2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: are you afraid of the current market situation. on: July 28, 2019, 07:42:50 AM
This is because several months the crypto currency market has experienced a major outbreak. And start falling btc and expect coins too. As a trader, I feel tension and fear when the market slowly drops due to the garbage market ... What about you who are afraid when the market goes down.
I'm also quite worried because I'm a trader and work is quite stressful when I only look at the charts. Every time the market goes down, I have to lose an amount of 5% - 7% because of stoploss.
But everything needs to be adjusted to have a historic pump. therefore, we need to live in a positive way to wait for wealth.

That’s the thing you need to watch out for. If you have institutional funds trading against you, they anticipate stoploss price levels of the majority. They lower the price just a few pips below these levels to activate retailers auto-stoplosses, then you’d be surprise, the price goes back-up again right after your stoplosses were triggered. that’s when you lose 5-7% of your equity. At this point, I’d take long positions, sit and check it at the end of every 3 months rather than every 5 minutes. Caveat - take my advise at your own risk.

I'm not afraid of the current market situation, bitcoin still seem bullish to me and presently its trading at 9k and in January it was +3000$ this is a really big change and bitcoin halving is not far away anymore,im positive that altcoin time will come

Right, I’m generally bullish in this market. These swings are caused by panic buying and selling, coupled with big funds probably deliberately confusing traders to cause, that’s right, “panic buy and sell”. They call it consolidation for a reason. Anytime a big move is to be made, price will form a base to muster relative strength then push-up to it’s intended price target. The rest follows. “it requires a mental fortitude to survive through these swings” -
4  Economy / Services / Re: New Member Introduction - Private Jet Charter on: July 28, 2019, 04:22:39 AM
Hello all!

My name is Kyle, I'm the President of a company called BitLux. We specialize in global private jet charter and have been in the industry for quite some time (I was raised in it).

I just wanted to introduce myself a bit and say hello!

The Beginning

I started my journey into Crypto in 2017 (great year, I know...) but it was an interesting one. I had someone repay me for lunch in Etherium and I just watched the entire thing happen.

At the time, and still today, I have relationships with some very high net-worth individuals in nearly every area of industry around the Globe, so I begun to as questions about crypto, what thoughts were, etc.

The Idea
One day, at a previous company that I used to run, a client of ours - very large in the cryptosphere - needed a last minute trip that totaled to about $108,000. Since we were not set up to receive anything in crypto, we had to charge the credit card, which had some pretty insane fees attached to it.

Shortly after that, about 20 seconds, it hit me like a ton of bricks - we should be using crypto for things like this. Taking prime advantage of every aspect of crypto. Instant payment (nearly), privacy, guaranteed payment, not having to deal with god awful merchants, you know the drill...

So, I kept asking around and found that surprisingly, many more of the top-tier people I work with on a daily basis hold cryptocurrency. It'd be a great idea to get a brand and infrastructure in place to facilitate the use of crypto-payments and utilization wherever I can.

The Start
In May of 2018, we accepted our first flight paid for in BCH. Everything went well and things slowed down a little on the crypto revenue front. However, this did lead to a great beginning.

Later, in 2018, October, we were asked by a crypto investment firm for other flights - these did go well. Luckily, we started using BitPay to start accepting payments, which prevented us from losing too much - no joke, 2 days after one of our paid invoices, BTC made the drop from $6k to $4k.

Sustainability
Over the course of the next few months, we began to have referrals in the crypto-sphere. In December, we had 5 different deals, all paid for with crypto across different areas in the Globe - Bahamas, the US, and Europe.

For the first time, I really started to grasp how much of a solution we were really providing. Three of the five trips that we had were last minute trips - one musician, one businessman, and one private couple had to be up in the air within hours - crypto was the ONLY way this could have been accomplished.

Current Status
So far, we've invoiced well over $200,000 in various crypto-currencies - which is fantastic. With a business that runs over $1m a year in revenue, having $200,000 in received crypto payments has been quite the accomplishment. We are slowly working our way into spaces where crypto is actively earned. We've found that while people hold crypto, people don't utilize it. Why?

