961  Economy / Economics / Re: The best time to invest. on: December 19, 2017, 01:19:49 AM

Some day in the future, you will realize that the best time to invest was not today, but some other day in the future, when prices were low. But with the information that you have today, the best time to invest is still today, because you do not know when prices will be low, and you do know that the longer you hold your investment, the more time it has to grow.

Toughts?

best time to invest is when a coin has became higher prize even its increasing.take into account the superior higher in bitcoin is the best investment.hold and you should sell again when its become increases...
That is not true, the best time to invest is when there is a dip in the price when people are selling their bitcoin, this is a difficult position to enter because you will always have the doubt if you could buy your coins cheaper but by buying at that point you get your coins at a price not many will get since at that point the confidence in the coin is going down and not as many people are buying.
962  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: December 19, 2017, 01:10:12 AM
I don’t understand why people are so worried for paper money. Paper money is here since hundred years & will remain there for next so many years. As compared to $83 Trillion world economy, fiat currency has $31Trillion where as cryptocurrencies share is $100million. So how fiat currencies future is in danger? Fiat currency is the most convenient and highly used currency in all parts of the world. Their centralised nature assures its holder a security. They are owned and controlled by government or by central bank so less volatile in nature. Any class of society can use it without any infrastructure.
People are worried about paper money because governments want to eliminate cash and while bitcoin creates an alternative to fiat at the same time it is another blow to paper money, paper money is incredibly practical and that is why it is still used all over the world as one of the preferred payment methods.
963  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: December 19, 2017, 01:06:10 AM
I think Bitcoin is already international currency.bitcoin is a Crypto currency, we exchange it into dollar and we use it anywhere and we have no problem in it.It is also easy to pay and have some transaction via your Bitcoin wallet and that is perfect of the wallet.we just need a little more time with the halving in my eyes than its possible.

If bitcoin will be an international currency, it should be more stable like dollars. Because of being very volatile, bitcoin is only applicable at exchangers for trading but know one knows maybe in the future, there would be a crypto currency that will be applicable to be an international currency. For bitcoin today, I would say it would be a No!
Those two things are not related to each other bitcoin can be unstable and still be an international currency, you need to understand that bitcoin is a technology as well, and right now the technology is not perfect so in a way we are similar to the beta testers that products use to find bugs.
964  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: December 19, 2017, 01:02:48 AM
in the near future may be not but in the far future it sure happened
new thing always replace old thing that nature rules
New things do not always replace old things that is not a rule, look at some animals that have not changed and have been around for hundreds of millions of years, those animals were so well designed they can survive almost anything and the same can be said about bitcoin.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rising on: December 19, 2017, 01:00:07 AM
If you want some short-term investments with ethereum then wait for bitcoin to be pumped again then buy some ethereum, if the bitcoin's value stabilizes then sell your ethereum, hope that this cycle repeats many times. If you want to make it as your long-term investment then I think that is the best way to invest with ethereum, it will definitely go higher and you will make a sufficient profit.
Ethereum is not a coin that should be used for short term trading, if that is what you want to do then I cannot stop you but ethereum is a coin to hold for the long term, eventually the amount of money you are going to make with it is going to be greater than anything some other investment could give you.
966  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Futures - December 10. Will it Rise or Fall? on: December 19, 2017, 12:52:37 AM
Once the financial companies get involved in bitcoin they will control the price as they do with shares, gold and fiat.
They are not going to be able to control bitcoin that easily, the tricks they use to control shares and fiat are not going to work and while they may try to create paper bitcoin in the same way they create paper gold to suppress the price of bitcoin I do not think that is going to work.

if the financial companies want to control the price, they must prepare big money to buy bitcoin but the truth, they cannot control it. we know that bitcoin cannot control by anyone and the price will follow with supply and demand in the market. and now, we see the price is going from yesterday and we have a few days more to see the price is rise again or fall deeper.

Bitcoin can not be controlled that is true, but other ways of manipulation exist such as a 51% attack. This threat is very real. Once an organization, or a couple of organizations join together and control 51% of the network, they are able to determine where the mining rewards go to.

This can be detrimental to the system as a lot of people have invested money in building mining rigs to mine btc, and such a 51% attack would mean that they lose their investment. Of course people can switch to mining other crypto coins so all is not lost. But for the btc system as a whole, the value would substantially decrease if a 51% attack happens.

Luckily some second-gen crypto coins are working on this 51% attack problematic.

Other ways big corporations can control the market is by releasing fake news to hype or drop the price. It is thought that the banks in China have done this , by releasing "btc banned in china" articles, they saw that this manipulated the price. Every time such an article would surface, the price would drop and they buy more btc.

