981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: December 02, 2017, 03:55:33 AM
I would like to think the future of gambling would be not to be using money or even bitcoin because they cost to much to part with right now in time.
But the casinos will come up with their own tokenize system where the players can only spend that currency in their own casinos and nowhere else.

I believe most land based casino already do this with the exchangers at the front desk to give them their casino tokens to play the slots with and chips to play at the gaming tables.
982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 02, 2017, 03:25:34 AM
This season of La Liga is a little interesting particularly seeing unexpected losses for Real Madrid, Anyway it's still too early and I think RM and BAR will be able to recover and be in the lead at the end of the season as usual, ATM is doing well, but I doubt they will win the league.

Remember la liga still has Valencia who had a great run so far in this season, stay unbeatable same like Barcelona and they even can hold Barcelona at their home match a few days ago. I hope Real Madrid can come back on the winning track and catch back the points to the top 3.

I watched Valencia play last season I think against Real Madrid and they played well for the first half.
They are a good team and Barcelona was very bad during the first months of this new season.

I an see them beating Barca the next time both these teams meet.
983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gamblers here who are in Debt ? on: December 02, 2017, 02:35:11 AM
I would say that about 80-90% of gamblers are in debt at one point in their lives until they hit a winning streak.
But they still end up in debt more than half the time because that is just statistics.
You can never beat the house with their edge.
It is statistically impossible to keep a good winning streak going no matter how much skill and luck you have at a certain game.

Wow.
$11040 broke very easily.
Is this the new future for us all now?

No more $10,000 bitcoin in the news everyday for the past 2-3 days?

They will be saying $20,000 bitcoin once the CME is done with their offerings to Wall Street! Grin

986  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - CASINO SCAM DO NOT PLAY on: December 01, 2017, 10:48:08 PM
I gambled on Cloudbet for about a year.  No problem sports gambling and received timely payouts.

BUT the CASINO is a SCAM.  Don't play there, they have no 800 number to talk with anyone.  Live help simply denies any wrongdoing.  In short I played video poker dueces wild a number of times and no problems.  One day they graded a couple of hands losses when they were winners so I went to live help to complain.  I was told the computer says the hands were losses and they cannot credit me without a screenshot or video evidence.

So I started playing the same game and video recording my hands.  I hit a 4 of a kind 2 7's and 2 dueces wild and should've been credited 12 x my wager.  Instead they graded me a loss, I went to live help and explained what happened again and they said computer shows your hand was a loss.  Then I sent them video proof and they determined 2 days later computer graded my loss correctly regardless of my video proof.

If I could attach my video I would.

PLEASE DO NOT PLAY at CLOUDBET they are scammers and I"m going to try my best to shut them down.

Post it on Youtube please and post the Youtube URL of the video here.
I'd also be interested in seeing the unfolding of this by their live dealer casino if you recorded it and post it up on youtube for all to see.
If infact they did and cloudbet does not get rid of this third party they source their games from. Then they can be in alot of trouble and can face legal implications since they are a licensed casino and should pay out alot in damages if they are infact cheating.
Let the evidence be shown to out them please.
987  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrogen Sports 📢 0.2 BTC Free Bet 🏀 NBA Underdog Challenge 📢 on: December 01, 2017, 10:39:00 PM
If anyone gets the freebet and doesn't want to use it, I'll buy it off you for 0.0925BTC. (as in you bet on what I tell you to, if it wins, I get the full winnings, and if it loses, I get nothing. You get 0.0925BTC either way)

Actually, that's a nice proposition for someone who wants guaranteed money back on their freebet...
Will there be enough time to even get close to receiving the 12 tiles to win this?
Today until the 3rd isn't enough games to bet on am I right?
988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: December 01, 2017, 10:28:45 PM
I have around 500 000 bets placed on FJ
It was a matter of time when this would happen ( placed a lot of bets on not Martingale, so it already happened a lot of times, just not with Martingale)

I got 16 losses in a row
Starting with bet 0.000001BTC
And last bet was 0.03BTC
Counting a 0.06BTC loss total

Now, my question is, should I try to win it back?

I have a total bank of around 1.6BTC on my disposal

Odds of me losing those 16 bets in a row were 0.00179%
Somewhere around 1 to 60 000

Now, if I place a 0.06BTC there's a 50.5% chance I'll lose
If I lose, I place a 0.12BTC bet,  0.505*0.505= 25.5% chance I'll lose
If I lose, I place a 0.24BTC bet, 0,255025*0,505= 12.88% chance
If I lose, I place a 0.48BTC bet, 0,128787625*0,505= 6.5% chance I'll lose

If I lose, I have a total loss of 0.48+0.24+0.12+0.06 (+0.03) = 0.9BTC (+0.03)

Is it worth it?
Should I cut my losses o.o

Odds of me losing 20 bets in a row should be 1 : 860 000
Which, with me having 500k bets, doesn't sound very good

Nope stop betting, the way you are trying to earn money is not profitable, change the game or the way you are doing it.
Hope you could check any group for betting tips.
As well martingale is not a way to bet if you have so many bets placed there.
It will never gain you profit as the odds are stacked against you and are in the houses favor.

