I think it would be better to have a KYC system to open a new account.Then you can not make spamming account. I think this is good comment for the site.
This idea has been already proposed several time and discarded. The forum is promoting / agreeing with privacy and anonymity, there are actually many users which are using Tor while browsing it, so KYC is definitively not going to happen. |

Still value in having that, yes. But the effects are just not as impactful as in a market with good sentiment.
At the moment the only impact Decentraland can have on the MVT token, it is the price associated with the land in there. Merits are generally community moderated, but sometime for cases where the abuse is obvious, people do get red trusted.

im not sure if anybody pulled out details data about who sent to who in regard of the magic merit to pass from newbie to jr. member, but this may account for a significant part of those 6922 merits
Another interesting thing would be to verify when was the last time merits were sent from anybody who sent merit to the newly de-ranked jr. members.

Actually upon further reading the citizens cannot score each other, is just the government which score the citizen and perhaps some company. It kind of make sense because China not having democracy they cannot risk of having people giving some bad score to members of the party and at the same time they want to keep their people in check.
