stable @250MHz with very few HW errors, @275 pretty stable but with more HW errors and stick restarts, @300 even more HW errors, stick restarts and cgminer has shut down several times.

With this hub, 5 sticks and the fan the sweet spot seems to be @250. Each stick is ticking over @ 13GH.

I've got another stick arriving any day so we'll re-assess when that gets here Smiley.

EDIT: 6th stick arrived as I was typing, all 6 are now running @250 Smiley. Have had 1 HW error though in first 5 mins so this might be pushing it.
877  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW iPhone 6 16GB Space Grey (NEW + RECEIPT + UNLOCKED) on: November 28, 2015, 09:21:22 AM
LOL

So wait escrow.ms. You read the adjustment of my thread and removed your negative review. But then...

Then you read it again and thought OMG he called me a coward (yes without any form of communication calling someone a scammer is an act of cowardice) and you put it back.

The reward of the signature is 10 usd. The reward of your stupidity is priceless (I got 3 buyers, but I still will post the pictures, so that's good).

Fact is in real life,.. I can walk into an Apple store and buy a iphone then a day later buy another one.  You on the other hand live on your internet reputation. We all know what's that like.. u.g.l.y. f.r.e.a.k.

This is the way to fuck up your sale's and reputation, escrow.ms's feedback is completely agreeable as your password has been changed and you are posting google (fake) images and not showing any proof. I would assume he would remove the feedback if you prove and make it all right.
He is one of the non-bias guy's on DT.

I agree! escrow.ms hasn't done anything wrong apart from mention that the password has been changed recently and for people to trade with caution, which is 100% correct.

I'm leaving negative trust as well until the proof pictures are posted.

OP instead of getting defensive and nasty you could have posted the pictures and made this right.

At the moment this looks nothing more than a scam. I will remove the negative trust if proof is given.