You will not or ever profit doing this method.
As the user here suggested to you, try a different approach or go to a different site if this one is making you lose so much in the long run of all your betting with them.
Move on is the best advice and not to try to win it back at the same place.
You will continue to lose and dig yourself deeper and deeper into debt with them.
989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: December 01, 2017, 09:46:15 PM
This is where mot gamblers end up in loss.
They think they will get back the money or in this case bitcoin back by putting in more and trying to rakeback what they just lost.
But they are playing with bad emotion and almost always lose everything at that point and get no where but go backwards as their losses tack on to what they were trying to collect from.

It is a vicious endless cycle unfortunately. Embarrassed
990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk English Premier League Betting Pool v2.0 on: December 01, 2017, 09:42:41 PM
Hello. I would like to join this game, it seems very interesting with a lot of players! I have some bitcoin to the amount needed. What do I need to do?

Just wait. Save the bitcoin and we will start collecting the money in later this month so everybody pays roughly the same price due to fluctuations. I'll PM all proposed participants nearer the time.
Count me in for a spot.
I am very interested in being a part of this when it does launch and I can do a payment near the end of the month as you propose to start collecting it.
991  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST play/invest, maximum transparency, distributing BTG now on: December 01, 2017, 09:41:01 PM
Good to hear that LTC is still on track to be added to the funding system on the site and it has not been discarded.
Waiting for this to happen as well as the anniversary activities beginning hope I soon.
It is soon to be Christmas this month and need to have a celebration before that time. Grin

Much success Yolodice as it is the only site that I bet with dice on!
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 World Cup qualifications, UEFA zone, discussion and information thread on: December 01, 2017, 09:36:43 PM
Having known that quite a bit of big name countries not participating in next years world cup just won't be the same without them.
Italy being one of them having competing every year for the last 60 years is just unbelievable and I think it will affect their country when it starts to be televised since they are not in it they simply won't want to watch it.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Do u Like to Bet? on: December 01, 2017, 07:15:25 PM
I particularly like to bet on baseball but since it is off season for that game I like to mix it up with basketball and hockey. Since those are the only real ones that I have had success with this time of the year.
994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 01, 2017, 07:14:12 PM
Happy for Everton's recovery and Rooney's hattrick... Best goal of his career ever? I don't know. Those halfway punts are all about skill, wind, and of course a generous helping of luck =) He's one of the last of my boyhood age players, so nostalgia abounded!

It is rare to see rooney score even when he was in manchester united. Im not really sure about this but there is a rumour going on that he might end his career this season along with everton his old club. This is a classy way for a player to end their career although I was hoping that manchester united will be his last team for his proffesional career
Now its good time for him to say goodbye because his time is already end and he can give his place for any other good place going to end his career from the same club where he start its very great moments for him he deserve some respect as he done good for his very long career
Hearing Wayne Rooney scoring a hat trick of three goals in a match is astonishing to say the least.
Everybody was writing him off last season when he was with Manchester United and he was the old man on the line.
And him getting all the showmanship gala this season with Everton is remarkable.
He should hang it up while on a high.
So I do agree, he should retire this season going off on a good note and not one if he did with Man U.
995  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: sportsbet.io is a scammers? on: December 01, 2017, 06:45:46 PM
I think it does require those who don't receive their rightful withdrawals to have them post on the forums so to have this company do anything about it and to actually do their customer's higher withdrawal amounts if their accounts are not verified.
996  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BetBTC ★ 100% Bonus | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Instant Payments | Like Betfair on: November 30, 2017, 11:41:44 PM
Congratulations on your winnings there player.

I just wish I had that much luck to even win half as much at blackjack.
Might just give this site a try when I have an urge to try my luck at the table and when I actually have some bitcoin to spare. Cheesy
997  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: sportsbet.io is a scammers? on: November 30, 2017, 11:38:07 PM
This is the second thread I have noticed in the past few days.
Are they coming up with excuses so to not pay these customers if their withdrawal amounts are over a certain amount that they see as too much to pay?

This is some really bad business operating practices if it is. Undecided

Glad you got your payment by the way.
Because I remember some one saying they didn't get around 1 btc when they won it.
998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 30, 2017, 11:35:38 PM
Bitfinex what?

I don't think they will find anything with Roger Ver had anything to do with the Tether mass exodus into a wallet.
999  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTBET.IO is a big scam do not deposit even a single dime there on: November 30, 2017, 02:45:09 AM
Glad this was resolved becuase I have many pending wagers with sportsbet  Grin
It seems they have been having alot of players having withdrawal issues with this particular bitcoin sportsbook and they just continue to just come out of the wood work.
Why do they have so many problems.
Wouldn't they just end up picking up and leave if they have so many issues with their customers with not paying them out unless they scream to the top of their lungs, SCAM just to get attention for this sportsbook to notice them?
1000  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: November 30, 2017, 02:41:55 AM
I won a slot machine progressive jackpot but didn't know I won until the lights didn't stop flashing so I knew something fell my way in the right direction. Wink
It was around $8000 worth in coins so it was a good amount just for spending $0.25 per line which was an 8 line slot machine. So $2 per roll which hit within 2 hours to get it.
