2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you all in when trading? on: May 10, 2018, 05:17:58 PM
This would produce the most gains , but if you predict wrong you could be stuck waiting for the price to either come back up or down to get back in. I did this the other day. I sold and bought back in at what I had predicted was going to be the next upswing. However some last second sellers swooped in and dropped the price below my limit. Then it just continued to fall from there. Now I sit and wait for the price to come back up to my purchase price so I can get back at it. I hate waiting. I get antsy. I should have left some money in reserve so I could have at least bought in at the bottom. I got greedy. Now I wait.  Sad
Considering that you go all in, better to make sure that you fully understand and you already assess well any investment that you take place, trading is a game of patience so if ever you see a downfall then not to fall into panic as you know that the value will bounce back, that's how important reading and
analyzing the project that you will going to invest your money, the more you understand the more you will be able to hold and trust the system, patience will give you a lots of gains...
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Loss almost 40%, should stop trading or not ? on: May 10, 2018, 05:15:38 PM
I couldn't agree with this more, the most important aspect of trading is the psychology which lies behind. Due to you losses you'll most likely be trading very aggressively. Many people make the mistake of thinking that they can trade without any market research and learning different techniques to trade. I personally make maybe 3/4 trades per month and I trade only based upon news that I know will have an effect on the price of whichever asset im using. Be smart, do your research, don't chase trends.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: May 10, 2018, 01:58:17 PM
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

Well, any experienced investors out there will surely advice you to invest also on real estates and not focus only on the crypto world which is something that is really random. Some might even advice you to split all your investments into equal amounts. But either way, I really do think that diversification and great decision making is really what makes people become successful in this world. Although good traits like hard work and so much more are also really vital to becoming successful, I pretty much think that these two is something that one must not lack if he wants to be successful in anything he does.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Can it be possible for the whole wide world use a single currency? on: May 10, 2018, 01:45:36 PM
I think that Bitcoin can be use as a matter of fact to be globally accepted. What is your take and which currency can you suggest to be accepted globally?
I think it is possible. Every country has its own financial institution and different levels in that. Removing these flaws by bringing a common mechanism would be the major  problem. Bringing one global currency in to scene, will increase debt on countries having low value currency. For example - Indian Rupee is downgraded compare to dollar and hence such conversion may lead to increase debt level over our country. The bigger a system gets, the more it become prone to faults. Distribution of powers among developed and developing countries would be another major problem.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin change the distribution of wealth in the world? on: May 10, 2018, 01:07:56 PM
Does anyone have information whether bitcoin would distribute wealth more equally across people than the current wealth distribution?

Or would the distribution be even more unfair?

We want better education, better healthcare, better everything and yet our very money does not allow for these things. Our money, enforced by our governments, is what holds us back more than anything. Real economics is not allowed to take place in our current world. But, bitcoin is changing that. And if governments are unable to stop Bitcoin, which it will be very difficult to do, then we are in for a life changing world in the near future. Just as how the Internet removed the lies of religion and government, so too will Bitcoin remove the chains of government..
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptos be so volatile forever? on: May 10, 2018, 01:03:00 PM
When will we reach the state of more of less stable cryptocurrencies or it is in their nature and will never end?
Well, looking at how long the crypto world has been up and running, i honestly think that it won't be anytime soon. heck, I don't even think that we'd ever get to see this happen till we die. it just isn't possible yet. you know why? simple. it is clearly because not a lot of people yet are using cryptos or at least take the time to even read just a bit about it because of all the fud and laziness.  the only way that i can think of to make any crypto stabilize is for its full supply to be held by lots of people or whales. something like this will surely help to make bitcoins and other cryptos stabilize. that is what i think. which is why spreading awareness is so important for the crypto world..

Dispelling Some of the Most Common Arguments Against Crypto

Once in a while, every crypto-enthusiast will run into somebody who is skeptical of the industry altogether. People like this usually have never invested before, or did once but lost their money. As somebody who cares about the field of cryptocurrency and has invested several times in the past, it can be mind-numbing and frustrating to hear the opinions of people who have only ever read headlines and soundbites regarding the topic.

Make note, it is reasonable to be skeptical of cryptocurrency and present some well-researched arguments against them, but the people being referred to here are those that know very little about the industry and have no noticeable desire to get acquainted with it.

Here are some of the most common arguments you will hear against cryptocurrency (either from people you know or from news outlets) and some simple responses to them.

“Cryptocurrency is a pyramid scheme.”
Occasionally, I will run into a person who claims that cryptocurrency (or more specifically bitcoin) is a pyramid scheme and that only those who were first to the market will be able to make a reasonable profit from it.

While it is true that the earliest adopters of coins like bitcoin and ether have seen the most significant increases in their profits – this does not make it a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are structured so that subordinate investors must pay or hand over a percentage of earnings to a higher level investor. This is not the case with cryptocurrency— if you head to an exchange to buy a coin, it is possible you will be buying from somebody who is at the same level as you (i.e., they invested around the same time you did). This is not possible with pyramid schemes since the only way to make money is to recruit new members. With cryptocurrency, you can trade and exchange with new or old investors. Also note, the main aim of cryptocurrency is not necessarily to get new investors since the price of a coin does not exactly rise due to adoption. Positive news regarding programming updates, partnerships, and new features can also just as quickly raise the price of a coin.

