They just move on to the next scam that they want to create thinking and hoping that nobody will notice  their previous attempts.
And so the cycle goes.

This just goes to show everybody that nothing is 100% safe when it comes to transmission of currencies and that goes double for any cryptocurrency.
especially to the biggest one of them all: BTC
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we convince Google to have a Bitcoin Doodle on Genesis day? on: December 23, 2016, 06:19:46 PM
Google having more than a billion people using it's services and specially the search engine daily, I can not imagine that they'll do such advertising for us with a community little as less than half a million Smiley. just remember that we don't need many people getting involved with mining and stuff we just need as many people to simply buy and hold bitcoins lol too many miners means increased difficulty, however is a good thing but what is most needed for people to trust and start using bitcoin as regular currency.
But it is not just for the community but for a decentralized currency that it is as a whole. Grin
This exposure will be good not just for the ones holding any bitcoin but for the world economy for years to come. Smiley

You should put up the pm logs for that user that did with you to show the attempt at his next scam if it is true.

Then possibly putting up a pre-scam accusation so they don't get anymore btc for their holiday spending spree at the expensive of the forum members here.

It's not a scam attempt, you dumb cunt. It's almost 4 here hence why I want to deal directly and faster and not wait for an escrow to come online. Whatever, I'm done.

Explain this:
jagrapolite5  this person scam me 58$ paypal. Please be careful with this person to trade.

this guy ask me 200 trade

I was thinking sending them first 100 USD but just checked and seen scam reports against this guy

better use escow with this guy

mistonel  please tell all details if this guy scammed you and whats proof?

he sent me 30$ and we made deal for 80$ and hasnt sent me rest of the money. he told me that waiting for exchanger but there is no answer for long time on skype and here. I typed so many times and give scam accusations still there is no answer.

Mistonel says you scammed him of $58.
Explain why you didn't send the bitcoin after he paid you in paypal.
You are being very sketchy as f*ck here buddy!
Show all the logs if you don't want someone to look into your actions being a hero member you should know how to wash yourself clean of any accusations of scam attempts on you.

I'll post logs of whatever you want in 12-13 hours. I'm going to sleep.

Did mistonel show proof? Nope. Anyway, see you in a bit.
Thought you were going to sleep mate! Wink
Anyways here is the proof that you requested to be posted from the accused:

Please respond to this thread please before doing another deal.

You should put up the pm logs for that user that did with you to show the attempt at his next scam if it is true.

They said you are lying about the whole thing and was not scammed at all because you did not post any proof that the transaction actually happened.
You would need to post any pm's and tx that you actually sent anything to this hero member and the paypal addresses that was used.
He is waiting and so are others on this forum with your response.
You have posted scam accusations against some users already stating that they have scammed you so this one is most important due to it being against a hero member and his reputation here is in question now because of your allegations against him.

Look jagrapolite5  scammed me

This is pm you can see the skype adress of him.

This is his skype

some skype messages and paypal payment proff

http://prntscr.com/dn5462

and no answer anymore proff

He scammed me 55$ + 2$ = 57$ total

Will enjoy witnessing your explanation while eating some popcorn. Wink

Yes pdf files can contain viruses and can be activated once clicked on any links with in it.
Best to offer these "slides" powerpoint I am guessing by video via youtube or dailymotion something like those two services that are available to everyone from a safe location like these.

907  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I want to sell 1.245 btc for paypal on: December 23, 2016, 05:46:20 PM
Escrow is refusing to do it? Just did a trade with Theresa (Alex) for $150. Not sending first unless you send btc to escrow then I'll send you my payment. I feel that's pretty fair. No?
My only two choices of escrow are OGNasty and SebastianJu. Possibly Zazarb. But it's PayPal so I'm assuming ALL the risk either way. Never declined you btw. You never answered my pm
Ah yes. Anything to do with paypal escrow will not touch because of their terms that they all have regarding this form of payment.

If you are willing to break it up I will buy some. I have Paypal. Will be safe and use escrow or you send first. Rate?

Paypal has refund function it is not good

Unless I read that wrong, I'm sending PP and he is sending me BTC.
The op takes all the risk on this one, so Op make sure you use a trusted person for this.
correct. No matter how it's broken up- I'm not sending btc first because PayPal can easily be reversed. The two escrows I contacted urged me not to take it.
State the escrows that advised you not to do it this way.
Transparency here is a big warning signal to those who want to do this trade.
And in deleting messages to your thread is a way that you acting strange to anyone who would want to trade with you.
I deleted your messages because you became the "PayPal police" which I already addressed. I'm looking into maybe getting an eBay gift card paid in cash idk. I'm listening to offers from reputable people. Have one in mind but he hasn't responded yet.
And I was not becoming the paypal police. I was stating that if you actually had the amount, which is a rather large amount mind you, to fulfill anyone's request to do a trade with you or not.
Don't prejudge other's comments please. You are the one looking to do a trade after all and they can reverse their payment if you don't find a reputable member. Go with GT_Addict he is the most reputable one here that replied to you so far but he did ask for you to send first so he has his pretentious meter on your credibility here as well.

