1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in a Responsible Way is Beneficial on: Today at 02:00:02 PM

We see that gambling, if done responsibly, can be very beneficial to individuals, from personal enhancement, mood betterment and relaxation to social and economic benefits.  I experienced it myself, did you? Do you have any positive experience with gambling that help you in any way?

The line that draws from responsible or beneficial to irresponsible gambling is excessiveness and greed. Gambling can be beneficial, depending on what you want to achieve. If you want to make money out of it, or you want to make a living, then you are on the wrong track, which will eventually lead to gambling addiction.

Treat gambling as an entertainment, to sharpen your mind, and to have camaraderie with your friends and loved ones, and you are good to go. Anything more on this is harmful.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wouldn’t you wish the same? on: Today at 01:00:44 PM
This seems to be spent in only a week usually. Don’t you wish it was that easy? Lol. Next time you want to gamble, just be a government official.

It's not being a government official; it's in the character. It just so happens that the guy is totally corrupt, has no conscience, and has acquired a huge amount of money.
It can happen to any organization, group, or family when a corrupt individual has an easy way to acquire money through corruption; they can lose millions of dollars without batting an eye.

5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life and what else on: September 20, 2025, 09:55:14 PM
Like your house, your car or maybe some weird thing like your favorite shirt or the mug your father gave you. Those kinds of things. It would be interesting to see how people value different things within the metrics of gambling.

Two things: You are so rich, or you are already out of your mind to bet on those things. I always believe that when it comes to betting, it should only involve excess money, not valuable things that you and your family can use or be used for.

You are in a desperate mood, betting on those valuable things, and this is where you draw the line of dangerous addiction. When you are so addicted to gambling, you take everything for granted, and this is where it must be stopped.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a cultural thing? on: September 20, 2025, 09:15:33 PM
People often say that gambling is full of men. But I have seen women be addicted to gambling as well. Older women spend their remaining time in bingo places. You will often see grandmothers playing cards or mahjongs. Some daughters will even say they learned from their mothers. So I am surprised to see when people say they are only recently seeing women around gambling. Is it a cultural thing? Are women from specific cultures more prone to gambling?

It began as a part of the culture before evolving into a global phenomenon, marking the advent of a new era in technology and the age of women's liberation.
Women believe that the freedom men are enjoying should also be enjoyed by women, so in this era and the coming eras, there's really no differentiation between women and men in terms of gambling; they both are free to enjoy and indulge.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you spin? on: September 20, 2025, 02:34:28 PM

You have the €100 ready, will you go ahead and play this game knowing fully well it could mean the end one out of two things for you, either your poverty ends💶💵🤗 or your life ends☠️⚰️⚰️💀😭 will you play?

There are many other ways to end poverty, not something like this, where you could possibly end your life. It's for people who are desperate or have only a few months to live.

But if you have dreams and you still want to see your children grow and carry your grandchildren, this kind of bet is not for you, it's not for me. I am planning to live up to 100 years and have a happy ending, not being killed because of the wrong spin.
8  Economy / Services / Re: In need of a unique art? on: September 20, 2025, 01:48:53 PM
I notice you have a new thread related to this thread
Another rare piece if you're coming up with a new piece and creating a new thread for that piece, the service section will be spammed with your so-called rare pieces.

I recommend creating a dedicated thread for all your pieces and updating it with a new post for each new art piece, including descriptions.
This way, you can compile all your pieces in one thread, allowing interested parties to quote the relevant post descriptions that they are interested in.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Was gambling a reason for you to discover Bitcoin / cryptocurrencies? on: September 20, 2025, 12:38:50 PM
I already gamble offline, and I joined this forum due to the huge interest generated by Bitcoin at the time, thanks to the numerous great offers and giveaways from online gambling platforms that accept Bitcoin. I became interested in playing online, which is why it's the other way around.

I first discovered Bitcoin when gambling was not yet very active here in Bitcointalk, but like all the others' opinions here, the gambling industry pushed the mainstream usage of Bitcoin.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins Outperform Bitcoin Again? on: September 19, 2025, 11:01:56 PM
Would you put your confidence in Bitcoin’s dominance or risk chasing altcoin surges?

There's a risk involved in chasing altcoins' surges, especially meme coins that thrive on narratives of higher profit but higher risks. With this, you risk getting burned and wiping out your portfolio.

You are safer than relying on Bitcoin dominance, as it has consistently shown that patient holding can generate profits. Although the process may be slow, it is safe, and you are not putting your portfolio at risk. Those who moderate their greed go for Bitcoin's confidence.

11  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you find a new crypto casino? on: September 19, 2025, 10:16:48 PM
So, is Bitcointalk still the best source, or are there other reliable places to find a good casino?

So let's have a summary of your question. 92.6% of respondents choose Bitcointalk as the best source it's easy to pick Bitcointalk because you can decide if this is the right casino to play.
Members prefer to look at a new casino here and will base their decision to play on members’ analysis and discussion of its features, terms and marketing effort, and of course how the representative addresses the members’ concern.