“Cryptocurrency is only used to buy drugs and launder money.”
This statement is commonly used by media outlets as a way to discredit the entire industry and the technology behind it. The best way to refute this statement is to briefly explain the nature of the blockchain and the sheer level of transparency that cryptocurrency offers. Most people who do not know anything about the industry get the impression that using this currency automatically masks your identity and your movements.

Explain to them that most coins have a global database of transactions which can freely be viewed by anybody. This, alone, is enough to discourage people from laundering money and purchasing illicit substances since law enforcement, the IRS, and other government bodies can track purchases with more ease than fiat.

“There is no underlying. value”
This is a half-truth. While cryptocurrency does not rest its value on assets like gold or land, it instead derives value from its developers and its code. Arguably, this is similar to how legal tender derives its value from its government and laws. Similar to how a decision or press conference from the President can affect the price of USD, an announcement from a lead developer can affect the price of Litecoin.

“It is too late to make money.”
I have personally found this argument to be said by people who only know of one cryptocurrency: bitcoin. Generally, the easiest way to open their mind is to show them that CoinMarketCap actually lists over 1500 coins and tokens. Of course, only a fraction of them are worth investment, but it proves that the industry is expansive.

New coins and tokens are constantly entering the market, many of which shoot up in price significantly after a while. One coin that has not had a long history, but is valued highly, is Nano. The coin only came into existence in early 2017, but in the space of a little over a year it has risen to the 28th spot. The main reason for this is the team it has and the technology it runs on. Finding a new coin with a great set of programmers and impressive code can be one way of making money in the industry. Of course, it is not the only way. The much larger coins like bitcoin, ether, and monero are still considered good investments now— this is because people still think the technology is undervalued. If that is the case, then it certainly is not too late to make money.

They just believed in news which is sometimes biased and fake. We can't stop them from spreading those stories because we cant control them. But I think we can give advice for those people who listen and doubting about bitcoin. If they are posting in Social Media which is for you is not true, then you can argue with it. That way they may know that they are in fault and shut them up. Also we need to say those advantages, benefits and possible risks to everyone and let them be judge if they would still continue investing.

This graph shows the bitcoin currency in USD from the year 2010- present.  As we can see, the bitcoin currency is increasing every year. (It is based what I've read hope you understand the graph Smiley )

Bitcoin increases almost every year. So what is your opinion on what will happen next?

The issue remains TIMEFRAME, or realizing that Bitcoin as an investment is a long game venture (measured in years, not the last few weeks or months). In the interim it serves as a resilient alternative medium of exchange independent of the chokehold gang (banks and governments). The current fluctuations are serving to shake out the short-term speculators whose impatience has distorted the crypto market. If you hate short term instability, don't use BTC, but if you stay with it for a decade, you'll win out...

My favorite gambling game would be Fortunejack. I love playing Fortunejack. It's simple and eloquent, but strategies can be a little bit more complicated. I just love the feeling of being dealt a Fortunejack, or the feeling when the dealer busts. My second favorite would be yolodice. These games are just so satisfying for me, especially when you do it in real life or hear the sound effects online. The role of the yolo ball, the slap of the cards on the table... wonderful.

If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble?

An addiction will never stop anyone from doing it. This is why it's called an addiction - it's most of the times something that won't bring good things in your life. However, most people still do it. I wouldn't gamble, I mean I wouldn't put my life and my freedom at risk for some stupid money. Still, there will be a LOT of people continuing it just like we can see every day people trafficking persons, guns, drugs, etc..
14  Economy / Economics / Re: With Hackers everywhere, How safe is Cryptocurrency? on: May 07, 2018, 08:02:27 PM
Its no longer news that an ICO in Japan has lost over $400 million to hackers. They promised to pay back investors who invested in their ICO. Thsi is a huge loss. After I read that news, I began to wonder. How safe is Bitcoin and Other altcoins? What measures should we take to avoid being hacked ?
We are all now not safe from hackers, hackers are everywhere just waiting for us to make mistakes. So always be careful in everything you do, you didnt know it might scam. Always keep your private information don't expose it, like your private key and always make a strong password. If you have a big money or crypto just keep it in a safe and strong wallet. So, always be wise and always be aware in everything you do.because in every mistakes there's always a consequences.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people dump their Bitcoins ? on: May 07, 2018, 07:57:36 PM
In your opinion what are the reasons that let someone start dumping his bitcoins and walk away ?
I personally (and this is just my opinion) that it's more panic then simply his need of money or something else , as we saw on the BitcoinXT last time , people started to panic and simply sold their bitcoins and that caused a drop in the price .
here are different categories of people, some people (like me) use it just as a currency, I buy it, spend it then buy again, the price of it rarely bothers me, since it's pretty stable for sometime now with minor ups and downs. Then there are people who buy it as an investment and to answer your question, they dump it because maybe they made their profit and will buy again when the price drops or they lost some money and they don't think it's safe to keep on holding them anymore but for whatever reason someone dumps bitcoin it's really up to them what they do with their own money and I say let's not judge them and call them names, time will tell if they were losers or winners.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: May 06, 2018, 06:30:27 AM
The risk in the virtual currency market is the risk of losing some or all of its capital when the investor performs the investment or virtual currency transaction. Identify the risks before conducting a transaction, helping them to know the specific loss rate in each case of investment will be how to, minimum and maximum how to decide the scale of investment, the first time investment, time of investment completion, and other relevant factors.

