As I mentioned before he is making $30,000 a month and paying 10% or $3000 a month as restitution. Has anyone ever received any of this restitution money? I have no clue how restitution works, but you would think it would be paid directly to the victims equally. |

I registered today for one reason....I'm a property manager and the Garza's (Jessica & Jaden) are wanting to rent one of the properties I manage. I've been reading a lot of bad stuff about them so obviously I'm a little hesitant about this. Anyone know if the Jessica Garza of Nomad Internet is the same family as the Garza that got in trouble around Paycoin? If so, should I be worried that they wouldn't pay the rent and would try to scam the company for some reason?
And yes, I realize this sounds incredibly naive but I've never had to deal with this type of situation.

I do find it incredible that he is still able to do all of this while under probation. I would hate to think it is nothing more than putting everything his wife's name or a corps name that he can so easily bypass his conditions. Makes no sense. We need a reporter to contact all the parties and probe into it. His probation officer's name is right there in the doc posted. All the attorney's for TX state are in the other post along with their email addresses. How can a convicted thief be let out of jail only to steal again and again. How? Jessica has owned that property since 2017. It might be a rental and they use the address to fake their location. They were living in a pretty fancy home that someone pointed out a while back. It had the Jappa and Jagga or some other shell company's name on the property. I don't get how why someone hasn't sent these documents about him running a business to his Federal probation officer. He has to still be on probation right? |

Submit any and all emails you might have ever used. THEY have the records. Let them know that different scams were bought with different coins, and you can't find all the records, etc. Guesstimate the best you can. 1 day left to file!
