This doesn't guarantee the bounty hunters will be getting paid. There are some projects that already listed on exchange site like STC and AME. both were also abandoning to pay the rest of rewards to the hunters.
These projects are also manipulating the result because they were so greedy after reached the hardcap.

I do agree with it. When there's a coin that already got lots of marketcap and then there would be less room to growth. The top 10 coins potentially to did the same like bitcoin and ethereum. The ico token can't be sold manually when there's no demand. There must be a demand for the buyers of ico token and that will create liquidity for the ico token and then ico token holders would be able to sell their ico token to the market. There must be a market to make it happen. I rarely seen the ico investors were selling through p2p transaction.
