Reallistically, I think that bitcoin can make an impact on the whole world as a cashless payment system but it cannot stand alone unless of course that its bolatility and its price are fixed and remained costant. Howerver, even if it doesn’t then I think that it can still be that with a paper system or that currency hand in hand so that it might be implemented |

As far as I am concerned the government wouldn't allow it because it will only benefit most of us here using or investing in bitcoin. Because if you look at it how else are the poverty people, and those who don't know how to used bitcoin are going to pay their payment, and the worst what if there is no electricity or internet connect then how else are we going to pay or buy goods or services.

Are you serious on this?, clearly bitcoin is not a viable option right now. Even if it does the government will surely won't allow that to happen. We can see that countries are now making regulations on how crypto's should be used to their people.

Are you kidding? Bitcoin can't even govern itself... or at least the developers/miners/whoever can't. Nobody seems to agree on anything. As an example, the scaling debate has turned into a complete sh-+show. Coins like OMG are coming along and trying to solve the scaling issue long before it becomes a problem. If Bitcoin can't scale, or does so at such a slow rate how could it govern the world? No way.

Nope, There are still Places in the world that prefers fiat money or still lives the old way, Implementing Bitcoin as a new mode of payments will eventually give a hard time in poor places and people who cannot afford internet and smartphones. |

I do think that despite it being the first cryptocurrency to reach this enormous potential scale there are many things that are still unsolved.
It's high transaction fee and the slow network.
Many things are being done to solve it and adoption of segWit addresses is just a starting.
Before anything else it needs to solve all the issues. .. related to it...then only we could say that it can have a fair chance to regulate..the transactions universally.

Yes by being popularized of bitcoin now many people in different countries will adapt bitcoin as a source of their income and we all know that bitcoin give as an good opportunity to fulfill our daily needs. Maybe that's one assets of bitcoin but in terms of services by doing transactions bitcoin take more time to process every transaction have. Paper money will remain as traditional money we all both know that it take i think decades before bitcoin surpass paper money if ever. |

No I don't think that it can govern world market, maybe crypto currencies will be globally used, and might be considered as future money, but it will not be only bitcoin. |

Maybe btc is a new kind of currency and brings more progress than the current currency, but btc alone can not create a single currency system. Even though btc has globalization, the current currency can not disappear. |

They are not possible because many Altcoins are more potent than Bitcoins. Many people believe that in the future eth can replace Bitcoin and it will beat Bitcoin. |

I don't think it is going to happen in the nearest future for bitcoin to govern the whole world as a means of payment. This is because the acceptability of bitcoin as a legal means a lot f payment is still under serious obstacles as many governments are not ready to legalize its usage. Secondly, the problem of scalability that is currently a major setback to bitcoin usage as a currency is another threat. Many be in years to come its acceptability may increase across borders.

with the present happenings in blockchain, i think the main purpose of this currency is been ignored, one of which was for fast transaction and low cost of transaction, today what we see is very high transaction fees. if the cost of transactions can be looked into, then bitcoin will be future money. for both the poor and the rich. |
