They are only scared of what bitcoin can do badly on their society, maybe they only focus on the negative benefits of bitcoin. Well, wayback from where bitcoin became popular bitcoin mostly used in deepweb where you can buy drugs, or to watch a child pornography, or hire a killer man which is illegal even though such thing happens right now. They only fear those things, and in addition they do not want their citizen to loose their money or to get scammed by unknown people or group which uses bitcoin to encourage people to invest to them because bitcoin value is not as fixed and continuously grow bigger and sometimes lower.

No not yet, it would be too late if you will not start it you knew how to work with it right now. Because if bitcoin started a long time a go it does not mean you are late, you are late by means of knowing it but you would be late if you knew it but you do not yet start it because the thing is, the opportunity is there but you do not yet grabbed it. Well, it would be a big ignorance or could we say an idiotic move if you know how to work yet you do not grabbed the opportunity means you could be consider a late

But a piece of advice, this might be a golden time for the bitcoin holders to take out their money out of the pocket because as time pass by bitcoin value get stable for a short time ranging to 700k - 80k php or peso. I may not be a bitcoin holder but I do fear that the bitcoin I would hold may get the value reached the value lower than the time I hold it.
