1  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for help on a new project on: July 29, 2025, 02:36:35 PM
I have been around bitcoin since 2011 (see my profile for when I joined here). I am currently working on a project that has not been announced yet. I am looking for people who have been around crypto for a long time and willing to help out with dev, marketing, etc; you will receive coins. Please DM me you LinkedIn profile and I will share more info. Thanks.
If you're still looking for marketing related activities on and off this forum. I work with a team of 60 people from different geographic locations and we have marketed a lot of well-known brands like Cloudbet, etc.
The year I created this account doesn't justify the year I joined the crypto space because I've been into crypto since 2016.

If you're interested, let's talk, and I can also introduce you to the team leader.

Second, Trustpilot review can be bought or manipulated, and only review provided by platform let like Casino guru, Ask gamblers can be trusted. According to what I see they have average score which is still a good review.

Trustpilot scores can be manipulated by buying (or incentivizing) positive reviews; however, I have yet to see fake 1-star reviews. In my opinion, most, if not all, of those are genuine.

However, I strongly disagree that CasinoGuru or AskGamblers scores can be trusted either. Their reviews usually contain at least some inaccuracies, and the base score they give to newly added casinos on their site is misleadingly positive.

CasinoGuru, for example, scores newly added casinos with a 7/10 safety rating, well above average, and it takes an insane amount of complaints and time before they start to correct the score. A casino that stole thousands of dollars without ever providing a basis for it was rated "above average" for over a year, until they finally decided to lower the safety score to "low". The same happened with an actual scam casino, it had an "above average" rating for over a year, until the score was finally corrected to "very low."

AskGamblers is less likely to feature scam or dishonest casinos; however, their scores, like Trustpilot's, are much more susceptible to manipulation by fake or incentivized reviews.
Then you still need to do your homework.
There's no way you can verify Trustpilot review to be genuine and if you work in the marketing space you which I have once did for a project with their Trustpilot you'll know what why I prioritize CasinoGuru and Ask gamblers which are platform that stands for gamblers over Trustpilot.

Pretty sure this new casino is connected to Immerion.

And it seems they are not exactly new. Reviews go back at least a year.
According to what I see where. The casino was established in 2023.
I like the aspect of the casino supporting the use of VPN and never prioritizing KYC unless it's a special occasion.

There are many serious complaints and I haven't seen at least one representative from your casino responding to them. What in my opinion is something very worrying is that people who want to create an account at your casino need to be careful. Things don't stop getting worse. I also saw that even at the casino. Your casino has been accused of scams.

The information you provided above is for Ybets.io while this casino link is Ybets.net
Second, Trustpilot review can be bought or manipulated, and only review provided by platform let like Casino guru, Ask gamblers can be trusted. According to what I see they have average score which is still a good review.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Pi Coin Journey. on: May 26, 2025, 11:14:57 PM
From when Pi coin was launched in February 2025 it was a good business for those hodling, from it's development phase. Shortly after the launch on exchanges the price dropped from $3 to heart breaking 0.60(that's less than a dollar).
And the price has seen fluctuation which is understandable. As at today 26th May, Pi experienced a rise to 0.80(unstable though). But this is some light to hold on to.
What do you from the coin after the project team hype and sold huge amount of it to satisfy the investors, and their needs which they later invested some portion in starts up or where would they get they funds they invested in startups and businesses they wanted to use to utilize Pi coin?

However some say Pi has no utility value and so won't stand the test of time.
Amidst all these, analysts say Pi will peak at $100 by 2030. If you monitor the trade volume in the past week, you can tell a whole lot is going on. Investors are on the look out.
Ask yourself, is the Pi coin team concept of encouraging businesses, and individual to accept and integrate their app with the inclusion of the funds they made out of the coin ATH $3 price which was said to invested into startups and businesses with the purpose to utilize the Pi coin a genuine utility of a crypto?
The so called $100 by 2030 said by some analysts is a paid analyst's marketing strategy.

