9581  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are you going to do if Bernie Sanders become president? on: February 16, 2016, 05:39:49 PM
I think I will rejoice Smiley
Seriously, comparing him with funny and crazy Trump and other possible candidates, which are even more conservative like Cruz, or not trustworthy like Clinton, Bernie Sanders is the best choice for me.
He is really something new in political arena, honest and direct man and I really hope he will become president.
9582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin trusted to put your real money on: February 16, 2016, 05:34:59 PM
You have to understand that everything is risk today in the world.
You can be killed tomorrow, lost job or home.
You can invest all your real money in the best bank worldwide and lost all your funds tomorrow.
So, never put all your money here, only money you don't need now and can live without it.
I personally believe in Bitcoin and I'm confident that in a few years BTC will become mainstream and its value will increase a lot but who can be sure 100 %?
So, be smart and never invest money you can't afford to loose.
9583  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama Is Pressed to Open Military Front Against ISIS in Libya on: February 14, 2016, 03:32:51 PM
WASHINGTON — President Obama is being pressed by some of his top national security aides to approve the use of American military power in Libya to open up another front against the Islamic State.

But Mr. Obama, wary of embarking on an intervention in another strife-torn country, has told his aides to redouble their efforts to help form a unity government in Libya at the same time the Pentagon refines its options, which include airstrikes, commando raids or advising vetted Libyan militias on the ground, as Special Operations forces are doing now in eastern Syria. The use of large numbers of American ground troops is not being considered.

The debate, which played out in a meeting Mr. Obama had with his advisers last week, has not yet been resolved, nor have the size or contours of any possible American military involvement been determined.

“The White House just has to decide,” said one senior State Department official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations. “The case has been laid out by virtually every department.”

The number of Islamic State fighters in Libya, Pentagon officials said this week, has grown to between 5,000 and 6,500 — more than double the estimate government analysts disclosed last fall. Rather than travel to Iraq or Syria, many new Islamic State recruits from across North Africa have remained in Libya, in militant strongholds along more than 150 miles of Mediterranean coastline near Surt, these officials said.

The top leadership of the Islamic State in Syria has sent half a dozen top lieutenants to Libya to help organize what Western officials consider the most dangerous of the group’s eight global affiliates. In recent months, United States and British Special Operations teams have increased clandestine reconnaissance missions in Libya to identify the militant leaders and map out their networks for possible strikes.

In my opinion USA already did big mistake because of too rapid withdrawal from Iraq and the late intervention in Syria.
This created the conditions for chaos from which ISIS appeared.
I hope USA will not do the same mistake with Libya.
ISIS trying to create a base for operations in Libya.
If we don't act now, very soon Libya will become another Syria, with strong ISIS, only a hundred kilometers away from Europe.
This can't be allowed, and so Obama must urgently intervene in Libya, before it is too late.
9584  Other / Politics & Society / Re: MUSLIMS ARE NOT TERRORISTS AND TERRORISTS ARE NOT MUSLIMS on: February 14, 2016, 03:23:37 PM
I can agree with you.
Terrorist don't have religion, their only religion is terror and hate.
If people follow teaching in Islam and practice it, they are true believers and Muslims.
It's the same for any other religion.
If people don't practice teaching of their religion but use it for their own agenda, they are not true believers and Muslims, they are manipulators and terrorists.
So many people in the past abused religion for their own purposes.
9585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: February 14, 2016, 03:17:32 PM
No bitcoin can't make banks dissapear. Physical banks can dissapear, yes that's true but bitcoin won't be the reason that this will happen.
You're still going to need fiat if you're country hasn't adapted to bitcoin yet, so you will always need to exchange.

Yeah, bitcoin will be more powerful in future, but it cannot make banks disappear, as the majority of the population is dependent of banks and they would never choose bitcoins over the banks.

Yes, you are right but this issue is even more complicate.
The power of national currencies depends on many factors including the strength of the economy, national exports, services etc.
Bitcoin is not the local currency but global virtual currency and can't be easily linked to national economies.
Countries borrow money from national and international banks and repay loans in these currencies and companies depend on banks to.
Since bitcoin is decentralized and don't have central bank, it's not possible that bitcoin ever replace banks.
Bitcoin will remain alternative currency.
9586  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: February 14, 2016, 03:08:56 PM
My least favorite thing about bitcoin is that it is not popular in my country, and majority of the people are not aware about it, I hope that things changes soon in near future.
I have the same issue as well and I do agree that it is not popular in many countries still and my country people also dont know much about bitcoin. This is the only thing which in my opinion is least favorite about bitcoin.

