ETHV isn't listed on Idexx or any other website that could show its value. Maybe it is valueless, that isn't really a good option to reward somebody with half of your tokens that have no verified value. It would also require 2 transactions which would also need to be paid for by the loan issuer to even get

As well, you claim to have many altcoins which you could sell and transfer such a low amount of ETH to that address and not require a loan at all.
As for the dollar amount of the ETH you require, I've seen people do far worse things for lower amounts of money and you seem to be foreign, so if you're in a 3rd world country that $5 might actually be a month's salary. Just putting things in perspective for you.