Why is this so confusing by way, hodl or sell, what should it be?
For some reason I am so interested in Pi, the journey, I guess sparked my interest. What is it going to be?
Let's here your thoughts
This is confusing because the altcoin space is a manipulation ground where the major players in the market always find a means to enrich themselves, and use the profit to hodl Bitcoin.
What is it going to be? The only crypto you can hold for the long term with ease of mind will always be Bitcoin.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WhatsApp now the new platform targeted to steal users privacies and funds. on: May 26, 2025, 10:00:11 PM
I used whatsapp before when I was on Malaysia since its their go to app for socials but I didnt like it compared to messenger of facebook. It seems theres so much suspicious on their apps. Probably due to their unfiltered system. I believe this app is a Chinese Product if Im not mistaken.

Actuallt I prefer discord or telegram over this app.
The app is technically a Chinese product because it can gather and share user data with Meta (formerly Facebook) for analytics and advertising purposes, making it not a fully end-to-end encrypted platform. Their end-to-end encrypted service is not guaranteed to work even if they are able to share such information.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is This A Good Idea? New Bitcoin Pricing Model - Pricing In Sats on: May 22, 2025, 12:00:12 AM
Do you think pricing by sats is a good idea?
Absolutely not. There's no benefit to changing the Bitcoin unit, and there is something better that we ought to focus on now, rather than pricing in Sats. Besides, we do something, and I think we should always look into the negative effects of it on the market, especially when it doesn't address any particular issue or problem.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ask the real question as a beginner on: April 21, 2025, 10:49:45 AM
Yes, being a beginner or newbies is not easy in the crypto space. A side from the battling indecision, poor knowledge, and poor experience. What most beginners battling with the most now is misinformation, and KOL selling their community for reward.
I hope we will have a means where misinformation and KOL abuse will be stopped.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are some of the dumbest arguments made against Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2025, 08:48:38 PM
PONZI SCHEME?
...
for those who say that bitcoin is a ponzi scheme, they do not understand what a ponzi scheme really is and they do not know bitcoin. they do not understand the concept of bitcoin and just open their mouths saying that bitcoin is a ponzi scheme. if only they understood that bitcoin is fundamentally different from a ponzi scheme, which has intrinsic value, many holders globally, and a trading market for it, then they would not think like that... but that's how it is, there are always people who don't like bitcoin and spread negative news about it, though it only shows how stupid they are.
I believe they know what a Ponzi scheme is. The idea of Bitcoin and how the market functions were what they didn't comprehend. They simply think that Bitcoin is a quick to rich scheme that will make them wealthy once they invest their money, without realizing that their profit will be determined by their understanding of the Bitcoin and how the market works.

Returning to the original question, the most ridiculous claim I have ever heard regarding Bitcoin is that it was a Ponzi scheme designed to defraud the average person to enrich the wealthy.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: April 11, 2025, 07:13:30 PM
The Bitcoin market is very volatile and unpredictable, it is completely uncertain when its price will go in which direction, the market price is low now, but it can move forward with great pumping at any moment. So one should never panic at small dumping, they should be considered as buying opportunities, every market decline is an opportunity to buy new dips, and those who can take advantage of this opportunity can benefit the most. But most new investors, instead of taking advantage of this opportunity at this time, panic and sell their holdings, thinking that it may fall further. And the reason for this is that they do not know the basic volatility of Bitcoin, they do not have much idea about how Bitcoin can skyrocket in a short time, and because of this they decide to sell. That is why beginners should try to understand the basic issue of the Bitcoin market, once they are truly familiar with Bitcoin, they would never have decided to sell.
It can be challenging to forecast the next market trend in a certain situations but not in the current one.
I believe you don't follow the main factor that started the current downward trend in the price of Bitcoin, which is the dispute between the US and the Chinese president over tariff increases. However, I think you should be aware that when the US president announces a halt to tariffs for a few days, it will affect the market price, which is why we see Bitcoin reaching the 83K price.

