1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SDC Can't Fix Anon - Steals Solution from Eclipse on: March 08, 2016, 05:11:21 AM

And let me guess, SDC didn't give any credit?

If someone had taken their solution there would be an army of little shadow trolls letting us know about it.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash Uncensored: Zeuner, Zero Knowledge, Zero Trust. What Happened? on: February 17, 2016, 06:46:07 PM
It looks like Child Harold was right about SDC all along. If the Zeuner review happened sooner (which he kept asking about) maybe this fatal flaw in Shadow anonymity could have been discovered long ago.

He wasn't right all along, but yes he became right, and that's good enough.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash Uncensored: Zeuner, Zero Knowledge, Zero Trust. What Happened? on: February 17, 2016, 06:43:50 PM
They have a bot auto-deleting any negative post from their thread. ENOUGH SAID

You can find the bot here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=850210

I am proud to say that I have been added to the shadow delete bot.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ShadowCash is mathematically broken. I urge all SDC supporters to join Monero. on: February 17, 2016, 05:18:32 AM
This is refreshing, a free speech zone.

I'm in the delete bot on the shadow thread. It is a mark of honor. It means I know shit when I see it.

So on a scale of complete dumbass to blithering idiots, how badly did the SDC team fuck this up?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 14, 2016, 01:28:43 AM

Things to do besides ensure the privacy and safety of shadow users:

1. Go shopping.
2. Worry about Ryan.
3. Bash monero.
4. Troll other coins.
5. Baghold.

Did I miss anything?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 14, 2016, 01:26:47 AM
The code can be fixed but not my head.

The above statement is not quite true. You can replace your head with a thicker one. Does this look familiar?

I told everyone here that the fud team bagholders would start dumping this coin after this last release. Longandshort and the rest of the "team" did just that. That's why you haven't heard from them. The fud team who controls the bitcointalk account deleted my posts and now you guys are the new bagholders. The dev is complicit in this, although he is getting played too. He put in countless hours probably to clone bytecoin and his shadows are worth less than when he started.

The tech here is nothing new. It's a rehash of bytecoin. Congrats on the devs for porting it to bitcoin, but you have literally nothing new here. Even stealth addresses were a port of Peter Todd's python implementation.

As far as recruiting talent, it won't happen. No real devs will come near the nutcases that come out to troll for this coin after they dump and refill their bags. They would probably have to recruit from other coins, but the fud team has fudded so many other coins, that no devs would want to get their hands dirty in this pit of trolls. Play it safe, dump on the next pump and go buy monero or boolberry, they have the best devs.

I warned you before and I've warned you again. My post will be deleted, but the truth is a hard pill. If you read this, heed my advice.

RyanOlstren0, Mar 2, 2015

350 days later the same shits in your head haven't evaporated. Are you born like this or your medications are somewhat ineffective? Do you want me to prescribe a new treatment?

You are seriously worried about me when the incompetent devs made a poor copy of cryptonote and jeopardized the privacy and safety of this coin's users?

Yeah, let's go shopping.

I was right about that analysis, you know. The price is down 50% from when I posted that. It will go down more.

I'm flattered though, I didn't read your backposts. Is there anything in there I should look at?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 11:22:36 PM
So now Shadowsend has been deanonymized the next step is to banter quantum stuff?

Screw it, lets go shopping.

This post will be deleted in approx 5 mins, like so many before.

It's how they keep their ignorant community in the dark.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The full truth behind ShadowCash/Coin trolls and their attacks on other coins. on: February 13, 2016, 09:39:34 PM
I remember how SDC bastards fudded Stealth Coin when it revealed some weaknesses.

These bastard trolls were led by longandshort.

Time to fud this disgusting SDC society now!!!

They didn't reveal any weaknesses. They only fudded the roadmaps of CLOAK, XST, XC, and many others.

None of those other coins did anything as remotely irresponsible and incompetent as the SDC devs have done.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 07:50:47 PM
I wasn't specifically referring to this project because you are actually replying to devs code and ffmad which have been quite responsive to this. I have been an investor in XST, SSD, SYS, CLOAK, and maaaaaany others

None of those coins did anything as remotely irresponsible and incompetent as what has been done here.

That you and the rest of this ignorant SDC community can't see that speaks volumes.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 06:54:51 PM
erok did you dump your coins? Shall I post my XMR address now?
Yeah I broke half my bag.

Good. If I can help one person it's worth it.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 06:11:39 PM
erok did you dump your coins? Shall I post my XMR address now?

Finally the slimebag SDC community oozes from its sewer after the price goes down.

I doubt the devs or anyone else here has the dignity or morals to honor this bounty.