The same happened with the CEO of JP Morgan. One day he says that btc is a fraud and he advises investing against it. As a reaction the price of btc drops significantly. You can guess three times who bought the most btc that day. If tyour guess was : JP Morgan, JP Morgan and JP Morgan, your guess was right!

The blockchain technology is here to stay and big institutions fear it. That's why they will do anything to control this section of the financial market, of which they have absolutely no control (ironical isn't it). We will see a lot more fake news articles and crypto bans in the following months.

Just stay vigilant on the information that's being spread and do your own proper research. That way you can ride on the manipulations the big corporations create for you rather than being the one who is on the losing end of these market manipulations.
It is obvious they are going to try to control bitcoin but the real question is if they are going to be able to do it and I think the short answer is no, they may exercise some influence but their control is going to be indirect at best since bitcoin has been very well designed to avoid that.
967  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: December 17, 2017, 02:59:12 AM
people scam because they cant work their own to support their daily basis so that why they want an easy money than to work their own
That's a very lame excuse to scam people. They chose not to work and end up scamming people due to easy and quick money. Greediness is the key factor here. Once they successfully scam someone, they tend to scam more.
True, scammers are nothing but thieves they try to justify themselves by saying that things are difficult in their country but resorting to those low methods is simply unacceptable, if things are that hard in the country where the scammer lives he could always find a legitimate way of making money with bitcoin.
Scam is the new name of thieves in the new generation in which computer is where our life ivolve and also evil mind also ivolved,if how technology  advances the scamers advances also their knowledge of getting our resources because scamers don't satisfied what they had like thieves as well.
Correct this is why it can be a little depressing, the current technology makes possible for us to do many great things but at the same time it allows scammers to steal a great deal of money without risking much themselves, how many stories we have heard of people losing all their bitcoin just because he made a mistake once.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to gain 1% daily profit from trading? on: December 17, 2017, 02:55:53 AM
I think bitcoin is the king, so holding altcoins (even ethereum) is high-risk method right now, if bitcoin hits 25-30K many altcoins will drop 100% at latest, so trading is this safest way for me!

in your opinion what is the safest way to gain 1% daily profit from trading?
Many people think that asking for 1% daily as if it is not a big deal when it is huge, the stock market earns 10% per year not only that since interest compounds daily that means that what you are asking is earning 37 times your initial investment in a single year which is ridiculous.
969  Economy / Economics / Re: TIME FRAME TO REACH $25,000 on: December 17, 2017, 02:50:02 AM
Some traders say that at the end of this month it will reach 25,000 usd i don't know if it was true but for me. i'm very bullish in bitcoin and i 'll see to it that 100k is very possible by next year. 25,000 for this month is for real of course.
I do not think it is unrealistic to think we are going to reach that price before the end of the year since we are already very close to 20k now if that does not happen before the end of the year no one really cares since it is almost a sure thing we are going to reach that price in the next year.
970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: December 17, 2017, 02:38:43 AM
Look like the Btc is unstoppable, have sense invest in altcoin in this 2 month? Anyway wich alcoin can have a better growth (exept fork) then Bitcoin?
Though bitcoin is unstoppable, investing in altcoin is still worth but due to lot of scams producing shitcoins, investing in altcoin needs care and enough knowledge about the project and the team first to make sure you're not wasting your money and time.Eth now is growing too at 26.47% while litecoin increases 38.69% at this moment.

