981  Other / Meta / Re: What if I post on 2nd november will I get double activity on: August 25, 2014, 01:53:57 PM
Not sure what you're trying to say, but if you made 28 posts in one day, and half of them was on one activity period and the other half was on another activity period, then yes, you will get 28 activity on one day.

The message means that the moderator deleted your post. You did post the wallet after all.

I got the email but I can assure you I never posted it.  Not much else I can say.  Guess I just leave this account dead and use this new account.

Nope that would be ban evasion. You are responsible for your account. If "A fuck it Ill just make a new one" would be possible a ban would be useless, wouldnt it?

Looks like you allready evaded your ban and only asked about this now:

1st post according to your history:
I'm back.....

Seriously, stop evading your ban or I'll ban this account too.
983  Other / Meta / Re: Small question. on: August 24, 2014, 02:33:29 AM
No, because it's possible to recover accounts by signing a recovery message using a bitcoin address that was used earlier. see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

2 You can download the ISO from microsoft website:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only
those keys are usually msdn keys and aren't eligible for download from microsoft (except from msdn itself)

you'll have to download an iso from whatever source you get, and verify the hashes with the ones at msdn: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/downloads/ (no msdn account required)

did you even read the thread? The whole point of a mod locking it is so that the user can't unlock it later.

Well, maybe I miss the point, but I created a thread and locked it. Now I'm unable to unlock it. That's pretty much the desired outcome, no?
Looks like I was mistaken. Embarrassed I always thought you could lock and unlock your threads because I heard scammers were locking their topics to prevent people from calling them out, then unlocking for a split second to bump.

use listunspent to get the amount stored at a particular address then use raw transactions api to create a transaction to spend from that particular address
990  Other / Meta / Re: Best place to post your PGP key on: August 21, 2014, 08:37:01 PM
Are mods generally willing to lock threads for this reason? I would think they would get overwhelmed by requests for this if this was done on a regular basis.

You are able to lock the thread yourself, see here:

991  Other / Meta / Re: 'Vouch' accounts from digital goods sellers on: August 21, 2014, 08:34:19 PM
The real issue here is that people go from "this guy gave a trusted member a working account/code" to "this guy must be legit"

[...]

The address where funds will be sitting is the following:
Code:
12UW52WuVAMR9jFYtRaNKunTE5U6tMb9ca
After you send your funds this is what you will have to do in order to claim your coins:

1) Send your funds to the address above.
2) Provide txid of your transaction. ( Either in the topic or via PM, if you would like to stay anonymous )

[...]

important part highlighted. also, the wikipedia definition of giveaway is irrelevant.
Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

also stop reporting this post to get attention.
