721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: July 29, 2018, 01:58:54 PM
I'm curious, how big are cryptos in your country? Are they still collectively referred to as bitcoin, or do news reports and local media actually dive into their merit and the difference between coins, projects, companies etc. I'm from Canada and most of the current news is wavering between reports of malware installing mining agents and the Canadian Security Exchange cracking down on ICO sales.

It is pretty tough to live in a country where crypto is banned, can't even have a decent profit while still young and don't have any permanent job yet. Well, in my country which is Philippines, crypto is widely accepted, and I've heard some news that some transaction here such as fare and so on could been in bitcoin, eth and other crypto payment mode. Though it is accepted, however, there are some restrictions regulating the use of crypto here for some instances. Maybe because there might be a trouble that could possibly happen when it is much.
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: With how much should i start on: July 29, 2018, 08:49:27 AM
How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!

Try to search about the minimum value you could affor to buy crypto then do start trading. As long as you could afford to buy it then go dig into it. Well, sharing my experience when I was about to buy, then minimum amount of bitcoin I should buy is about 0.01 or 0.1 btc I guess that is equivalent to 25,000 as PHP but I never because of the financial problems. I do bought what we need before making trading as my first priority since I might get in trouble in life.
723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins or not? on: July 26, 2018, 10:21:05 PM
Should we invest in altcoins?and why?which is better altcoins or equity shares?

No, we're not required but you know the opportunity we could get in investing to crypto. Well, aside from it, we could still get profit out of it. Beside investing,. we still could get profit. For which is better I guess it depends on how you perceive it, and how familiarize you are between the two. Well, for me I might go for altcoins since I do not yet know what equity share is, and I might get in trouble if I would go for equity shares.
724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are cryptocurrencies here to stay? on: July 26, 2018, 04:29:35 PM
Right now, it seems that the crypto world and block chain technology has a lot of potential, but is the crypto world here to stay? Not just bitcoins per se, but other virtual currencies as well like altcoins or litecoins and such. Do you think we will still hear about and use cryptocurrencies for the next, say 5-10 years?

No, we can't say that. Since, there are no assurance that crypto would just be here as we think it could. We cannot even find the one who create, just a name not the identity. Besides, it is also decentralize, there are no specific managament here. And also, as far as I know crypto has its own cap, once we consumed all of it, it might be a result for crypto to end. And we do not know if it would stay for around 5-10 years anytime crypto could disappear.
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in the world of crypto currency on: July 26, 2018, 04:11:29 PM
I have been trading crypto-currencies for almost a year now, investing, participating in bounty companies and building my own mining farm.
I wonder how many more girls are in this forum?
Or who of the guys is teaching his girlfriends and wives to invest and trade in crypto-currencies? It is very interesting to me!

Well, there are a lot here. Talking about that, as I see you think girls is not that engaged with this kind of things. Well, we do not know. It might possible as well, that the one who create the bitcoin itself was a girl, who knows right. There are lots of girls here, it might possible as well that there are more girls here in forum. Well, anyways that is not the basis what we just need is to continue to strive, work hsrd and help the community to rise.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth going strong on: July 26, 2018, 03:49:02 PM
eth is good now ..

Good old days! Well, this thread was wayback last november 2017, when cryoto is going high litte by little. Well, as of today crypto is somewhat going up a little by little as well. Hoping for it to continue growing up. Well, what we need to do is to trust, and make some quick decision if we would hold or we would sell. Well, it I would be the one, I might go for holding, depending on necessity. If there is an important I need really to do, I would might go sell my holdings.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: July 26, 2018, 03:21:50 PM
Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.

