Thanks, DE.

You can see how many bounty coins we've sent out here exactly:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r1G-ROS4vgHK84qfn1CBIxuXZQCCvIicCTQSxW1T_mo/edit#gid=0

They amount to close to 7.5m since the beginning of the project.
We've given out less than half a million since May.

So the real cap of synereo now is about 5M dollars.

It would be good for the project to modify the Available Supply on the coinmarketcap.com list.

People have been misleaded so much from the beginning by the wrong number of 184,800,000 .

I don't think Gliss changes things on his site unless you pay him.

All these signatures look great.  Good work guys.

I second that!

984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: August 14, 2016, 06:30:35 AM

i am just wondering because you said 18,5% crowdsale.
Since the crowdsale didn't release the full amount of 369,600,000. and instead just 50,000,000.
So my calculation is now 18,5% should be 50,000,000.

So the total should be : 270270270,27027027027027027027027 ?

So you burn the same ratio of all wallets?
Otherwise the crowdsale isnt weighted as 18,5% of total supply?

maybe i am just getting it wrong, but that's how i understand it.

18.5% was an amount set aside for the sale, and what was not sold was destroyed.  Therefore, no longer 18.5% of the total.

ok so basically right now there is only about 50,000,000 coins on the markets + some founder shares and user reward , content creator  which is maybe about 10% of the total supply of 1,680,400,000 ?

would be still good to have some information on the future fundings

The founder's coins are locked up in a mutual agreement.  No user reward / content creator coins have been issued yet.  The available coins on the market are the 50M from the first sale and any coins that have been distributed from bounties which I don't believe amounts to that much.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency created and 100% premined by Synereo LTD on: August 14, 2016, 06:19:03 AM

Good idea. Good technology.

Bad management. Bad coin distribution.

Too centralized.

agreed there really is no incentive to buy it rn. and will drop after crowdsale - plesae tell me why theres incentive to take part of the crowdsale.  its half way through the month.. it is no where near a .50 cent climb  Huh

Just FYI, you're quoting the same guy who thought sub 1000 sat price after the first sale was "too high".  How do you think that turned out for him?

989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: August 11, 2016, 04:38:57 AM
i think the markets are betting on a price in the crowdsale of $ 0.1 .  big crowdsale buyers might get them at discount 0.08$ but I don't see AMPs being offered any lower than that.
before the crowdsale launches I'd like more information. especially on how Synereo compares to Steemit, Yours and Akasha.
Steemit uses a centralized website and relies on centralized media hosting sites which is not the fully decentralized experience I was lhoping for. From what I understand Synereo is fully decentralized (??)

Here's the breakdown:

Synereo is fully decentralized.

Steem is a centralized scam.

Yours and Akasha, nobody's ever heard of them and nobody ever will.

@dantheman (Daniel Larimer) upvoted my blog post, but as expected no other whale did:

This is a very insightful piece and a quality discussion as erupted. We are well aware of the limits of the system and are actively working toward a solution that could completely revolutionize the effectiveness of award distribution while mitigating the impacts of misbehaving whales.

Apologies I didn't immediately see your comment. Ah I had just finished commenting that I was pleasantly surprised that you upvoted my blog post. I didn't expect any whale to upvote it.

It is great that you are open to constructive criticism. And that you recognize the value of the blog posts which erupt into discussion, because I believe the highest valued content are those that increase engagement and foment sub-communities.

My blog post is also trying to help people understand that the options available for the design are difficult. It is not any diabolical master plan. Since you and I used to debate long ago in 2013 at Bitcointalk.org, you've been trying to find a way to onboard the masses to crypto-currency. Now you have something which is sort of working and has made a big splash, but there are still big challenges remaining in order to make this scale and diversify out.

I am very active in thinking about possible design improvements and tweaks, as I am sure are all of you who are already developers for the Steem ecosystem.

Yeah... he may have given you a consolatory upvote, but the real question is.... Has he stopped selling?
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The two exhaust ports in the Death Star of Steem on: August 11, 2016, 02:30:23 AM
1. They can filter content from site. Delete disputed content from Site while it is still visible on the blockchain.

Hmmmmm. So that goes in the other direction, countering the claim that Steemit is uncensorable. I guess it can only be censored by the central censoring committee.

B... B... But, I thought it was DECENTRALIZED.  What happened guise?  I thought the Larimers were against centralization... Isn't my content on Steem "Safer than a Swiss Bank"?

Seriously though, the Larimers are in bed with the Chinese Communists on every level of their operations, and gee whiz, doesn't a "central censoring committee" sound like something straight out of the Communist Manifesto?  The only freedom the Larimers support is the freedom to pimp out women over the internet as long as they're getting a cut of the proceeds.  So, if you want to strip naked or post degrading pictures of women you're in luck, but don't try saying anything bad about the Larimers or their communist backers, because we can't have that now can we?