Well, it seems fairly obvious that the majority of crypto holders and enthusiasts see BTC (mainly) as an investment vehicle. Which brings up a slew of other questions related to adoption and utilization. What will it take to actively earn crypto in place of fiat? How stable does a particular crypto have to be in order for people to feel comfortable using it? What infrastructure needs to be fueled with crypto before it is easily used?

Moving Forward
The best part is yet to come... Some of our long term goals include a lot more than simply accepting crypto. Believe it or not, Aviation as a whole has very archaic infrastructure and there is a lot of room for error in a lot of places. We have plans on the back burner (warming up) to look at replacing some of these archaic systems and place them on a blockchain. While I cannot delve too far into the exact metrics that we want to have regularly and securely audited, we can safely say we're happily looking forward to the future.

To sum up MY opinion on the future of blockchain tech and crypto utilization in Aviation - I think there are a lot of infrastructure needs that need to be met before the full utilization can take place - services like fueling, ramp handing, crew payments, etc. Once we get the majority of building blocks running on crypto payments and blockchain tech, it'll all come together.

Why am I here?

To read and respond! I have used public forums for tons of things in the past and I am surprised that I haven't stumbled across this until now.

I'd really like to hear input from people based on experience in watching markets make a transition to blockchain tech - not NEW industries, but rather how things have been shifting over from existing industries.

Looking forward to some discussion!

-- K

It’s nice of you to share your story. This is the kind of transition everyone in the cryptosphere is hoping for. Cryptocurrency not only as an alternative, but possibly as a replacement to fiat. However, to get there, there’s so much to accomplish, there’s the technical infrastructure side, political,  and public opinion. In the US today,  major financial institutions prohibit opening of any business or personal account that deals with cryptocurrency. Without the banks’ approval and support, establishments will find it challenging to implement cryptocurrency integration to their business. More importantly, the general public’s opinion on btc’s actual value requires alignment.

In time, all these will materialize. With businesses like yours, who are successful in incorporating cryptocurrency payments to their transactions coming out to tell the good news, others would pick-up and finally realize that it can be done and that there are more advantages  than cons. It’s just a matter of spreading the word out. Congratulations, keep it up and keep it loud.

Mitoshi tokensales end in few hours: https://exmarkets.com/launchpad/mtsh-btc
It’s going for a low price and at a 25% discount on every purchase you make. It’s not going to be that low ever again. I think I’m going to buy more.

It's a good decision to secure some mitoshi tokens before the closure of the tokensales. I remember there are several rounds to be undergone for the tokensale and don't know if this would be the final round. Please I would appreciate such information.

It would interest you to note that the much discussed Tokensale of mitoshi tokens ended few hours ago and there won't be another tokensales for the now. I must say investors were given sufficient time to make their decision and I believe that does who were fortunate to buy some tokens would have no cause to regret.

Congratulations to Mitoshi on the succeesful completion of her IEO rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 each with handsome bonus. Mitoshi has proven to have a good communication system and therefore the community would expect updates on the amount raised and other necessary information that can be of useful encouragement. Congratulations to the team especially.

Really nice news to see how mitoshi successfully overcome different problems during IEO because of the market problem. This one really shows how Mitoshi prove themselves in the market industry! Congratulation !

Props to Mitoshi for wading through murky waters of the IEO amidst the volatility of the market and the rising cost of technical services. Mitoshi has gone past the harder part and now towards the exciting development of the mitoshi game platform down to development of the actual mobile IOS and Android Mitoshi Cryptolotto App!!! Good day everyone. Do you guys have some informations if they will going to have another phase on their sales? I'm currently having a limited time to check some of their social media that's why I can't follow what's going on their project now tsk.

I don't see any information regarding extended IEO. Not sure how much tokens they sold. But we should see the updates from team shortly

Let’s wait for an official publication from the team regarding this. Hopefully mitoshi was able to raise enough funds to support all the expenses that’s coming forth as far as the project dev goes. For those who missed the boat, I would suggest visiting www.mitoshi.io, sign-up and see how else you can buy your Mitoshi tokens. Guys over at mitoshi, for sure, would need all the help they can get for an exciting yet demanding project such as this.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Move up 25 -30x Faster Than Gold Says, Max Keiser on: July 22, 2019, 05:26:25 PM
Most popular faces of Crypto industry are regularly posting their views on the king coin.