Bitcointalk   - 25 (92.6%)
Word of Mouth   - 1 (3.7%)
Search Engine   - 0 (0%)
AI   - 0 (0%)
Streamers   - 1 (3.7%)
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The rich is hugely favoured in gamble. on: September 19, 2025, 09:28:50 PM

His argument is that the rich people gambling do not have to pack a lot of odds as in parlay bet to accumulate a high odd size that will give a satisfying potential win. The rich has the money to risk huge amount to a single game for instance 2 odds staked with $1 million to win $2 millions,  but the poor staking with $100 to win  $2 million has to pick multiple legs to accumulate odds to get such potential win.  It hence decreases the gambling winning chance whilst the rich gambler chance remains increased.

I have not read online about a rich gambler getting richer in gambling. It can happen, but it's very rare, so we never discuss increased chances here; it's like we are talking about the martingale method, where you have a higher chance of winning, but in reality, you don't.
I prefer to call it the risk that one can take based on their bets and not on their chances of winning. It's hard to talk about winning in gambling, where it is not guaranteed, but only hoping that it can happen.

13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people fail in skills/ business on: September 19, 2025, 04:11:49 PM
Why many people fail to succeed in business/skills
Like people usually consistency is the key to success but that is not true. If you keep on doing thesame thing and expecting different results you will fail at the end.

Consistency is good if you know the kind of business that you are in and are passionate about your business, one of the best traits I've seen in successful people is their passion.

When you have passion in your business, you will find all the best ways to succeed, and you will innovate, try new things, and explore every means to achieve your goals.

To succeed, you need to understand your market and align your passion with the demand. Passion is everything in business.

14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Juan365 | Trusted and Secured Online Casino in the Philippines on: September 19, 2025, 03:01:03 PM

Upon checking as well on PAGCOR Guarantee website: https://www.pagcor.ph/pagcorguarantee/ I find a Juan 365 site but this is the real site https://juan365.com/ and definitely this from the OP is scam. Don't click the link from the OP.

Good catch, OP, Maybe posting a phishing link, he needs to explain in detail and with proof if this is a mirror site, or we will flag this thread for impersonation or creating a phishing link.
That could be the reason why he just dropped the link and don't care to give more details about this casino, about this casino its a potential scam, until we read OP's explanation.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Juan365 | Trusted and Secured Online Casino in the Philippines on: September 19, 2025, 12:26:49 PM
Juan 365 PH is an all in one platform offering Online Live Casino, E-Bingo, Slot Machines, Sports Betting and Legit Pagcor Licensed.

The government of the Philippines has ordered casinos to stop using celebrities as endorsers, and also for celebrities to stop accepting casinos' endorsements.
This casino appears to blatantly disobey this order; if they are changing direction and starting to expand their market, they should be more competitive by doing what other top casinos are doing here.
I doubt this is the official representative; he needs to confirm his status first. There are marketing managers who can help him maximise his presence here.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: are vices worsen now by social media? on: September 19, 2025, 11:57:20 AM

are you easily influenced by social media? do you think this is healthy? are other vices like drinking, smoking and etc worsen because of social media?
Many people are influenced by influencers, looking to them as heroes. This is why casinos are investing heavily in hiring influencers to boost their online presence.

There is no wrong in playing in casinos; what is wrong is believing that you can make a living in gambling. You have to understand that some influencers are faking and twisting their winnings to make it appear that they are withdrawing huge amounts of money; that's their role: to make casinos look like a fountain of money when it's not.

18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Naoya Inoue vs Alan Picasso December 27 Undisputed Super-bantamweight Title on: September 18, 2025, 11:00:43 PM
Inoue has been cherry-picking for a very long time; he should be fighting worthy and high-caliber fighters. Picasso cannot even be considered on the A-side.

He may have a good record, but his name doesn't ring a bell for boxing aficionados. Can you imagine that, before this fight happens, Inoue is already gearing up for a fight against his fellow Japanese fighter, Nakatani, which is a huge insult to Picasso.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔵1win | Crypto Casino & Sportsbook | Win the Lamborghini with 1st deposit 🔵 on: September 18, 2025, 10:34:48 PM
Most details can be found on https://1wintoken.com/
I visited the link you provided, but for some reason the Play button on that page does not work. If I click on it, it redirects me to the Telegram app, but it says “username not found”. So I couldn’t access the mini app from there. Could this be due to an issue with the referral code?

Anyway, I accessed the app from the link shared above and the game is quite fun. You can use the earned tokens to play the listed games (and you can increase your earning by completing some easy tasks). My question is, is it possible to convert or exchange those tokens for other cryptocurrencies, or is this option not available yet?

Got curious to check the link provided and same as you I encountered same issue and its says when it redirect me to telegram that username not found.

Oh I guess did you access the game already but for me no luck. It seems that its only available for few players? Or do we need to use VPN before we can access that?

Want to try it later on and let see if I can access that game if I used VPN. But also as far as I know there's no direct conversion with those token to other cryptocurrencies.

I can fully access the link used to be activer in accumulating win token but because of the disappointment from other tap to earn games I disable or leave it all, but since I'm part of 1Win I will check it out its been a long time since I access this token I just wondered if distribution is already over and when they are going to use the token in their platform as this is what their initial plan in creating this token.
20  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Monthly na sweldo ibibigay thru Crypto Payments on: September 18, 2025, 10:24:23 PM
