1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about what people say about you gambling? on: May 12, 2024, 01:34:30 PM
I agree with your thoughts. they are still stuck in old-fashioned thinking and only hear bad things about gambling. they cannot understand that gambling is just entertainment.
their views are still too rigid and negative about gambling.
but I don't think it's necessary to show them how enjoyable gambling can be if done wisely. because basically their thinking is deadlocked and they don't want to hear anything about gambling at all. so it's better to avoid and not say anything about gambling. Keep playing gambling well and as long as you don't disturb them. although sometimes our ears tickle listening to those who ridicule us as gamblers.
Yeah, you nailed it! It's a drag when people are stuck in the past, especially about something that can be totally chill and fun if you're smart about it. But whatever floats their boat, right?  There's no reason to waste energy , time trying to convince those who are unwilling to consider alternative viewpoints. We'll continue to enjoy our fun activity, knowing our limits so we're acting responsibly and within our means. In the end, their disapproval reflects more on them than it does on us. Just my 2 cents.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 40 Twitch accounts for gambling advertising on: July 08, 2023, 08:42:52 PM
May be you`re right. It is their own business how to spend their time. For me it is just waste of time, for them some of my hobbies can be the same waste of time.
PS. When i was young, i was ready to walk several kilometers to save $1, now i prefer to pay $10 to save 30 minutes using the taxi.
Hahahaha, this is funny and I can concur to what you have written. The young ones would want to trek for some kilometers just to save some bulks but for an adult that has so many experience with time factors, they will not want to waste that time trekking for just a few dollars that can be paid to get a taxi. Everyone has there own problem and what is bothering them so if we see some persons dying hard to do some certain things because of few dollars they will gain, we can just over look that because we have passed that level and that kind of thing does not matter to us.
I was fond of games until 30-35 years old as i remeber. No one stopped me, no one said that it is bad, i just lost interest in the process. Work, family, friends, hobbies - everything is interesting and need my attention and time of course. One moment it becomes more interesting than games. But even when i played games i watched other gamers only to level up my skills, find some moments in their gaming that i can use.

Time is something, isn't it? It changes many things and yeah you either lose interest or you priorities the things in your lives. Every one of us is a child until the end no matter what but somehow we have to show us grown-ups when we are in the family zone and getting older.

I am not sure what time I will be playing the games, putting my money at risk on slots or crash games but sometimes it feels like I should not be stopping it anytime soon. It should keep on going until the end because it is really fun and the best pass time ever.

I learned most of the Twitch streaming stuff from a few of the casinos on the forum itself. Through their twitch competition and party invitations where one easily earn few bucks on the way if we join these streams.
I have to agree, the priorities change since the development speed of the technology goes up geometrically. The restrictions brought up by Twitch moderation will have serious consequences such as popular streamers will flip over to alternative platforms such as XQC. This competition between popular streaming platforms looks deadly and each platform wanna bring users of competitors with lucrative offers.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im coutious about xrp warning on: July 02, 2023, 09:47:17 PM
TBH, I am not optimistic about the next altcoin season and I personally don't recommend investing in the XRP. The potential return on the investment is great in terms of odds considering currently down market prices and possible bull attack but ongoing issues with SEC still didn't reach the final stage. The unstable market conditions make it harder to decide if this project is the right one to make a risky investment or not, better wait for the end of the SEC scandal before accepting a decision,IMHO.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why is crypto trading so similar yet so different from Forex trading? on: July 01, 2023, 11:45:40 PM
If you are looking for someone who dumped Forex trading for crypto trading, then search no more, you found one here, and if I must be sincere with you, i don't trade frequently anymore, but I enjoyed and still enjoy crypto trading much more than I did with Forex trading.

And yeah, it is very easier to make more money in forex if you are really good, but then is only because Forex trading is a multi trillion dollar market where as crypto is still struggling to become stable at its current market cap of billions, liquidity is never an issue in Forex trading, but liquidity is something the crypto market is yet to really achieve..