Investing in alts has always been profitable but with so much money being in bitcoin, scammers are doing everything they can to get to our bitcoin, that is why I have decided to stop investing in alts for some time until the issue with icos gets eventually resolved.
971  Economy / Speculation / Re: What does the Chinese market now consist of? on: December 16, 2017, 05:23:19 AM
Pretty sure the JPY market that has boomed recently with crypto trading is as a result of Chinese traders moving to the bitcoin market. Sure, I believe it is going to be easy for them since they are in the same region and they can just get themselves running without any issue. If they are so scared that bitcoin would be a problem for their currency, then that is really their palaver and I really see how they want to keep up doing that.
That is probably what happened after all people are not going to give up making a fortune just because some laws were passed, the Chinese were making a lot of money with bitcoin and they are not going to go down without a fight, and when you take into account what has happened in japan it is not really a mystery why the price of bitcoin is so high.
972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Classic coins time to rise on: December 16, 2017, 05:18:00 AM
Not just because they are classic but also because they are mostly used to.
Because of that it do have a chance to have its part of the bitcoin price.
Just like ETH, it should have been .06 to .07 bitcoin but worse came at.025 bitcoin per ETH. Now at .04 which I think is still under valued. It must reach something again so investors wont feel they are at loss.
Those are the coins with the biggest market caps, so while you cannot get the same earnings as with icos and new alts the returns can still be amazing especially if you compare the earnings that you can make in crypto with the earnings you can make by having your money deposited in your bank account.
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to stop ICO ? on: December 16, 2017, 04:45:30 AM
stop ico it just hurt many parties. ico is very hard to stop because a lot of big projects want to achieve success, if you want ico stop doing now because you will never be able to do it.
Nothing can stop icos but at the same time we need a new way for projects to raise funds, scammers are abusing the icos and creating many fake projects, even copying someone else work and trying to convince people they made that work, so if icos want to keep getting funds from people they need to do more than what they are doing now or the lack of interest from the community will slowly make icos fade away.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL bitcoin? why and why not? on: December 16, 2017, 04:35:26 AM
Of course that seems to be the most convenient option in these times of great volatility, because even if the bitcoin suffered a sharp correction in coming days, the price increase has been so great that we would certainly close the year with big profits. However, given the great news that bitcoin is making a world mainstream, it seems to me that there is a greater possibility that the price will continue to climb towards the threshold of $ 20,000 before going back to $ 10,000, so holding seems the best decision.

However, it would not be a bad idea to cash out a bit of your bitcoins to have some liquidity these days of uncertainty.
Holding is not only easier, holding can give more profits than active trading, many people claim that you can make more money with trading and while that is true, how many people are able to make more money than those that hold, not many and this is why I like holding better than active trading.
975  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will control the world economy!!!!! is it true? on: December 16, 2017, 02:39:59 AM
Some media shows that bitcoin can be the next weapon to control the world economy. i think it is true and it will be seen soon.
No, that is a conspiracy theory and not a very good one, why do you think someone will create something like bitcoin to control the world economy, bitcoin cannot be shutdown, cannot be taken away from you and you cannot be forced to pay taxes, why would someone try to control the world with a coin like that.
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next 10000x coin? on: December 15, 2017, 03:11:25 AM
I guess many missed the opportunity with IOTA, NXT and Stratis.

Whats gonna be the next huge thing in crypto?
These wishes are getting ridiculous, 10000x? How many coins have gone up so much in value from the ico price? Even asking for 100x is too much since you will need to be either very lucky and choose the right altcoin at the right time or you will need to be  visionary that can pick the best coins out there.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: December 15, 2017, 03:06:34 AM
Cryptocurrency does not require your age for the innovation. They accommodate all people and every sector in the society because they believe every single piece is needed to achieve their goal.
Age is not a requisite to invest in crypto but at he same time a person that is too young is not going to have the economic means to invest and if you are too old you no longer have the time to hold for a long time, so there are still limitations to the age you need to have to invest effectively on crypto.
978  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Volatility A Bad Thing? on: December 15, 2017, 02:41:04 AM
I heard a different story. The real culprit was because of the rising fees and its making it impractical to use BTC for payments on Steam.

Think of buying a game worth $50 and paying over $10 in fees for it. That would make credit cards more practical and cheaper.

I also dont think there were many Bitcoiners buying games.
Not only was the cost of the transaction but the time it took to confirm, I never bought steam games with bitcoin but I suppose they respect the price for only a couple of hours so you needed your transaction to confirm fast and as we know that can be very costly.
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think BCH will replace BTC in the future? on: December 15, 2017, 02:34:29 AM
Less transaction fees and same amount as BTC... why not Grin
The most important aspect of a currency is not its name, its logo or anything superficial like that, trust is crucial for a currency and many people around the forum do not trust the BCH hard fork, they have a different vision of what bitcoin should be but this goes against the vision of all the core developers.
980  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: December 15, 2017, 02:27:56 AM
If a huge amount of people sells their bitcoin due to panic caused by the news or rumours, it's possible that the price of bitcoin will drop down, depending if the amount of bitcoin they've sell will be significant enough to make a huge impact with the current prices.
Now that the price are climbing I think it will create a big panic when there will be a hard dump.
I like to see how much it will dip as for sure I will not pass this opportunity to buy, just hold more because the price has no plan of stopping the rise.
This was bound to happen, people get very optimistic when the price is going up but people tend to get very pessimistic when things are not going right, it is obvious the pumpers are taking into account this reaction, not only they earn money when bitcoin rises they also earn money when bitcoin goes down.
