I can't say much more about the devs, upon checking their telegram they are active in there but only few members joined the channel. I hope they can make something about this and spread the word to everyone, this is such a good platform for a park  they're doing really great in telegram, actively updating the members regarding their activities, i just hope that they will take time updating here as well. Yeah that is right. The admin is always active and available to answer questions. But as what erasheed28 said, it only have a few members that is why we need to promote also their telegram channel. that's the downside, most of the users here are not active in telegram, which is why it would be better for the devs to be active here as well. According to my opinion Bitcoin is definitely an resource as everyone knows property have two types like Physical property and liquid assets,Physical assets includes:Building,land,furnishings and fittings etc.other hand fluid asset consists of:Cash,Accounts receivable etc,liquid assets mean easily convertible within the money and so i put the Bitcoin in fluid asset simply because bitcoin also effortlessly instant convertible in the cash.

Have you tried to invest in real estate? If not, why not try it? Buy a property with your bitcoins and sell them to USD and then use that money to buy bitcoins again and just repeat the process. Buy bitcoins from those who sell it at a cheap price so you can really earn a profit.
Real estate isn't a good ideal if you don't have a relationship for guys who have power on real-estate project of the your city. I'm used to invest in real estate and it's not work out. Can I join here. Both of you have a point! Imagining both of you is looking on one building in just different direction, both of you see different face/shape of the structure and do a different comment. It truly depends on the scale of the project. If it is a simple site and nothing else, then it shouldn't cost you more than 0.2 BTC. However, if it a large project like all those new ICOs then it would cost your quite a bit. From advertising to project managment and design, everyone needs to be paid and that is going to take a lot of Bitcoin. I have seen some websites, like gambling sites or trading sites, keep up a signature campaign for years. Do you remember Bitmixer? That project was huge and highly successful. I would say that it paid out more than 5-BTC per week.
So if you tell us the scale of your project, it can help us answer this question a bit better.

I have paid for skype recharge and topping up my cell phone on bitrefill.com and that are the only places where I have paid with bitcoins and even now the usage of bitcoin is limited only for paying online as in real life there are no physical places where we can pay with bitcoins to buy anything and for that we need to sell our bitcoins first and convert it to fiat money to spend it anywhere.
I visit bitrefill.com that you mention earlier, and it's look good and less time consuming. Paying with bitcoin is totally limited as well, just like on coins.ph when I need to buy load.
