Ursay,

I would like you to open a new ticket for me once you catch up on everyone else's issues.  I received my coins at around $189 dollars instead of the $153 rate on Saturday when I placed my order.  Take a look at my info and see what you can do since the owners said they would make everyone "right".  You have my information from prior posts and I was on the 4/7 list.

Thanks

Just want to let everyone know I just now received my bitcoins! Lips sealed Lips sealed Lips sealed  Unfortunately the amount received was at the current Mt.Gox price and not the price confirmed 2 days ago.  I will try to submit a ticket to see if Yankee will honor his post and pay the difference.  At least I have a good portion of my funds back.

Anyone that used zipzap and gave me their zipzap #s...

I am about to resend your orders thru manually.  I find this can resolve the issue in some cases.  However, not all cases are resolved in this way and I will need to forward zipzap issue with further problems up the chain.  I will post a list of people that have been pushed thru manually in a moment.

I did not post my ZipZap info in earlier posts.  Here it is:

Account Number: 907615835

And here is the other information:
Quote ID   59941382-8236-4462-94d8-c7b687872612
Event ID   3ff601b0-d8e3-4df5-868b-71250fdfb9fb

Thanks

My best guess (Since no one is telling us), is they are waiting for the funds from MoneyGram/ZipZap that we deposited.  After reading the link I posted earlier it appears they are "juggling" funds because of the tremendous attention bitcoin is having.  Our best hope is they get their money tomorrow and then they will process our orders.  Is this correct Ursay?

I think most people don't understand the variety of options we offer.  All of these options involve different companies and different procedures with great complexity.  We are not receiving money from 1 person in our hands and sending them BTC.  Volume further increases the issues for not just us but the companies we work with which has a domino effect.  Hopefully that makes sense?  Cheesy

Ursay, the Domino effect makes perfect sense.  I imagine it is difficult.

Yankee, Thank you for the updated post.

Have you guys seen this?:

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2013/04/inside-the-bitcoin-bubble-bitinstants-ceo.html

Looks like they are processing so many transactions they cannot keep up with the money supply.  Looks like they may be waiting for MoneyGram to give them the funds.

Looks like another day has gone by without any resolution.  Looks like we are all scammed.......

"What's stopping you from putting a notice on your website about all of the transaction problems"

Good point joker!

Has anyone had their issue resolved in the last 40 hours!?  Post if you HAVE received your funds or if bitinstant.com has resolved your issue.  Provide time/details so the rest of us can feel assured.

Dude, just read the thread. C'mon.

Obviously they are having issues and attempting to fix it. Just FYI i'm on the list for Today.

Dude... I don't give a rats ass they are having problems.  This is bullshit.  I will post good stuff if they come through and negative stuff on every board on the internet if I just got screwed out of my funds!

Please be considerate and understand that I am trying to help.

Ursay,

I do appreciate YOU following up on this thread and trying to help.  I also understand you guys are overwhelmed with the onslaught of demand.  It is just starting to get annoying how long this is taking especially with the market moving the way it is.  Do you have any ETAs or updates on the situation?  Question, assuming I get my funds, is the service back functional for someone to make deposits via Moneygram/ZipZap now?  Or is it best to wait for your team to resolve all the issues?  I made two transactions Saturday that went through fine and I love the service when it works.

Thanks

I was testing Moneygram with zipzap today (testing multiple GOX acct #s on 1 acct.) and it worked great for me (other then an issue with Moneygram that I still have to resolve)...

Every order situation is different.  Smiley

Thanks for the reply.

FWIW
My problem apparently got stuck at coinapult.com.  I was transferring to bitcoin address.  MoneyGram & ZipZap seemed to work properly.

READ this thread and you will find the answer to your question is YES.

I do not see many people posting in the last 40 hours they have been taken care of.  And yes, I am reading this thread.  Had to come here because the website offered no help on Sunday.

This is getting so frustrating!  Been nearly 24 hours without an update.  Live assist didn't work, no answer to emails, no answer on emergency number posted on website.  So here we are, all asking where our money is?  We finally get a brief reply saying we are added to the list for trouble tickets.  Well what does that mean?  Give some solid answers of when/if we will see our money!  Every hour that goes by is lost money for all of us because of the fast rate bitcoins are rising. Do you intend on refunding our fees or honoring the purchase price of the coins at the time we ordered?  We need some answers.  Please give us details and estimated times.

If you provide no order details I can't help you!  Sad

Already provided the info....
Here it is again:

59941382-8236-4462-94d8-c7b687872612

(I have received an email this morning that coinapult staff is working on it.  But I have not seen anything else.  I am also on 4/7 list)

Thanks

I also did a transfer and it did not go through.  Tried emailing support and LiveAssist to no avail.  Can you check this order?

order # 59941382-8236-4462-94d8-c7b687872612

last thing the status says is:
Sun Apr 7 16:01:46 2013   808ceed0-cde3-48b5-a489-09a08614b450   Coinapult Order Loading

Thanks

Ps....I have made two previous transfers and they worked flawless.  I love the service when it works.  I will update this post once the issue is resolved.