Yes, but since the tariff hike might be a calculated attempt to create market turbulence, the dump presents a chance to buy low.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Governments Become the Biggest BTC Whales? on: March 01, 2025, 09:14:16 PM
I think that governments will utilize bitcoin so much more than just a strategic reserve. They will refine energy consumption methods around the mining and advocate for less takes and promote higher earnings amongst their citizens if they want adoption to take place. Perhaps Nations will certainly be many of the whales but I just thing there are too many OV whales that outnumber these nations
Nations can make it up to the list of whales but they can’t outnumber the already existing ones who have started accumulating and mining bitcoin right from the early days, government have the resource to make things work and make their citizens to also join the queue but their is limit to the extent that they can go make things work.
The market is unpredictable, and the people we are speaking about have the smartest people on the planet on their palm. who have the ability to invent a way to control the entire market or scare the existing whales into dumping some of their bags so they can amass. Don't be so certain that they can't outnumber the current whales in the market; the example what we're seeing now in the market. The most crucial thing right now is that each Bitcoin user keeps their BTC in a safe self-custodial wallet instead of exchange.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Every bull market is driven by hype cycles narratives, how do we navigate? on: February 28, 2025, 08:57:36 PM
I was watching a video about this season of bull run earlier and gained some knowledge which asserts, bull markets are always driven by dominant narratives which ends up shaping investment trends. In the video, an account was given, which mentioned ICOs, DeFi, and NFTs as the main drivers of the previous bull runs while this cycle of bull run is targeted at hypes around tokenized real-world assets aka RWAs, Layer 2 scaling solutions, AI powered projects and the evolution of DeFi.
You're both correct and incorrect at the same time.
Instead of the ICOs, RWAs, etc.It is the four-year cycle of Bitcoin that's  always driven bull markets.
The shitcoin project team only use the potential of BTC 4 years cycle to generated hype by leveraging the Bitcoin 4 cycle potential.
Why do we always see new project introduce into the market during the Bitcoin market 4 years cycle?

My question now is, since this bull run has been tagged with major speculations, how can a potential investor navigate his or her way through a long-term, meaningful and financially impactful projects as against those riding on just the hypes?
What the investor need to use the strategy used by shitcoin creator t make the meaningful long-term investment.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Every successful person had a mentor on: February 28, 2025, 07:41:28 PM
Having a mentor can only make the journey fast, but it is not every successful person that has a mentor. We said every successful person has a mentor. What about people like Isaac Newton who created Newton's law, James Prescott Joule who created Joule's laws, etc.
I believe what most successful people have are inspiration, staying hungry to make an impact, and dreaming big.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LandDAO - Your Gateway to Tokenized Land Ownership on: September 30, 2024, 07:54:56 PM
This LandDAO project looks really interesting! I’m curious how it works compared to other crypto projects that focus on helping communities. How does LandDAO make sure the communities it invests in grow for a long time? I’ve seen other projects like CityDAO that focus on giving people ownership of land, does LandDAO focus more on helping the community, or is it both about ownership and development? I’d love to know how the new businesses and partnerships are created in these communities!
If we look into the cryptocurrency market we will see that the only a project can thrive in this ever-growing market is to focus on solving issues. Back to your question, We have many real-world asset projects but if we look into the concept of LandDAO, it works as the platform that reshapes real-world assets by offering a more genuine, profitable, secure, scalable, and compliant approach to asset ownership with the inclusion of regulatory frameworks evolve to accommodate of innovative technology that always put the community/investors first by creating new opportunities for all participants. Besides, LandDAO is a community-driven governance real-world asset project.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: U.S Bitcoin Spot ETF hits a total net inflow of $1.01 billion in this week. on: September 30, 2024, 07:22:23 PM
There will always be an increase in cryptocurrency adoption rate in every country where the government acknowledges Bitcoin and also supports it ETF. However, this daily net inflow into the ETFs shows most of the rookies are still naive about the disadvantages of ETF investment and the benefits of having their BTC in a self-custodial wallet.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LandDAO - Your Gateway to Tokenized Land Ownership on: September 24, 2024, 03:47:21 PM
The "token = real-life stuff" idea is exciting, but several roadblocks are slowing adoption. Regulatory uncertainty, complex legal frameworks, lack of standardization, and technical challenges make investors hesitant. It’s like playing a game with unclear rules—most are waiting for clarity.