The claim is that publicly disclosing this fatal flaw did not minimized damage, but precisely the opposite is true. This means that the incompetent devs and ignorant community either

(1) Doesn't understand the nature of the flaw.
(2) Has no credibility.
(3) Both

All evidence points to 3.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 09:42:13 AM
edu-online: Child_harold, you forgot to mention that it has also been the same team who have been working around the clock for the past 18 months to keep our dedicated users satisfied. Yes. We combine new and existing tech that sometimes needs to be improved. In this case, we will come up with a working solution (like we always do) if needed. As sated on Slack earlier this week, our lead developers are looking into the reported bug. We also think that it is only fair to reward Shen for pointing us in the right direction. It is what the bounty program was set up for in the first place. By constantly focussing on Shadows open source code, we can try to spot and fix it's weaknesses. All of this is done to work towards our main goal: saveguarding the privacy of our users. Anything that might compromise this is taken very seriously by all of our team members. That said, our team will be focusing on the issue at hand first and keep you all informed. In the mean time, please try to find some peace in the fact that we are all trying to achieve the same goal here. Privacy.

How this coin can have any credibility left is beyond me.

The incompetent devs here have played cryptographer and have jeopardized the safety of anyone who have ever used this coin for "anonymity".

This is like a plumber showing up to the emergency room and playing doctor because he saw a couple of episodes of Scrubs.

This coin can never be expected to protect users. It is well documented that the devs just don't have it in them. An unfinished CS degree is not qualification to play with the safety and freedom of others. PLEASE STOP TRYING TO DO THAT WHICH YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF.

wheatcove sdc troll asked me to give a bump on this thread

It is time to give this thread a bump.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=745352.msg13867278#msg13867278

The post above links the full deanonimization of the shadowcash block chain.

-It is you The Team who have wholesale copied technologies like Bitmessage and Cryptonote and produced plagiaristic whitepapers whithout proper attribution.

The plagiarism of which you speak was patent evidence that the devs here knew absolutely nothing of what they were doing. It should have been a red flag to anyone who ever used this coin for "anonymity".
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 07:35:41 AM
someone in this crypto space needs to focus on an anon decentralized app platform to build a marketplace with and that has been SDC's focus.

Well it sounds like the last 18 months working on your "anon decentralized app platform" was jumping the gun.

Fix the "anon" part first and then come back in another 18 months with a marketplace app and see how it does against open bazaar which will have already established itself.

Good luck!

p.s. Getting quality peer review will be more difficult for you now based on the way you treated a valid bounty claim this time.

p.p.s. Is technovert and rynomster the same person?

Wow, you managed to nail just about every credibility problem this coin has.

(1) The devs are deeply flawed with hubris and incompetent as well, which is a bad combination.
(2) The team/community/devs reject valid criticism and any bounties that reward it.
(3) The devs do specious work and are themselves not honest enough to own up to it.
(4) After 18 months, all this coin has is a pretty wallet.

erok, you are lucky it is the weekend. You need to dump your coins before what has happened becomes widely known.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SDC] ShadowCash | POSV2 | Untraceable E-Cash | NIZKP | HD+BIP32 | ShadowMarket* on: February 13, 2016, 05:23:58 AM
OH I am the biggest SDC supporter historically because the wallet is legit and a decentralized marketplace IS NEEDED and Monero aint doing it and all of the mainstream solutions are either centralized or require a coinbase wallet or some bullcrap to tie to. And I can't tip you because you are still on your anon troll account.

Well, I tried to help.

No, it has been proven mathematically and empirically that the wallet is not "legit".

CRZ's designs are beautiful and it's html5 which I love. You are confusing the different components now.

I hope you are kidding. It's a cryptocurrency. Beyond that functionality, nothing else matters.

I edited my original post to include "My limited understanding is that reveals which signature belongs to the original initiator of a ring signature. Can any other information be deduced from that signature?

You have the SDC logo in your avatar but you have no idea what is being offered with this coin or how it works? A knowledgeable investor wouldn't ask this question.

FINE i erased the "no it doesnt" Tongue

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that even though you support this coin you are not just another SDC slimebag.

Here's what you need to do:

(1) Face your denail.
(2) Dump your SDC while the price is still inflated.
(3) If you like it so much, buy back cheaper.
(4) Consider the profit your reward for monitoring this thread and staying loyal to your coin.

If you want to tip me after you realize your profits, I'll take XMR.

So, their whole blockchain is now useless from a privacy perspective right?

The SDC portion was always equivalent to BTC from a privacy perspective (except for being less used which likely makes it worse in practice).

The Shadow portion has functioning (afaik) stealth addresses but the ring sigs did not function. That makes it equivalent to BTC where addresses are never reused. No 'mixing' function.

You are too much of a gentleman.

It is much much much worse than bitcoin because people have used the "anonymous" feature of this coin with the expectation of anonymity. This jeopardizes their freedom, safety, and maybe even life.

It's inexcusable.

No it doesn't. SDT is still functional and SDC ring sig math was fundamentally flawed. I suspect that came from the size changes that were made to increase performance in 2014 which Smooth referenced in December as change he hadn't noticed in the code which I thought at the time was a significant improvement to ring. Just turns out maybe it wasn't or is just buggy. I don't know.

You are in denial. They produced a list of every ring signature of SDC deanonymized.