Not that safe as you think though. We are vunerable to all hackers, even though some wallet platforms made a strong security it is just the hackers are so smart that they can make a way to strike it through into it. What we need to do is to monitor our address, and make some a quick assessment if we are free or prone to hackers, and make some security with our ownselves. Do not depend on the site itself, make your own self guarding and make some quick precautions for us and to our wallet as well.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to deal with bounty cheaters on: July 26, 2018, 03:32:09 AM
I met with some instances when some other  person using my credentials working for an ICO telegram.  I only came to know about that cheater when I also applied for the same ICO telegram and  reported to the bounty manager.
today I also found some cheater who has applied for twitter campaign using my btc profile.
link for the complaint I am providing below
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4460139.msg42711024#msg42711024

Can you please advise how to stop these bastards

his twitter id is  https://twitter.com/hoanglong0240

Well, that issue is something usual here. Well, on the other side, cheaters use the same profile when applying using different wallet address. Others say that just show your wallet address on your profile for credibility, and then report it to the bounty manager, and to the moderator as well. Letting it passed you by might affect your account, it might result to banning or some punishment here in the forum. Just if you are victim, report it as quickly as you could.
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do as a newbie? on: July 25, 2018, 03:15:01 PM
I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.
success for all of us!!

Well, you do need to learn, learn and learn every stuff in this forum and from the cryptocurrency as well until you get familiarize into it. Since, it does take a long time, you should need to spend really a time on how would you do to learn those things. Well, it is also a good idea of you by asking some other people's opinion. Mind do as well, the research things, experiments as well, try to prior look on how really things work here. For you to familiarize it too  fast better than you could.
730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to Google to have their own coin ? on: July 25, 2018, 02:20:34 PM
Financial executives spoke against # Google's decision
to ban # cryptocurrency # advertising. They argued that
the ban is unethical. Nunn even speculated that the real
reason for the ban is that Google is preparing to launch
its own cryptocurrency.

Well, if they would want it they could. There are no constraints for them to not to create such virtual coins. They serves as a search engine, and they could even use themselves to gather up things on how would they be able to create some virtual coins. Well, so all in all it is possible for them. At some point, it is somehow unfair if they would ban cryptocurrency, that is not a good idea of them,  that's a different story. Maybe they should need to change their minds up, that would be bad, and does have bad effect in the community as well.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Potential on: July 25, 2018, 02:16:29 AM
There is a lot of hype towards ethereum, so in your opinion is that a good time for holding this alt?

Well, don't accompany the hype. Do make your own on how will you will make a big profit out there. Well, I suggest you should analyze the price changing, not depending on how the mass did it. You better stand up on your own. Well, it is better at the same time to have consultation like what you did here. Well, all in all you in the end would make the decision. Just you got to be need an independent individual here or else it would be tough for you to live here in the forum.
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market getting many new people. Is it good or bad for us? on: July 24, 2018, 02:18:00 PM
The crypto market is getting new people everyday, Because the crypto coin trading system and the high price of bitcoin. Btcoin is being popular over the world. After hitting 19K USD, Lots of people came here and more people is coming in the crypto platform. But, is it good news for us or bad? What do you think?

Well, it might be good at some point. If they may influenced this forum, and the crypto market positively. But sometimes it is not good, well, people who mostly came after the crypto hits 19,000 USD was just people who expect that it would happen again and hoping for them to have money also, not knowing the other essence of crypto, well, to summarize they are just bringing trash to drag down. They would came up, but once the expectation didn't they would probably ignore crypto, and the crypto community as well.
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic loss me 10800$ , so patient is the key on: July 24, 2018, 05:47:24 AM
Dear Members

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH.

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

Wait what you lost 10,800 USD for real. That's big men I can't even think what would be the impact of it for me. That is a huge loss men. It is indeed, patience is the key, it may traumatize people especially when money is kind of big like that. I belive in you, you got to dare to continue even though you have lost such big money. Hoping all people has an attitude like you, hoping again for you that the luck may be in you for not to encounter such problems again.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good strategy to buy tokens at low price directly after ICO? on: July 24, 2018, 05:14:39 AM
Hello
You know that most of ICOs lose their token price directly after token distribution. Sometimes it happens through bounty hunters, sometimes for other reasons... So the question is as follows: Is it good strategy to buy tokens at low price directly after ICO?

