Every one talking about hodl and hodl, so should we hodl till we die, then when is one expected to sell to take back capital and look into other things
if we should hodl then there won't be any token in circulation then.
P.S i believe and know the power of hodling
the more people hold the tokens, the more others want them and offer more :-) In addition, peculium is not just about increasing the token value, you get through the savings again and again income To be honest I'm not really concerned about people dumping their bounty tokens. I don't plan to sell my tokens, not in the near future atleast. We just have to let AIEVE do it's thing and I'm sure the price of PCL will go to the moon. I think you have to depending on the project, how to deal with his coins. There are some Cashback Ico's where it would not be wise to sell your tokens after booking. Other projects are so steep that it's hard not to sell them. One should first set his goal, how to deal with his investment. HODL, sell or a mixture.

Hi,
the CEO "Michael Stollaire" makes a charming and competent impression. However, at first I could not see clearly the goal of Titanium, which is due to my lack of experience in the area of "cloud computing". After I read the article on Coinpost I understood it. In today's world, where digital resources cost a lot of money and sometimes the performance of some IT consultants leaves something to be desired. Does this idea bring with it huge potential for the project? I think it's really interesting. I wish the team only the best that you can take the internet to a new level.

Warning:
When investing in this ICO, there is absolutely no warning or a single line of text with compliance with KYC rules (not even in the whitepaper) until you send your ETH over, and in the final steps require it.
Unless it's hidden somewhere very deep, i looked very hard for anything KYC related and coulden't find it. So, if i can't find it after 15-20minutes of looking, it doesn't matter at all if it was even stated anywhere, because, again, it's actively being hidden from investors.
Now, there is legitimacy behind the project, but after reviewing their telegram, seems like i'm not the only one who was dupped into this ICO with KYC compliance.
It's a very nasty/dirty trick the devs are pulling here, and gives much less weight/hold over this project. I'd stop short of saying scam, because they will do a refund after the ICO is done, which is also pretty fucking dirty, displaying more investments then they have already, creating the illusion of bandwagon.
Despite the transparency with the dev team, they are still in here for the ICO $$, i have no doubt this ICO will bring you a return, but again there is a nasty sense of greed and lack of transparency with their ICO.
And those of you knights who would say "at least they responded and giving you a refund" this is expected out of a somewhat reputable business who is explicitly soliciting KYC documents after you've invested, obviously they want to go by the book, and by the book we will go.
Personally, if i had known this info prior, i would not have invested in this fucking coin. I'm pretty fucking good about reading everything before i invest, like i actively and heavily examine documents and other users complaints/feedback regarding each coin, but disregarded telegram entirely this time, which is becoming a big source of quick information and feedback.
And ofc i'm a little upset, i feel like i've been fucked and i absolutely hate that feeling. They are withholding my ETH for the next 3-weeks, which equates to a year on the real world markets. Time is money, and this ICO cost me thousands worth of investments, you're fucking with people's lively hoods here ya cunts.
I'll update this further when their 5usd an hour support team responds to my emails.
Oh ho, pretty blatant accusation. When I read your commentary, my thoughts moved around this topic. I can understand you well what moves you. But everyone must be aware that the entire crypto world is uncontrollable. I hope that the abuses on the part of the Dev team clarify and the situation changes to the affection of all.

Finally the news is out officially. This is not a simple or comedy news. This is really huge and it will boost the investor sentiments heavily. It is for sure that Peculium is here to stay and will shoot to moon very soon. You will see the effect immediately after listing.
Very nice. I'm happy to bne a part of this ICO. Hope our wishes will come true and we will have a great time

I consider it a very important fact to make an investment. but where is the french translation?? Good luck guys.
Try the automatic translation of Google Chrome, which has become very good. Otherwise you have to ask your questions here or in the Telegram Channel;) You get answers pretty fast and also in terms of content.

So the Whitepaper states that you can, besides VOXXO tokens, also use other cryptocurrencies to pay, for example, for listening to music. Did they already announce which other currencies will be accepted?
Considering that the BTC currently has a high price, they certainly take something in the direction of IOTA, DASH, Litecoin. From now on, I can easily imagine that, like the ICO, they will also accept ETH and BTC.