You're right it's a bit of a problem too. I always get the strange looks whenever I talk about it. People say I'm crazy for putting some of my money in something like btc cause they have no idea of what it really is.

It's the same for me.
In our country we don't have much Bitcoin users and only a few merchants accept bitcoin for payment.
When I try to explain about bitcoin to my friends and relatives, they are very skeptic.
They don't think bitcoin will last long.
Doesn't matter, I will laugh last Smiley
9587  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you truly believe that you are alive? on: February 13, 2016, 03:45:31 PM
We are created from atoms and cells.
Essentially we are just a sophisticated biological machine in which when one piece of matter moves or behaves in a certain way it creates a chain reaction.
A beautiful mathematical and biological orchestra of unfathomable precision.
Given enough time and resources every component that makes up our bodies and minds can be dismantled and explained through science.
So i ask again do you truly believe that you are alive?

If you think that you are just a sophisticated biological machine, than you are already death.
In my opinion, human being is much more than just body created from atoms and cells.
We are created by God and have both spirit and body.
When our body pass away, our spirits continue to exist in eternal spiritual world, forever.
So, our body is not eternal and our cells dying every day but our spirit is eternal.

9588  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The official US Republican Primary thread on: February 13, 2016, 03:40:50 PM
OK, I'm not American and can't vote in US election but I'm very interesting in this election and read all news about it.
So, I guess my perspective is a little different from yours because I'm trying to find out which candidate will be the best US President
from the point of view of foreign policy.
Democrats already have good candidates, in my opinion, but among republican candidates I don't see some good candidate with experience in foreign policy.
It seems that the main focus of Republican candidates are conservative values and faith rather than political and security crisis in the world.
I'm sorry to say it but I don't see good republican candidate for US president.
9589  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: February 13, 2016, 03:28:54 PM
It's not to difficult question for most of us.
We collecting bitcoin because we believe in the vision behind it and hope that later (when BTC become mainstream) value of Bitcoin will increase a lot.
This will help many of us to achieve financial freedom.
We can talk about ideas, revolutionary projects etc, but it's all about money, after all.
I don't think that bitcoin will replace main world currencies.
So, after 20 years, I will sell my bitcoin for maybe 50-500 times higher value than now and solve all my financial problems Smiley

9590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Budapest gets bitcoin taxis on: February 13, 2016, 03:21:46 PM
Great news really!
I'm from neighbor country and often visits Hungary and Budapest.
It's great to know that now I can use my bitcoin funds to pay for taxis Smiley
I wish that we have something like this in my country but, right now, it seems we have to be content that we received first Bitcoin ATM.

9591  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Islam a religion of Peace? on: February 12, 2016, 04:36:05 PM
In my opinion, all religions are religions of peace.....

Prove it.  Some religions actually are religions of peace, such as the Christian Quaker sect.  Others are not the same.

It is a logical error to claim they are the same, is it not?  And we know that different sects of Islam teach wildly different behavior.  Again, they are not the same.

Here is my proof:
http://www.worldprayerfoundation.com/resources/World%20Scriptures.pdf
Read it and you will understand my opinion that all religions are religions of peace.
9592  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Islam a religion of Peace? on: February 12, 2016, 03:50:25 PM
In my opinion, all religions are religions of peace.
If you read holy books from different religions, you will see that 90 % content is about God, faith, love etc.
We have problem because some religious people abuse the sacred books and religions for their own purposes.
It's wrong and they shouldn't do it.
Through religion we should learn about love and peace, not hate and war.
So, yes, Islam is a religion of peace but not all Muslims are man of peace.
9593  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mass Invader Sex Attacks in Stuttgart, Hamburg on: February 12, 2016, 03:43:53 PM
Is unfair everything that is going on. But all refugees are not bad.
They are fleeing from their country because they have nothing.

Three years ago I began my work in the office of the Jesuit Service for Migrants of Tacna, a border town between Peru and Chile. As in any border town, the dynamics of migration is vast and complex dynamics. When I started this company I felt that I had everything under control, even though it was my first job experience, was the conviction that everything would be simple. Sure, in concepts I knew who was who! And even I must admit that I felt proud because I was going to “help” migrants and refugees! How wrong I was. Wrong in all the senses; it was not an easy job, I did not know anything of migrants or refugees, and no help to anyone. I have to admit that I have failed miserably.http://germanpornoxxx.com/xnxx-com/

It's OK, don't be to hard on yourself.
At least you tried and did your best.
Many other people simple don't care but you showed your hearth and love to the refugees.
You know, immigration crisis is very difficult to solve, even for governments and it's natural that for individuals is even more difficult.
If you could help even one person you did great job!

