Today I login, and see this.

So the price is as stable as Preev? Exact rate?

And when I login

Since E-coin sell your bitcoins on exchange, there is a difference between the buy price (most companies show it on the main page) and the sell price (in your e-coin cabinet), called "spread".

903  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: December 18, 2015, 04:58:39 PM
I have passive income from NVC (traded on BTC-e) minting. In 2015 PoS interest gave me about 23% plus the NVC price rose more than 70%. So if sell NVC now I can double my BTC, but I'm waiting when the the price drops little bit more to increase my investment.
904  Economy / Gambling / Re: best live blackjack site? on: December 17, 2015, 11:47:42 PM
I recommend a look at the Exclusive Bet Casino. They do not use a cheap set of pre-recorded video to liven up a computer generated game. The video you see is a live broadcast of a dealer who is specifically running your game from a remote location. You can even chat with them if you are unconvinced.
905  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is your gambling stategy? Are you risky, or do you prefer slow? on: December 17, 2015, 08:13:48 PM
Setting aside a specific amount of money that I can afford to lose helps me to keep my gambling on-budget. I betting only when I'm sober and in a good mood, always ignoring my emotions.
906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: December 17, 2015, 05:04:55 PM
The difference between pure gambling and buying stocks of companies is that you are betting on the future of the company and you have a track record you can research. It is a long term investment. But the day to day movements of the stock market are somewhat random, so trying to time the market and make money off the random swings is gambling in a different form.
907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: December 17, 2015, 04:40:57 PM
I don't play lotteries, because even if you spend thousands of dollars on tickets the odds are against you. If it's money you shouldn't be gambling with, or if you are banking on a big payoff to fund your retirement, you are better off saving and making small, low-risk investments. Playing the lottery should be thought of as entertainment and the money that is risked needs to be expendable.
908  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Official Xapo Service Discussion on: December 16, 2015, 08:04:15 PM
and the next question about the xapo service is
what if after 1 year using this prepaid card, i want to stop using the xapo prepaid card.
must i pay the annual fee for the next year too? and must i return the prepaid card to xapo?

In this case you should email support@xapo.com from your email registered with Xapo and ask to stop your bitcoin card servicing. You don't need to pay for the next year or return your card to Xapo.
909  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Official Xapo Service Discussion on: December 15, 2015, 09:40:48 PM
what is the amount of bill that xapo prepaid card take?
especially bank will take a monthly bill for debit card, is this xapo card is the same of the bank prepaid card?

Yes, it is the same as the bank card. Xapo do not charge any monthly fees, there’s an Annual Fee. However, because they value us as a customers and want us to experience the value of the debit card, Xapo waive the Annual Fee for the first year.
910  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: December 15, 2015, 10:31:04 AM
Xapo has the same type of card no?

Xapo use the same card issuer as E-coin. The main difference between them, that Xapo converts BTC to fiat money during purchase (on the fly) and with E-Coin you have to do it manually (that gives you opportunity to control/lock the exact converting price).
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When choosing an online casino, what do you look for? on: December 14, 2015, 10:50:19 PM
I like to see bitcoin casinos with at least one year track record and no major issues highlighted by searching their name. When doing my research, I focus on customer service or payout issues here. Good casinos value their reputation and go the extra mile to ensure that their customer service is top-rated.
912  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: December 14, 2015, 12:58:41 PM
Hey,

We ordered a card and after receiving it immediately started the verification process. It was like back in October and still no progress on that one. We contacted your support but no answer so far. When can we expect some news? How long does the verification take normally?

The verification process usually takes less than one week. But you should note, that providing incomplete documentation could result in processing delays.
913  Economy / Exchanges / Re: List of bitcoin debit cards on: December 11, 2015, 09:13:16 AM
Maybe I will be interested one day when they get a little bit more reputation for running a good service, but for me it's really hard to trust a third party with holding my bitcoins.

You don't need to trust a third party with holding your bitcoins, just send some to your card wallet when you are going to make your purchases.  Wink
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker strategy! on: December 10, 2015, 10:22:01 PM
Poker is a mathematical game, and it’s a game of incomplete information. On a very basic level, winning poker starts with the selection of which starting hands to play. If you enter the pot with the best hand more often than your opponents do, you will win more times than your opponents.
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favourite gambling game ? on: December 10, 2015, 09:48:48 PM
My favourite gambling game is Blackjack. Calculating your chances of winning does not only depend on your own hand but also on that of the dealer, meaning a serious round of Blackjack - whether with just one or multiple players - can easily turn into a merciless battle of wits and nerve...
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: December 10, 2015, 09:11:50 PM
In the starting period, you may earn some good money through this. But in longer time in your life, you will start losing not even money but you may lose your family. Because after getting addicted to it, people start to lose a heavy amount of money in their life.
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any advantages from gambling? on: December 10, 2015, 09:05:19 PM
Gambling has brought insurmountable funds to the institutions that run it. It has also brought economic stabilization to all parts of the world that use this efficient economic tool. Besides the economic benefits of gambling, it has served as one of the premiere forms of entertainment known to human beings.
918  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: December 09, 2015, 01:57:48 PM
i'm from india can i order virtual card

it does not look among the countries mentioned in the first page, so most likely you can not

try to get in touch with the owner, maybe he can do something about it, or you can order one for your friend if he live abroad and send you one there, it might work

If you are not going to order plastic card and verify your identity to increase the limits, than you should order a virtual card, and no matter what country you are from.

919  Economy / Gambling / Re: Causes of gambling for some poeple? on: December 08, 2015, 11:35:00 PM
Guys what do you think for you that what can be causes of the gambling?

My wife and her family broke(poor) in this gambling because my wife addicted on some gambling
called binggo, she's addicted in that game and she can't control by her parents and also her house and lot sold
to use it to play binggo again.. but still lost it..
For now she is still suffer about this and looking for another way to get it back all her losses...

My advice is to make your wife always busy. Everyday she doesn't gamble she get little further ahead. It's time for her to address this and get herself healthy. If you don't have children maybe you can move to a place where there is no "binggo"?
920  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Official Xapo Service Discussion on: December 08, 2015, 09:11:50 PM
what if your funds suddenly disappear and you sent that ticket, whats your guarantee as a client, what if there was an emergency and you wanted to disable the card?

In this case, you should call the number at the back of the card (+44 113-320-0312, MyChoice Corporate) and report your card lost / stolen to restrict unauthorized usage. As a first precaution, you should also move any bitcoins from your Xapo main wallet to an additional Xapo wallet or the Xapo Vault, because the card is only linked with your Xapo main wallet.