With a chance for prizes that are offered (really need a new cell phone and an iphone 7 would be a nice gift for Christmas!) I will take part in this program.
910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we convince Google to have a Bitcoin Doodle on Genesis day? on: December 23, 2016, 05:27:46 PM
This would be a great idea to make bitcoin more prevalent to the mass market that they appeal too.
I would like to think this should be requested in a form of a petition and presented to google. Grin
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a revolutionary currency but a fairly inefficient payment network on: December 23, 2016, 05:11:08 PM
How is it non-efficient?
I have found it to be faster to use than credit unions and even bank wire transfers.
So I don't see the reasoning behind this rather bold statement that is made here on a bitcoin forum none the less. Undecided

Any tips on the NFL cashback promo bet guys ?
I am not a NFL type guy and i don't know much about it so i wants to know on which team i place my bet on so i can win instead of getting a refund
Always bet on New England when in doubt or don't know who to pick on for a parlay.
On the total spread put them for over 36.5 points. They don't fail to deliver on that.

Parlays are not allowed for the moneyback promo. Only singles
Also i am talking about the NFL Match winner market not any specific Match

Hi xinzark,

For tonight's NFL Philadelphia Eagles vs NY Giants.

If you check the history you can see that the Eagles have lost their previous 6 matches, whereas the NY Giants have won the last 9 matches, with one loss vs Pittsburgh.

You'd expect the odds for the Giants to be around 1.3, but the odds on Sportsbet.io are 1.73 at the moment Smiley

So that's an interesting bet: https://sportsbet.io/sports/live/american-football-nfl/philadelphia-eagles-v-new-york-giants/event/9292603

Cheers,
sportsbet.io
Yeah. I was watching the game and it placed a bet on the giants late in the game but they failed on two possessions and they got penalty that cost them the 1st down with inches. They would of scored and won the game. The odds were nice but better for the eagles.
Thats just how it goes with sports.

Anyways. All issues resolved with the nba promotion and received the cash back later on that day.
Thanks SportsBet!

Yeah. The way he is replying to you is sketchy as hell.
I think he is going to ride on with this and try scamming others on here who are not to keen on spotting the behavior of how a scammer works.
Best to post something in the Investigations part of the forum in the reputation section I think it is called.
It is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0

I don't think investigations is available to everyone though.

Thanks. He doesn't seem too interested in escrow as of now, just wants to break it up into smaller transactions, but he may just be busy so hasn't replied back yet again. We'll see.
That is a clear sign that he is trying something strange with this trade.
Not accepting escrow off the bat is a major red flag.
You should avoid this trade if you don't want to get scammed out of your money mate. Smiley

Thanks. Skipping over that one, lol

Christmas this weekend. Scammers are dead-desperate for cash. They will say and do just about anything to get those coins.

And notice the pattern.. he won't touch any offers of established members here. He wants newbies who are naive and vulnerable and gullible. He wants those he can control and manipulate. Not those long-term members here who have rigorous trading rules.

He just made a good deal, so he claims above. And I just saw a pig fly past my window.

No doubt! Angry
This user is trying to scam again and he is a HERO MEMBER!

jagrapolite5  this person scam me 58$ paypal. Please be careful with this person to trade.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1714190.msg17245481#msg17245481

OP I would hold off on this exchange because even if you see a hero member, you don't know who exactly you are trading with. They could be a scammer hiding behind this trusted status.
I wouldn't send anything until you can prove that what these allegations are that are put against this user here.

It is a great history lesson to behold especially now to see how far we have come from it's mere beginnings of just starting at fifty cents per bitcoin.
Man I feel so very old now. Has it really been 6.5 years since it was created? Where has the time gone? Cry
919  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have PP looking for BTC on: December 23, 2016, 03:48:00 PM
Possible trade for $150. w jagrapolite5. Waiting on him to decide if we can do escrow.
Do not do a trade with him!
There was a user here that did a trade with that exact same username and got scammed $58 if I can recall correctly.
It was Mistonel that reported it so you have to contact him or look at his proofs to see if it is true or not.
920  Economy / Services / Re: Get your itcoin signatures on: December 23, 2016, 03:45:11 PM
You should make your thread little more descriptive and informative. And if you have skills of making signature design, add some examples of your designs.
There is a contest for ETHBTC for signature design. You can participate there.
Exactly. You should be contacting these signature campaign creators instead of waiting for them to contact you because they are busy trying to get their business off the ground so you will not get a response from them.