9594  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: February 12, 2016, 03:39:46 PM
Interesting question.
I have a few reasons.
I believe in the vision behind bitcoin.
I hate banks and wants to get rid from them.
I hope to achieve financial freedom through bitcoin.
I see great potential for bitcoin in the near future, when we become mainstream.
9595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will Satoshi Nakamoto do with his Bitcoins? on: February 12, 2016, 03:33:35 PM
The moment he touch any of those coins, the price will plummet and everyone will start to sell. The biggest fear from most of the people invested in Bitcoin,

would be for Satoshi to start selling those coins. Most of the people who pre-mined Alt coins, turned out to be pump n dumps or scams. Those coins are

the difference between Bitcoin being a scam or being legit. {for me, anyway}  Roll Eyes

You are right.
I don't think he will do something like this and destroy his vision, his ''child'' Smiley
I personally think that Satoshi is organization, not individual (BTC it's to complex for one person) and I'm sure that each person in this organization have enough BTC in his/her wallet.
So, no need to worry.
9596  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to Defeat ISIS and the hate. on: February 10, 2016, 04:07:59 PM
Russian wars since the end of WW2:

Korean War
Hungarian Revolution
Invasion of Czechoslovakia
War of Attrition
Eritrean War of Independence
Angolan Civil War
Ethio-Somali War
Soviet-Afghan War

Which Russia are you talking about? Russia was not existent from 1917 to 1992. Perhaps you need a few history lessons as well. The USSR is not equal to Russia. The USSR was a union of 15 different republics, including Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.etc. Now if you want to compare USSR with the US, then it is for another topic.

Also, if I remember well, USSR wasn't involved in Korean War but China.
In Angola Cuba send soldiers, not USSR.
Any way, let's back to original question.
You can defeat organization or state but can't defeat hate.
Hate is individual issue, and each of us have to deal with it.
Nobody can fight with feelings of people Smiley
9597  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Refugees" attempt to molest women in Russia. Gets beaten up by the locals on: February 10, 2016, 04:02:55 PM
Ok well, it seems refugees in Russia and refugees in the W. Europe are the same, and problems are the same, but at least outcome in Russia was different because Russians know how to protect their women.
Sometimes, when everything else fail, normal, average, people should fight and protect their way of life, their family, women etc.
I respect Russians for this but can't respect their government because they are responsible for this situation.
Because of their politics in Syria and Iraq, we have so much refugees in Europe now.
9598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll try to pay my dentist with BTC on: February 10, 2016, 03:56:44 PM
At the end of the month, I'll fly to Budapest for some heavy dental work, and I'm planning to pay with BTC. Has anyone ever paid his/her dentist with BTC? The dentist I'll see mostly has foreign patients traveling to Hungary because it's much cheaper, so BTC would be convenient for many of them. Any argument I could use to convince my dentist?

Well, good luck with this.
I'm not sure about Hungary but I'm from neighboring country, Croatia, and here we don't have much bitcoin users, much less merchants willing to accept bitcoin as payment option and only one Bitcoin ATM i whole country Smiley
The issue of Bitcoin payment is a question of supply and demand.
If enough clients demand that they can use bitcoin for payment, merchants will, soon or later, accept it.
If no so much clients request payment with bitcoin, merchants don't have big reason to risk with something new.

9599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin trusted to put your real money on: February 10, 2016, 03:50:56 PM
Well, everything is risk in life, specially on Internet Smiley
I'm not sure if I understand your question well.
Do you ask is safe to exchange real money for bitcoin or is sage to invest money in bitcoin?
I think that is not to much risky to exchange real money for bitcoin.
Just check all exchangers and find the best one.
Is risky to invest money in Bitcoin?
Well, only time will tell.
I think yes, it's great life investment!

9600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: February 08, 2016, 07:57:57 PM
I don't see any reason to go.
For me bitcoin is investment, way of life and revolutionary idea at the same time.
I support it 100 %.
If I will leave bitcoin I will give up from my ideal and vision first.
After that, I will also give up from financial security and financial freedom.
No way I will go now.

nicely put. I'm glad there are a good number of people thinking this way, that is what will keep bitcoin alive. I just hope we make it through the technical and censorship issues we have right now.

Thank you.
We should keep faith in bitcoin, promote it as much as we can, educate people about bitcoin, try to inspire people to use bitcoin as payment option etc.
Every bitcoin user can help our common success Smiley
