A lot of people have the money here but they are smart and there is no reason to give a loan about that amount to a newbie. I would recommend you to try to get the loan from your local bank, you have more chance to get the money from them than get the money from users on this forum. Here you only have one chance, and it's to bring a collateral about the same amount. This is true that nobody will give any dollar also to unknown person here.