What happens if you purchase a product in FLUZ network, and everybody in the network receives cashback, but than you decide to return the product after a while. What happens to the cashback?
i think nothing will happen to the cashback, the best they can do is exchange it for another product or give u a refund and the cashback be a gift to the network but i dont believe their policy will be that weak I use other cashback systems that are available in Europe now, namely Aklamio and Shoop and what they do it that the cashback you generate in a purchase is blocked until the time to get refund expires, I don't know if FluzFluz has the same rule or not, but it's likely. I think they will make it similar here, the risk of having to reimburse premiums is too high and turns out to be difficult. You can not just pull a direct debit from the recipient.

I don't really get it. What is the idea behind the 'network'? The only thing that makes sense to me is the idea of bundling up purchases to get a reduced price. If the company can get discounts and earn a few percents from each deal, why does it split it with the network and not keep it for itself? Do the people on the network have to do some sort of marketing to get people make purchases through the app? If not then why do they get a share of the profits if they simply have to do nothing? If they do earn money through referrals, why do they have to pay money to get those 'front seats'? That sounds just like another MLM to me.
I don't say this is a scam or something, the whole concept simply doesn't make sense to me. I'd appreciate if somebody could shed some light on this for me.
The people in the network are the ones that do the actual purchases and get some cashback after doing it. So all in all you get your items at a little discount. If you don't do a minimum of two purchases you are kicked out of the network. The front seats, get a cut of all the cashback of the network and are relived of the minimum purchase rule. So you buy it once and get money as long as the company is working. Seriously "if you don't do a minimum of two purchases you get kicked out of the network"![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Wow. I definitely missed that part of the whole available information. For how long can someone stay without 2 purchases before being kicked out?? I find this rule more than useful. This prevents anyone from setting up a fake network and then selling his seat overpriced. I have not found the time yet, but we can ask in the telegram chat.

In my eyes, the Howey Test is a tool for the US tax authority to declare any business U.S tax liable. It is a joke what the US has admitted to the financial market for rights. I hope that projects based on ETH such as Peculium never come under this regimentation, the anonymity in the crypto world is an important building block there. No it's not. If something is a security, in the US Law you have to be an accredited investor to be able to buy it. So you and me and every tomboy out there are not allowed to buy it as it's seen as a too risky investment for us. Exchanges are big corps and thus subject to scrutiny from the authorities and they don't want troubles, so they don't allow securities in big exchanges. That's why there have been plenty of delistings lately and it has become harder and harder to be listed in trex. Okay, I did not consider this subject now. But I find it curious that the US rated an investment as too risky.

I think it's not that hard to build a big music database anymore. Many music publishers have been willing to rent their music catalogs since streaming became so popular. And Voxxo already has experience and contacts in the music business, so i am sure, that we will have many great musicians in our playlists.
I hope these contacts are good enough. There are already well-established competitors in the music streaming business. Can you name a few competitors? I was wondering about them, but as far as I know there are not many. A simple google research did not lead me to any music related ICOs I think he means the already existing on the market providers. Spotifiy, Amazon music, Juke etc. I have not found similar icos in the net.

my brother read this article too, and asked me afterwards if i know flufluz and what i think about it. He is always looking for a good investment, so I explained the system to him and he liked it. so maybe we will have two tier1 seat owners in my family:-) I hope that I can take enough profits in the coming weeks by trading to afford me such a seat. The offer for 1500 bucks is really fair.

Yesterday I was thinking again on pulling the lever on this inversion and I realized we still don't know the catalogue of artists that will be available on the platform. Have I overlooked something? Is there a preliminary artist list available?
I still think the software/website is being worked on so the music playlist/database hasn’t been made public yet. Hopefully the devs will let us know soon when that will be ready! One notices that the curiosity is great, which artist is already on board. What music will be there. National / International. But I believe that you want the system to be close to complete before it really starts with program points. The rough timeline is, I'm curious if it is filled with life.

