That is how my all minted coins look like (It also looks like it is minting crazy amounts - I only have 1m mint tokens in the wallet)

Like I said, it also happens to me and I open my wallet twice a month. Be patient, your minted blocks will eventually be accepted.

My wallet is minting, I am getting transactions but all are "generated but not accepted" is that normal?

Is your system's time properly synced?

That also happens to to me regularly. Just check your time sync and be patient.

some dev update:

while chris is coding like crazy on wallet and alex on wallet design and new website and whitepaper
im testing and working on the windows  onion hidden service guide for masternodes
and it looks good that u will be able run multiple masternodes
on ur home windows pc without static ip
if u use onion hidden service (TOR)

Looking forward to have my masternode running on TOR  Grin

After a major pump, there is always a huge dump...

Let's just hope DMD can withstand the fall and prove once again its resiliency  Grin

886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: excavator by NiceHash - multi-algorithm advanced NVIDIA & AMD GPU miner [1.2.6a] on: June 23, 2017, 06:19:17 AM

It may be high, but you earn about 15% more than any other pool + you are paid PPS - for each share.

https://new.nicehash.com/algorithm/daggerhashimoto

Really?

Nicehash is currently paying 0.0565 BTC/GH/Day

I'm mining ETH at ~260 MHs and that means~.0143 BTC/day on Nicehash

But on Ethermine, I get a bit more, without the 4% fee!

Can you please explain how cant I get 15% more on Nicehash?

With numbers, please?

Although 15% sounds a bit too exaggerated even to me, I would be curious as to how NiceHash actually compares against other pools.
I used ethermine.org as a user for a while, and I am under the impression that its predictions are not particularly reliable.
If the actual data shows that there is room for improvements, we will take care of it. No worries.

Ethermine's predictions are as flawed as Nicehash's... But in recent months, Ethermine as always been reliable. Therefore, a better pool for ETH than NH specially due to the much lower fee.

No, but you can't use it in any pool. If you use it in Nicehash you'll pay a high service fee.
So the first post in this topic isn't correct?
Quote
Excavator is a multi-algorithm advanced CUDA and OpenCL miner. Miner is close-sourced, but open to ANY pool and does NOT contain any fees.
I'm still new to this miner and haven't really had a chance to use it properly. You're saying it won't work with ethermine?

I tried it yesterday with no success. Read the previous page and you'll see other user confirming it will only work with NiceHash and Suprnova (?)

If anyone figures how to get it to work with Ethermine, I would love to know!

NOTE: I'm obviously refering to ETH mining. You can use excavator with other algorithms in other pools. But wit DaggerHashimoto, only nicehash's stratum protocol is supported :-(
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: excavator by NiceHash - multi-algorithm advanced NVIDIA & AMD GPU miner [1.2.6a] on: June 21, 2017, 05:32:26 PM
Taking into account the fees (Either Claymore's or Nicehash's), one of the best solutions might be to mine with GG on Ethermine :-). No devfee and low pool fee. Just an idea...
But excavator doesn't have any devfee, does it?

No, but you can't use it in any pool. If you use it in Nicehash you'll pay a high service fee.

Mind elaborating why using excavator on nicehash has a really high service fee???

https://www.nicehash.com/?p=faq

Code:
Sellers:
Fee for all nicehash-wallet mining payments (regardless of size) is 2%.
Fee for payments with unpaid balances, greater than 0.1 BTC to external-wallet is 3%.
Fee for payments with unpaid balances, greater than 0.01 BTC to external-wallet is 4%.

Running 7 x rx480 OC'd & bios mod

Averaging about 184 MH/S

On Claymore I was running 195 MH/S but pool average was only 170 MH/S

Excavator output
https://prnt.sc/fmd963

Ethermine with claymore
http://prntscr.com/fmdal2

I will be running this from now on.