However, with projects like LANDDAO emerging, RWAs could gain traction as the market matures and regulation catches up. It’s still early days, but the potential is huge.
The real-world tokenization experience is the issue you listed, which is what always happens to every innovative concept. Still, according to my findings, the real-world tokenization adoption was not slow for the market to have reached a market cap of $7.67 Billion, as we speak, while the first project in the space was introduced in the 2000s.

I think the major thing that makes it look like there's slowed adoption of real-world assets is that most crypto enthusiasts lack an understanding of the benefits and the important role played by real-world tokenized projects. However, it is nice to see projects like LandDAO, which will change everything and also improve the betterment of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LandDAO - Your Gateway to Tokenized Land Ownership on: September 19, 2024, 07:08:14 PM
So it is RWA?

I have been involved in some RWA projects including Realio Network and Propchain. So how will LandDao going to compete with these RWA projects?
Tokenizing land ownership is not a new trend and I think the NFT market still worth some billions of dollars which i hope will appreciate with time as the price of cryptocurrency keeps surging. I still hope to involve myself in projects like this one where my investment can worth something reasonable within a speculated timeframe. I don't know how profitable this project could be  but I hope that it will be something worth investing, now that we are expecting the bull trend to fully function.
Yes, tokenization is not something new but has a lot of flaws, which is the reason why most real-life asset tokenization projects are not successful. According to what I have read about LandDAO, they seem to solve the tokenization space's flaws, and that's why they introduced an innovative financial solution for uncertainty and fluctuations in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Do not forget that anything can be tokenized(land, art, car, house etc) so that investors can have access to their investment allocation.
It can be in terms of digital currency registered on the blockchain to take records of every transaction so every investor can access there allocation. The top reasons why many investors tend to consider real world assets as an option is to make profits with minimal risk,  without taking part in the security and management of such asset.
Yes, every valuable asset and vehicle can be tokenized, but it's always a wise choice to go for a project that tokenizes an asset that will always appreciate in price, and land is one of them.
Having said that, the major reason investors choose real-world asset tokenized project is because they breaks down financial barriers while also allowed investors to be fractional ownership of traditionally expensive assets.

RWA is one of the things that makes me feel bullish this year. I’m following a few RWA projects. Maybe LandDAO could collaborate with Unlockd. It’s kind of like liquidity providers for RWAs.

I’m interested in LandDAO, correct me if I’m wrong, so LandDAO gathers funds from members to buy land that will then be tokenized as NFTs and given to the members involved, right? Are there any other benefits offered to NFT holders, or is it just about capital gains?

Let’s say I join the fundraising and hold some land-backed NFTs. Can I actually get the land behind my NFT? For example, I own some NFTs of land in Ghana, but I want to own the land for real. Is that possible? And what about the legal permits for ownership, especially for someone who's not a Ghana citizen? Sorry for asking so many questions, but I’m really interested in RWA.
You somehow understand the concept of LandDAO, but you misunderstood the concept when you added NFT because the concept of LandDAO is to convert land rights into digital assets on the blockchain. It is just like investing in a virtual diamond, which is represented and managed on a blockchain by a professional organization.
Furthermore, I believe the concept was introduced to create an innovative financial solution in the cryptocurrency ecosystem where the volatility of the market always leads to uncertainty and fluctuations of price, while the LandDAO team also bridges the gap between blockchain technology and traditional/physical assets.

About the gain or benefit, it is just like investing in a BTC ETF where you invest in BTC.

That's what I believe this project is all about based on my findings
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HUGEWIN ($HUGE) - The world's largest online crypto casino! on: September 10, 2024, 11:05:07 PM
Would it be safe to rely on AI to predict the winning team in today’s soccer match? I’m thinking of placing a bet on Hugewin.

I don't know how successful and safe is the use of AI to forecast the winning team of a soccer game but from my understanding, this is a lazy idea. However, I once watched on TV where some people used animals to forecast the winning team of a soccer match and the result was correct. Meanwhile, this is just pure gambling and can lead to a huge blow of loss.

Having said that, HugeWin casino is a good igaming platform for sports betting due to the benefit that comes with using the casino for sports betting but I will advise you adequate research about the soccer teams involved (check their current performance and their key player level of scoring goals) instead of using AI.