In the future, crypto trading will become the biggest in the money market, but before this can be achieved, we need adoption, and a market cap as big as how big the Forex market currently is.
The current forex market has over $4Trln daily turnover and the crypto market is a small dot compared to the daily worldwide transactions on foreign exchange markets. I doubt crypto trading will replace the traditional ways to exchange money on physical and digital platforms but it is a known fact as the crypto industry gets bigger every day. Forex traders look for stable profitability strategies which have low odds of happening in the volatile crypto pairs. Maybe that is the reason behind the fact why fundamental analysis doesn't work in crypto charts, unlike Forex charts.

6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots are better than Dice. on: July 15, 2020, 09:56:19 PM
From the house edge calculation point, the statistic probability of making money on slots is much bigger than the same way calculated making money probability for Blackjack or Baccarat. The slots usually have the 6%-8% house edge(AFAIK), so it is logical to expect the huge promotional demand by the casino management in order to lure the majority of site visitors. The welcome bonus offered free spins and huge wagering requirements is directly connected to this purpose, so don't waste your time convincing gamblers to prefer dice over slots.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: March 29, 2020, 07:21:38 PM
Investors can come from anywhere. It can come from the Bitcointalk Forum, social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Telegram and Instagram), articles and YouTube videos. This media form has a very important role to attract the attention of investors.

This is actually the best promotional medium to promote a company. So to determine the success is the seriousness of the team and the developer of the company. We hope that bounty hunters can be successful again because we have had a good past as of the year 2017.
I believe that the most successful ways to attract investors are signature campaigns on the forum and the creation of good content by bloggers. major investors come from these sources and that is why projects pay more money for this direction

It was a good idea during the economic boom to promote the service on well-known crypto forums but the market conditions are not suitable now for this purpose. The paid money will not be as effective as in the old day.
12  Economy / Services / Re: 💰 Review MyCryptoMixer.com and receive 0.002 BTC 💰 on: March 26, 2020, 11:14:32 PM
I will keep it short and will mention the general experience + some issues. The website was simple, self-explanatory and very easy to navigate. Decided to try the new mixing service and got my coins in one hour due to the network congestion. Site design is straight to business, no eye strain with fancy colors. Instructions are clear, even noobs can get a fresh BTC by clicking a few buttons after reading the help area. BTW, Segwit addresses are supported and this means low fees will be applied on the final amount.

I have several concerns about the liquidity because the deep liquidity pool is essential for cleaning the traces and no other questions will be asked if the random outputs are used in mixing. Actually I guess the received coins will be from the same day transactions which have been used by other authors here. Between 0.5% and 5% service fee range, the user can choose how anonymous he wants to see the new coins, honestly, 5% is high for larger turnovers. Adding a transaction ID is simple and straight but maybe a direct link to blockchain explorer will be useful for saving time and calculating the cost or loss which can be done at the first step if there was a mixing calculator.

Before clicking to the "continue" button, the max and min transaction limits warn the user who doesn't need to dig the FAQ for finding that info. Anyway, I doubt someone will ignore the gold rules and will try to mix 1.08 BTC on a new mixing service. My suggestion is about adding a small pop-up window for receiving feedback after each successful transaction, sending service quality review in the form of short answers to questions will be a win-win for both parties. You can add multiple languages too depending on the demand from regions.

13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: March 22, 2020, 11:51:39 PM

After lockdown or quarantine or after this virus ends, will you go to casino places immediately or will you wait for some days before going?

As for the safe keep, better to find it how secured we are already and to be sure also that particular casino had already performing disinfection procedure.
That is something we need to check it before we take risk our lives again. Better to go in the crowded area a month after and for sure everything is alright and having safety assurance. We have online gambling, maybe we have to stay with them for a while until the government will issue statement that we are totally free from the said virus.
China has announced the country is ready to accept the tourist all over the world, I know how ironic it sounds but I read this news on official site. The statements by the travel agencies and governments show the decreasing interest by people who want to visit the countries for fun. The casinos are not an exception here, the gamblers should be sure about the safety first, the rest can be done after the end of pandemic Coronavirus.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: March 22, 2020, 11:21:36 PM
It is very hard to recover from any kind of addiction without any support. Your family is the best support that you can get while you are fighting the addiction. You also need will power to reject your addictions demand. I have ben trying to quite smoking for a long time but my will power has been very weak.