Well done to the devs

You should check pool side also with excavator. And try to compare the performance with Gateless Gate. Taking into account the fees (Either Claymore's or Nicehash's), one of the best solutions might be to mine with GG on Ethermine :-). No devfee and low pool fee. Just an idea...
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: excavator by NiceHash - multi-algorithm advanced NVIDIA & AMD GPU miner [1.2.6a] on: June 20, 2017, 06:03:45 PM

Delete 1 worker,
Run with 1 thread per gpu

Thanks, that did it. However, still 10% slower than GG :-(

Any ideas to improve RX 480 performance?

What about mining to other pools other than NH? Can it be done? I got an error with Ethermine  Huh

Tested v1.2.6 alpha with daggerhashimoto and got 1/3 the speed of the latest GatelessGate.

Am I doing something wrong?

Code:

{"id":1,"method":"algorithm.add","params":["daggerhashimoto","daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353","1NNEZsaaqyAAJeDsFbD1rkQqdAaCNvKciZ.PC"]}
]},
{"time":3,"commands":[
{"id":1,"method":"worker.add","params":["0","0"]},
{"id":1,"method":"worker.add","params":["0","0"]}

{"time":10,"loop":10,"commands":[
{"id":1,"method":"worker.print.speed","params":["0"]},

can you link me configuration??? I used source version then compile and not work.

This is my .conf file:

{
  "algorithm": "ethash-new",
  "xintensity": "1024",
  "worksize": "192",
  "gpu-threads": "1",
  "failover": true,

  "pools": [
    {
      "name":"MAIN",
      "user": "0x2c988a9d1b730520ad270ed0ec68a77dbe2f0264.RIG02",
      "pass": "x",
      "url": "eu1.ethermine.org:4444"
    },
    {
      "name":"FAILOVER",
      "user": "0x2c988a9d1b730520ad270ed0ec68a77dbe2f0264.RIG02",
      "pass": "x",
      "url": "eu2.ethermine.org:4444"
    },

      "pass": "x",
      "url": "us1.ethermine.org:4444"
    }
  ]
}

And this is may .bat file:

@echo off
set GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
set GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
gatelessgate.exe --gpu-platform 0 --default-config gatelessgate-Ethereum.conf
pause

I'm mining in Win10, no problems whatsoever!

Good luck!

you mean sgminer (genoil) i checked code it not support it.
what pool did you try?
with ethereminer.org not working.

Gateless Gate for 64-bit Windows (0.1.3-pre6b) works flawlessly on Ethermine!

any change to update stratum support for ethproxy Huh cause atm 99% ethereum pool use eth-proxy with stratum and miner not working

GG works flawlessly with Ethermine pool Grin

The best option is to use Win 10, however this mod works perfectly under Win 7:

DCR: Stratum - Cannot connect to dcr.suprnova.cc:3252
 DCR: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...

all dcr pool die ? anyone like me , coinmine.pl too

suprnova is working just fine  Wink

hi guys, have bigg problem, I tried everything to solve problem and noting, have 6x rx480 8gb asus dual(mod bios), use claymore 9.2, driver 16.10.2, have bigg fluctuation, try to change drivers, try to change overcloak, try to change -ethi and -dcri, and same problem GPU activite all time 100% - 0%, and mh/s 30mh/s to 5mh/s ...... plz some help or any idea for this problem .. ??

- do not undervolt
- use asm -0
- use ddu to uninstall the driver
- install 16.11.5

I know you mean well but are offering poor advice.

I undervolt, I underclock, I use -asm 1 and I don't have this kind of issues.

I'm assuming a MN will require not only the fixed IP (or known onion), but also some pretty decent computational power, right?

Can you give some estimate as to what the CPU/RAM requirements will be?

not at stage1
there be able run a node is enough performance
so even a raspberryPi could be a MN (1 GB RAM and enough HDD space to store the chain)

when later additional services will be added it might be possible additional requirements arise
but we also evaluate if such added services can be opt-in or mandatory for each node
if the services have extra fees it can be opt-in if offer service are part of the normal MN reward expectation
then each node must be able perform them

Just what I wanted the hear... :-)

Thanks!