One of the well-known crypto enthusiast and Co-founder of  Heisenberg Capital, Max Keiser believes Bitcoin price will move 25 -30 times faster to the upside than Gold.

What's your take on this, will bitcoin price increase?

I don't agree with how this data seemed to be formulated, since it feels like it's been a completely arbitrary projection. But the general trajectory is certainly going to be that bitcoin's growth will outpace gold's growth in the long run.

Bitcoin is essentially the best digital substitute for gold as a store of value as we have right now. Even people at the Federal Reserve are admitting this (look at the news that just came out if you haven't already, regarding the Fed). It's also experiencing a whole ton more of adoption and thus, increase in demand than gold, not to mention the gradual paradigm shift of gold bugs to opening their minds to cryptocurrencies as a viable safe haven as well.

At the end of the day, as I said, I wouldn't put too much weight on the 25-30x figure he produced - since there is no clear evidence that he's used any legitimate analysis to reach that figure. But I certainly think that over the next few decades, despite gold's status of a global reserve currency will still be there, it will probably diminish somewhat.

I agree -

How many CEO in the global business ecosystem would take time to reply every question about its project? There are very few. And that’s what just MITOSHI CEO been doing. I think it takes tremendous efforts to put the community together while making sure developers do their job.

There's no doubt that the mitoshi CEO has the interest of the community at heart, and that explains why we've been seeing his impact on several ways and in several occasions he's been around to enlighten the community. That's my definition of leadership.

True, not a lot of CEO's would go out of their way to personally listen and really understand what the community wants. I see this project as a legacy and would definitely be close to the CEO's heart.

What type of lotteries will be available at Mitoshi platform?  Do we know will it be different kind of jackpot games like casino?  I know Casinos are different kind of thing but just want to know what could be the options.

In my opinion, lottery is basically gambling. There are several ways of gambling and mitoshi would be effecting different ones. I guess the predictions of numbers, game scores and playing of games may be included in the strategy of the project.

I am expecting some hourly,  daily weekly draws followed by one monthly big jackpot. This will be fun to play. Hourly draw can be with small amount but big entertainment.

This would be great, mitoshi needs to be creative in planning out the different lottery games and draws to be offered in the platform, to give everyone a chance to participate, both the novice and the professionals, creating an enabling environment for every one to strive. I believe with this the project would be successful.

There it is guys! Mitoshis’s Roadmap-to-mvp is a pretty robust and extensive article detailing the lottery game schedule.

What’s more interesting about the team’s project development is the fact that mitoshi’s got Asia’s version of Michael Shackleford, known as the “wizard of ozz” in casino game mathemathics, Kim Zafra. The latter admits to have started solving gambling probabilities at age 6 even before he learned to read.

A mathematical prodigy designing the games, a team that’s overzealous, and a lottery market that’s hungry for innovation and fairness, all combined makes for a clear pavement to success! Props to all those who are working hard to make it a reality! Wink Cheesy Shocked

There are some countries with more demand for lottery. Like Russia, Germany and Asia, what re the chances that’s Mitoshi would get into these countries and the lottery market in these countries?

Lottery websites like powerball, Aruba, mega millions are from these countries. They have been in the lottery industry for ages. They have this as an advantage, but most of these companies are stuck with old technology, and that’s where blockchain lottery apps like mitoshi has the opportunity to bloom.

I agree, having an existing market that’s been grudgingly having to contend with lottery games from  companies using outdated technology will make Mitoshi mobile app not just an alternative, but an improvement to lottery gaming.

Mitoshi intends to be universal in her approach to lottery, so countries that have a higher demand for lottery would be easier to get onboard since mitoshi would be making intensive promotional activities to get more participants from those countries.

That spells out some kind of discrepancies which I don't consider to be okay. There should be uniformity across the horizon because the business terrain is bound to change. People's patronage most times depends on their level of awareness which is influenced by publicity team

Think of it this way, if a person is lactose intolerant, no amount of milk will suffice his bodily need for protein and calcium. Thus, it would be practical for Mitoshi to appropriate resources where it can be appreciated.