As an investor I like this BUT this won't pass the Howey test so it will make this token to be out of the major exchanges forever. I'm fine with that, what I'm not fine with is with companies changing everything after ICO to try to comply with the rules to be listed in exchanges (TrueFlip I'm looking at you).
TLDR: Dividends means this token will be stuck in etherdelta forever. I'm fine with that.
Can you please elaborate on the "Howey test"? From reading the dev comments in this thread it is implied that it will be featured in "normal" exchanges as well as the usual ED token exchange. --ypsi Just read something in the whitepaper, a lot of information, especially technical information where I would rather wait for a translation. But what I noticed is this:
At the end of every SOLIDUS period and every financial year is a percentage of the company's profit transferred to ETH wallet. The ETH is then redistributed to all token holders according to the percentage of PCL Tokens owned.
Another incentive to invest, I like this
This is a very nice initiative. Eventhough Peculium is not the first one to do that. If I were Peculium, I would have initiated litecoin or bitcoincash or dash as rewarding currency than ETH. It has become too much for ETH now. ETH cannot handle the load and is visible clearly. When possible, projects should go out of ETH and look for more stable options. I really like that part of the white paper, it’s good for investors to know what that there is a potential dividend pay out/profit sharing initiative which is paid in ETH. It will make more people want to invest in the project and it’s a really exciting concept. I am not sure what exactly means with HOWEY test. could you please explain it further? Why only ED supports such dividends and not other exchanges? It would be nice to understand this further. The "Howey Test" is a test created by the US Supreme Court for determining whether certain transactions qualify as "investment contracts." If so, then under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, those transactions are considered securities and therefore subject to certain disclosure and registration requirements. Under the Howey Test, a transaction is an investment contract if: It is an investment of money There is an expectation of profits from the investment The investment of money is in a common enterprise Any profit comes from the efforts of a promoter or third party Although the Howey Test uses the term "money," later cases have expanded this to include investments of assets other than money. The term "common enterprise" isn't precisely defined, and courts have used different interpretations. Most federal courts define a common enterprise as one that is horizontal, meaning that investors pool their money or assets together to invest in a project. However, other courts use different definitions. The final factor of the Howey Test concerns whether any profit that comes from the investment is largely or wholly outside of the investor's control. If so, then the investment might be a security. If, however, the investor's own actions largely dictate whether an investment will be profitable, then that investment is probably not a security. All the major exchanges are avoiding any token that might be a security like the plague.

Honestly if AEIVE can get to the point that it can within some reason of certainty predict even at 60-70% if in 24 hours we'll be higher or lower it will be a huge use for something like future
I see the technique of AEIVE rather critically, of course you could interpret the behavior of people, but if really every time after a fork or "bulling time" a rebuy / reinvest takes place can not say. only my opinion. Yea, but is not really the case most times, i guess it majorly depends on the kind of cryptocurrency that is involved, the big boys like bitcoins and ethereum can follow the path you stated above but many others can't, some cryptos are volatile and the minor ones known as the altcoins are really the ones with very unpredictable nature, this is where i will like to see the true power of AIEVE, if it can work perfectly on this aspect with minimal risk, then i think this project will surely be a powerful game changer, i will also like to know if this is focused on a particular set of coins I guess the purpose of the whole thing is to set up a Coinitrader through algorythms which automatically gains profits through skilful cyclical anti-cyclical behavior. Here, I see a risk for the market, when an artificial intelligence intervenes.

The concert investment concept is my favourite aspect of this Voxxo. This sets Voxxo apart from its competitors and offers a USP that I haven’t heard about before.
just imagine that Beyonce will receive payment for performance in the crypto currency))) it would be cool i think ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I think in 1 to 2 years at the latest, the stars and starlets will have realized the potential of the world of cryptocurrencies. Voxxo will be laying the foundations here and establishing a new world of music business.

Just had a chat with the fluz-team on their telegram-channel, and i can tell you now, that there are already active networks in colombia. more precisely, one network if this information is correct, there are more than 40.000 people in only one network. if i could get a tier1 seat with 40k users, that would be great:-)
That is pretty interesting. It would be nice if this info was public. So I would love to see how the networks look like, just to get an idea. For example they could graphically show us the existing networks in a graph Awesome Idea!We should address that in the Telegram channel, I think it's best placed there. Let's see how the team reacts to the proposal.