The Chinese thing would explain a lot, but do you have proof? or even evidence? or even some links?

Haven't you seen the pictures Stan Larimer posted of himself in China courting big Chinese businesses (aka the Chinese Communist Govt) in an attempt to get additional backing and support for their Bitshares/Graphene scheme?  AND THEY GOT IT!  Not to mention that if you looked on the original Bitshares website, they laid it all out for you.  The largest holders (besides the Larimers) and financiers of Bitshares were Chinese nationals.  I'd bet the farm that the same goes for Steem too.  We all know that the Chinese Communist Govt has total monetary control over the country and nobody in China has any significant amount of money or owns a large, successful business unless they want you to and you're part of their game plan.  Personally, I think it's a little coincidental that all their projects are backed by the CENTRALIZED COMMUNIST PARTY and are structured in such a way that creates CENTRALIZED CONTROL over the ecosystems.  Call me crazy, but I think it may be intentional.

And what's this about pimping women?

You tell me what it is called when the main monetary creation mechanism is provided from dumb women exposing themselves.  This is the content that the whales (the Larimers, the Chicoms) upvote to lure in the saps, so they can cash out and make their profit.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steem pyramid scheme revealed on: August 11, 2016, 02:14:21 AM
The whole thing is clearly a very elaborate scheme. There's no real demand to buy Steem from anyone if you think about it. Content creators and curators create their own and can cash out. But who buys Steem? Gullible people and speculators, that alone can't keep the price up forever.

Steem the currency has no value in my opinion, content may have value so one can argue SP itself has some value. However SP is basically the same as Steem, it just dilutes at a much slower pace. The site can work exactly the same without anyone buying Steem. And that's what really makes the wheel turn. If no one buys Steem anymore and goes back to 1 cent, the whole thing collapses, the big payouts stop and that's it.

They should've made a deal with some marketing company or other sponsors to keep the price of Steem stable every month, that would make more sense.

What are you trying to do?  STOP IT!  If people keep reading things like this then NOBODY will buy Steem and the Larimers and their Chinese Communist backers won't be able to make big monies pimping out their "Steem Girls".  This is totally not a pyramid scheme guise... srsly... this is going to revolutionize smut 2.0 blockchain technology everywhere.  I'm just going to say it... it's practically genius.  Creating a highly inflationary currency which you and your cohorts control 99.99%, and then you pay some bimbo trash in this currency to lure in suckers who you attempt to convince that it's highly valuable, while you are cashing out at every moment you can.  It's really crafty, because even though everyone has restrictions on selling, you own such a significant amount of Steem, that even if you manage to cash out a quarter of it, you've still made millions.  Who else besides the Larimers could think up such an ingenious plan?

I'm sure that it's also a "pure coincidence" that they chose a name starting with an "S" and by no means are meaning to have people confuse "Steem" with "Synereo".  Synereo was started way before Steem and is actually developing a legitimate DECENTRALIZED social networking platform and tech stack.  Those who are familiar with how the Larimers operate know that they steal ideas from others and shoddily implement them to make a quick buck off the uninformed.

Hmm. At least they didn't name it Scenario, Cheerios, FruitLoops, or SatoshiCrunch. The porn or locomotive connotation seems to insure people won't confuse it with Synergistic.

Any other examples of them ripping off other ideas?

Anybody who was around during 2013 knows that Bitshares' DPoS algo was a blatant ripoff and perversion of NXT's PoS algo.  I was one of the very first people mining PTS, and BTS was originally going to be pure PoW.  Once the Larimers heard of NXT's revolutionary PoS algo, they copied it and changed it into Delegated PoS, which ensured that they could rig the elections via strategic voting to keep it under their control.

Jeff Berwick always gave me the classic "internet marketer" vibe, that's all. He has no deeper technical knowledge about anything, he just parrots whatever the smarter engineers are saying.

So true.

Yesterday on the radio he said the Steem white paper is "possibly genius." lolz.

The Larimers are scum of the earth and always associate with their peers who are trash.  Not too long ago, they were welcoming with open arms the drug dealing, porno peddling, pigeon racing, internet "get rich quick" guru Mark Lyford.  Birds of a feather.

Am I the only one to notice that STEEMIT, as a word, attempts to not only steal thunder from the Steam platform for games, but mainly REDDIT? The Reddit part just hit me. Damn I'm slow sometimes. Am I the last person to "get" this?

Going to be keeping an eye on this one, seems very interesting.
Already bought a small amount and intending to hold.
Good luck everyone!  Grin

Nobody's selling at these rock bottom prices.