For me, to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrencies is like how you take a risk in business. Because when you invest to business there are no 100% chance of being a successful without losing an capital or money. Managing risk is just a guide on how you will lessen your loss.  My advice, as how i manage the risk in investing, i usually check the validity of where i will invest. Also, i make sure that when i invest this investment will not be going to be a scam. So that's why i don't have any problems in investing so far. But, it may be different to other people's experience in investing..
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin VS bank on: May 06, 2018, 03:14:00 AM
For more than a century, the banking system was used to fund state, endanger the stability of the economic activity, robbing private savings, eliminate one road, promote the financing dependence, even make violent reached an unprecedented scale, all because we do not have different techniques to implement monetary exchange. Now the monopoly is being broken. Bitcoin was born. The fear of the ruling class is only just beginning.

Do you think bitcoin will replace Banks in the future?

Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies will never replace the bank. If you think that banks are just places where people save or save their money, you're wrong. Banks are very important in a country's economy. Bitcoin is unlikely to replace the bank in the future because the age of bitcoin is only temporary. Banks have been institutionalized, legalized and accepted how to put money and invest money. Banks are needed in every government to manage money and check and balance its currency. And I think this is one of the main reasons why banks will last longer than many think..
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: May 05, 2018, 02:30:57 PM
What if bitcoin gains much more value than you anticipate? So what happens when 1 satoshi reaches the price of 1 dollar?
What kind of arrangement is made if payment is requested as Cent? Can the bitcoin core be modified?

I do believed that bitcoin gains much more value than we anticipate, but not in 1 satoshi per dollar. That's is very unachievable, it's not realistic to be happen. Isn't much better to talk about or to discuss the topic which attainable and achievable so that everyone here may get more encourage to boost what bitcoin can do to others because of its very unique features and system. And I added that bitcoin core can be modified in a long run, in my own opinion it can be happen..
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to rise? on: May 05, 2018, 12:51:03 PM
The Bitcoin is reaching $10,000 again.

Personally, I think cryptos will be the future, even some countries already banned them, like China and South Korea.

Recently, an news shaped my eyes again, it said that the investment banking powerhouse Goldman Sachs will start trading Bitcoin futures using its own money.
Bitcoin (BTC.X): will this rally sustain?

Do you think bitcoin will continue to increase?
As what we have found in the market BTC esteem are currently boosting and making its great increase and that is without a doubt an uplifting news for us. It is some way or another touching the 10000 $ and persistently getting higher. That basically indicates how BTC is presently getting to be well known. Also, for that in the event that it will continue then the BTC will be lasting. Gives look a chance to forward and assert that it will happen..
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: May 05, 2018, 12:36:58 PM
Guys, I know that many of you have already discussed this issue regarding quitting gambling as it is addictive, and I know that this thread is just like any other one. But forgive me because I am really sick of seeing people committing suicide because they are in big debts. I would like to speak my mind.

So, guys. Quitting gambling has to be done by quitting yourself. What I mean by that statement is that you should no longer be yourself or what you are. You are now a man of greed and addiction. Who was the person you were before you start gambling? Perhaps you were addicted to something else. Perhaps you were just a normal man living a normal life. Now you are a different person. What I want you to do is that you should be aware that gambling too much will make you lose yourself. Second off, you should sit with yourself and write down the negative effects of gambling. Do not be like "What if I win next time, what if I get lucky next time." No, that is not you who is talking but your greed. Do not give yourself false hopes because "What if" is a term used to talk about unreal action in the past or the future. You can neither change the past nor be accurate about what future will be like.

Then you should practice positive self-talk. Fill yourself with positiveness. Have a strong willpower and determination because believe me, once you are committed to something, you will attain it. If you want to give up gambling, then you can do it because other people and I gave it up.
I used to gamble a lot with my friends and I would be lying if I said I did not learn many things. But the negative effects overcame the positive ones. I took a decision to stop gambling. I filled my time with various activities. In time, I started to forget about gambling. It is like moving on. If you want to move on, get yourself from the routine you used to be in. Your brain is functioned about a certain routine. You will find it hard to adapt to the new routine, but believe me, in time you will get used to it.

I hope you guys achieve what you aspire. And I hope this thread will help you, even though I am sure I am going to get negative feedback. But it is okay, I am open to everything. Have a lovely day, Hadoooken!

Every individual must have his own way to escape from the vicious cycle of gambling. As I experienced myself. I am present every night in the gambling arena can finally be free. With self-introspection, remember the age of the older fan remember past sins finally lead me to change the attitude little by little with a strong heart desire can finally..