I'm keeping a lookout on Mitoshi's publication discussing specifics of its lottery game schedules. It would be interesting to see how Mitoshi will incorporate some ideas straight from the public as it reflects a "regular joe's" taste in gaming. If the team could raise enough funds, developing other interesting games  would definitely be on the table.

Mitoshi lottery project is actually one of my best blockchain projects out there. There are very few lottery projects launched on blockchain and they are booming. Mitoshi has got a better token metrics, awesome idea and an amazing team.

That's a good indicator that mitoshi could do better. I have not personally seen a lottery project using blockchain technology like mitoshi, but am glad that they are existent and mitoshi could learn from their weakness and improve the mitoshi platform.

Amazing team
Great idea
I think they just need to get all the funds they need to get started. What other options do investors have?

Having all the funds you need, having a great idea and an amazing team isn’t a certainty that a project is going to do just fine. I’ll like to know how much promotions mitoshi is going to do for the project?

I share your views cos as much good as having enough fund is,  it's not absolute criteria for success. The team have to keep up their game and garnish the project with concepts that will attract and hold people.  The marketing team also should be very strategic

Yeah. There are actually a lot of blockchain projects that are lottery based. I have used one before in my early blockchain days. I can't remember the name now but I know it is still existing.

I personally believe that despite the fact that there are several other blockchain projects with the lottery business line, mitoshi has been structured to be unique. The team has been working assiduously to bring innovation into the project and that has been visible in the area of creation of mobile applications and supports of fiat as well as several other modalities.

I agree with you, buddy and would love to have mitoshi listed on binance without a fee, because binance listing fee is quite expensive. Mitosh doesn't need to be listed on binance to become successful, but rather focusing on the project development is a sure way of being successful.

Success from a project comes from the use case it offers the community. Listing in several exchange or bigger exchanges would at best help the price of the token to increase in a short period of time after which the true value would emerge. I suggest that the project should be natured and allowed to grow biologically.

Exactly, No matter how many exchange they will going to have if the use case are not really that good it will still going to be on the  bad situation. I mean just like the other coins on markets they will just going to have a less volume.

I'm thinking the same thing, emphasis on product development is a must. I'm interested to see a mitoshi mobile app production and its translation to atleast 5 major languages to appeal to a wider audience, making mobile lottery gaming global and decentralized. Kiss Grin

True, getting listed in an exchange like binance, even with its voluminous trade traffic, may not be exactly ad valorem in value as to the team putting great focus on developing the project. Question is, how many of us has chipped in to make this a reality and how else can everyone here help this team reach its goal of providing actual solution to pressing issues that are currently hurting the gaming population?

Guys do you see any update regarding tokens sale/IEO?  How it's going and how many Mitoshi tokens sold till now?  I don't see such updates at telegram as well.

There has been a few rounds of mitoshi lottery tokens IEO. Mitoshi has an IEO round on Exmarkets Launchpad going on now. That should give you an opportunity to buy mitoshi lottery tokens at the best prices and with a discount.

The best time to purchase some tokens is now because the value would be increased in the subsequent rounds and also the discount would be reduced. I'm positive that the tokens would be listed on Exmarket immediately after the IEO, so there's no cause to worry.

Awesome. The discount on every purchase is really good. I think they should get listed on other exchanges and not just Exmarkets. More liquidity options would be better.

As far as getting listed in other exchanges goes, what would be your top 3 cryptocurrency exchange that mitoshi should focus on partnering with?? I'm thinking Binance would top the chart, simply for their trading volume  Shocked Grin
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Local bitcoin trading site doing KYC NOW on: July 17, 2019, 10:25:04 AM
I think it's been established that protection from fraud and losses due to illegal funds and transaction are the two major issues that KYC is aspiring to solve. But it may also deter participants who are moving away from fiat into cryptocurrency simply because of it's promise to protect privacy and provide ease of transaction. Some folks might see this implementation as a watering down of cryptocurrency's main feature, decentralization and anonymization. Undecided Undecided Roll Eyes