Well, I guess it is good at somepoint. Well, you should determine if the coin they will offer will go up in the market in a certain time, and if you are assured and then go buy, just be sure that you can accept the fact that there are also a chance that the coin might failed and then you will go dump it. Just keep that in mind, and else will work as fine as you expect it to. Nice strategy I say, just do what you think would help you and then continue asking here in forum.
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any signature bounty campaign for newbies ?? on: July 24, 2018, 04:33:12 AM
I have heard abouty bounty campaigns and i searched and found that you have to be a member of bitcointalk and have a good rank...but i am just a newbie..are there any good bounty campaigns which are accepting newbies in their campaign

Well, there are some there. They are offering bounties for newbies but they are few. Because mostly the minimum requirements for you to join is junior member and up, for an individual they need to have 30 activities before engaging to some campaign giving them crypto in return. Well, you just explore this forum, you will see a lot out there. Well, for weekly payment in marketplace section I guess there are no campaign offering a job for newbies mostly campaign requiring for an individual to be a member first having 60 activities.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl or do I realize the loss? on: July 23, 2018, 10:12:39 AM
Hello to all,

I invested in Crypterium ICO a lot of money, from business plan I was going to keep CRPT Token until Q3 2018. We are still in Q1 is true, but mathematically, according to my calculations, CRPT token can not reach the result I was hoping for. I made about 90% loss from the amount invested. What do I do? Do I continue to Hodl or do I realize this huge loss? To get back on track I need at least 2/3 full points and I do not think the token can do it.

Did you invest in CRPT? Do you think you can do it?

Well, just realize it for a while but don't let those thing take away the opportunities you would have. Do still hodl your token, such expectations that didn't are normal though. Other people faced those problem wayback then, but that doesn't mean you would do nothing after that. Remember, it would be just worse if you wouldn't do anything knowing that you have lost in the first. Do some move, and I guess hodling would be advisable. Take back the profit you have lose, do something!
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge for Newbie on: July 23, 2018, 09:18:43 AM
As a newbie, which is the best to do; To invest(earn) or to Learn(for how long)?

Well, may be you need to learn firsr before to invest. How would you have an idea if you have no idea what investing is, or you don't even have idea what crypto in the first place. Well, it is not that easy as you perceive it to, crypto is more than what we think. Well, learning doesn't mean takes a long time, you just need first to acquire idea, definite ideas, and then learn the process and the possible outcomes as well, and then more learnings will come once you do investing. But it is better to familiarize what you will do.
738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: looks is right time to invest on: July 23, 2018, 07:01:23 AM
Looks is right time to invest since is low and droping .

time to purchase some on it.  Grin

Pretty good though. Specially last month I guess it severely drop down on the worsts possibility it could be. Well, don't you dare to sell it right to quickly, please hold it for the sake of yours, I bet you. Crypto will come back to its last year's price, hold it tight, stay firm through this run. Then sell it if you could, it would definitely benefit you. May the luck be in you, do not panic mate. Stay firm, and share your story again after the come back I guaranteed.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Your reaction to recent pump and then dump on: July 22, 2018, 03:35:35 PM
This is getting frustrating. I thought that we are now going to the moon because BTC surpassed $7000 resistance level and we saw that most altcoins follow. I bought ETH for $513 then now it is getting dump where the current price is $470. in just 12 hours, i lost $43. What is your reaction and strategy when altcoin gets pump?

Well, that's normal. You are pretty late huh. Well, way back last june the price of crypto is pretty damn low. May be you had let it passed by, I guess you don't buy anything don't you? When suddenly there is a big movement, and a hope that it will continue to rise that is the only time you did buy crypto. That's wrong mate. You should buy even though it continues to drop down, and hold it so, once it goes up, you continuously earn and earn and earn more money.
740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves Sell Or Hodl? on: July 22, 2018, 03:05:22 PM
I have 100 Waves. Its price now falling down and down. I'm in Confusions Sell it or Hodl it now!

You know you should accompany the wave. It is panic selling. Don't be that man, you should avoid such kind of attitude of yours or else, you will suffer it. Once the wave goes up, sell, and then when the wave goes down, buy or hold. And according to your concern, I guess you should hodl, or buy more. Everything has its opposite, it will go up again. Just wait, and once you have the opportunity don't let it pass your hands, grab it. Sell don't hesitate, and do those thing repeatedly. Stay firm as always.