I am not addicted to gambling as I do not gamble everyday or quite often. I only gamble once a month or so. But, I have other addictions and I have been trying to fight them.
This is the point I also look carefully, the humans are doing the same routine every day and expecting to leave the long-term addiction in single attempt will be a failed attempt. Depending on the geography, leaving smoking and gambling should be replaced by something else. One member also made a small suggestion but gardening is not going to give the same feelings as in roulette table throwing the chips on random numbers and waiting for the spin result.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 22, 2020, 10:42:28 PM
Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency that I use more often, then Ethereum and Dogecoin.  almost all gambling sites that I use (cryptocurrency gambling) prefer to trade (deposit or withdraw) using Bitcoin.  swap to another cryptocurrency requires a fee and I think it would be better if I deposit Bitcoin and Withdraw with Bitcoin or deposit Ethereum and withdraw with Ethereum.
The commissions and transaction fees make the process laggy for the gambler and using alternative cryptos will be a better idea for avoiding wasting time and money. Some casinos offer the swap inside the app or websites, so trading BTC to Doge or LTC is smarter than paying $4 worth BTC fee per transaction. Maybe using the ETH or LTC for gambling hot wallet and later converting the profit to BTC can be an alternative.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: March 21, 2020, 10:59:59 PM
Thats how it happens really but the gambling companies will not want to include this kind of features because it will affects  their profits and they won't want to do that  caution should be with
It is not always a win-win situation for both gamblers and casino management. I have seen many cases on the gambling forums about the contradictions of using self-control and winning huge amounts. Casinos refuse to pay the amount because they have such an argument about using self-control function by the gambler. This function will be their best excuse for not paying the won funds to the addicted gamblers.
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Vertigo.GG🔥Instant ETH Withdraws🔥5second register🔥5$ test$ for the start🔥 on: March 21, 2020, 10:31:41 PM
We just launched a 1 Ethereum Giveaway on the twitter!
This Tweet?
Just for being curious, I have checked the giveaway tweet and found many gaps. Let me share my observations, first, there is no way to check the winner is chosen fairly because there is no randomness, you can add one rule like to use RNG for fairness. There is no way to check if the same Twitter uses has joined the Discord channel without finding any connection before the end of the giveaway.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Physically vs Gambling Online Using Crypto on: March 21, 2020, 09:02:19 PM
I disagree about the reason you gave, even though I am a crypto gambling user but I do not consider crypto gambling to be the best, because online gambling uses crypto or with fiat currency has advantages and disadvantages. that way, I assume both of them always have weaknesses and cannot be said to be the best, but at least the user will choose the best depending on something that takes precedence, like about anonymity in gambling crypto is the most important for me personally and about speed issues I think it will it's better to choose to gamble online using fiat currency.
I remember the days when it was possible to combine both speed and anonymity in a single website. There were a Dublin based online gambling websites that usually stream the real physical casino with the security cameras(CCTV) and the online users can place bets before the dealer closes the bets. In all sessions, it was the same experience for the users and I doubt someone will complain about the cheating issues.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: March 19, 2020, 10:34:42 PM
It is a smart decision to take a break and enjoy the Opportunites of being alone without social interactions. The coronavirus pandemic is not going to end tomorrow or day after tomorrow, so the best recommendation is listening to the professionals and make a wise decision. This stage is also an opportunity for online casinos to increase awareness and attract other gamblers over the world.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Corona virus (COVID19) Effect in Cryptocurrency Gambling on: March 19, 2020, 10:11:10 PM
Sports betting are surely affected by the current outbreak and the lockdown but people tend to more when they are "working from home". I've seen a rise in gambling volume in online casinos in last few days as many of the countries closes school and offices and life comes to a halt. People have already stocked for the next month or two and are with family on quarantine without any trouble.
There are a lot of ways to know the virus will continue to show its bad effects over the next few months or not. The gamblers should feel better due to the alternative choices in the online sites, the other professions still live in trouble which can't be solved easily.
