I think you shouldn't just look at the fees they offer. Many good exchanges have high fees because their server are expensive or their service worth it. Money make people work more productive  The crazy amounts turn in the exchanges and they still want to take advantage of high withdrawal fees. From my experience, the withdrawal fee costs a lot if the trader has a special type of trading strategy. In an example, the arbitrage traders use the trading bots for taking advantage of the price differences on different exchanges. If the exchange has a higher withdrawal fee, the profit rate will drop drastically and the profit curve in the account statement will not go up in 20 trades. |

The mobile apps also have the inside browser which is targeted by the scammers, the real authentic email copies are used for tracking the users. I am pretty sure that 98% of altcoins will Die anyway. no matter if Bitcoin Price increase to that point or not. Altcoins are going to die. maybe some major altcoins manage to survive. only 1% or 2%. and rest of them will vanish. and I think Bitcoin will a lot of time to reach $100k. maybe it take 2 to 5 more years. that's my point of view. I also agree with your opinion, the chance for the altcoins is very low. From the statistical probability theories, the probability of surviving in the bear market is less than 10% according to my own research based on the tehcnical&fundamental analysis. The $100K BTC price means the market will turn its colour to green for a long time after the bear market but I doubt the altcoins will follow the BTC. |

From the investment perspective, the new projects don't worth to invest in but testing it with a small amount wouldn't be a big deal. Yesterday I was trying to fund my Skrill account with ETH but the options are limited to BTC and BCH. Compared to the high fees per BTC withdrawal, I prefer to use the ETH which has a lower fees for both top up and withdrawal. I have seen many exchanges have launched their own token like Binance with BNB, Idex with IDEX, Hotbit with HTB, Yobit with YO etc. where exchanges use their own tokens as another way to pay fees to support token. In addition to it, different strategies are used to create a hype like decrease in supply etc.
But if an exchange goes through a hard period of time and shuts downs then ultimately that token will come to its end because there is no community other than that exchange supporting the token simply because it has no usage outside the exchange.
According to me exchanges should promote the usage of their coins/tokens outside the exchange to build a community in support of it. If your community consists of huge individual entities who believe you then a great community can be formed. Otherwise lack of applications would lead these things to disaster.
This is really good and a nice point of view, but let's take it from another perspective, every coin in this space has its use case or the reason it is being created for right? Like, to launch a new project on Ethereum blockchain, ETH is needed etc. So, in the same way, in every exchange the utility of their token lies within that exchange in question and might be hard having another uses outside the exchange because there might be competition with those already existing. This is a nice suggestion though, but in my own opinion, might not work as it might bring distraction to the team; there is no harm in trying though if only they can wish to try it out. The real usage outside of exchange is not cased unless there is a risk of exchange shutdown. Even if there are dark clouds over the exchange, the market will be priced at the right time, it is hard to prepare for such events. What will happen to Kucoin shares if the hackers wash the cold wallet of exchange in 10 minutes? The news will spread on social media and everyone will rush to the Kucoin for selling. Guess what, the exchange froze the deposit/withdrawals and the order books are paused right after the panic in the exchange. The big long red candle will appear on the chart and no one will be able to get rid of their trades. Possible scenario. |

Altcoin season will come once this long bear market is over. The baby bull of first few months of this year was in some selected top coins only so a full blown altseason needs the real bull to be back.
After the end months of the bear market, we will make the first steps towards bull-bear fight zones. The fight will be on the order books and the flash effect will happen more than average market days. The sharks will try to take their table before the opening ceremony at April, right before the halving. Instead of promising the bounty rewards in the stakes(ERC20 token), paying in stable coins will solve the mentioned problems efficiently. The dump by the bounty hunters disappointed the team because these people never put a single penny and they rush to make money as fast as possible. That's why respecting the future vision of the project and taking care of the project's reputation is necessary for bounty campaigns.

Halving doesn't indicate that the price will go up, its purpose is to slow down the blocks being mined and rewards cut into half. Its not 100% guarantee that the price will go up once the halving came in but if you look at the technicals and chart the short term for crypto's is bearish but in the long run im bullish due to the fact of an falling wedge pattern that's just only my speculation.
Halving will definitely have a huge impact on the prices but realizing the facts before it happens is necessary for catching the opportunity. This is the reason the speculative predictions are based on the next big event, the bull market is not on the sight for a long time. Bearish mode traders also want to get out of the bull traps but the general market conditions don't give the chance for climbing the high prices. |

I made a small research on the mentioned bounty campaigns, some bounty campaigns have the high bounty allocation which is not good from the price viewpoint after getting listed. The Emirex exchange is UAE based and their $100k total bounty allocation is a myth, according to the Coingecko the pumped prices show the $60000 equivalent bounty tokens. PgPay bounty manager wrote about the ETH payments but after reading the bounty thread I get the point of using Tokpie exchange for trading bounty stakes.

We have often witnessed that the growth of altcoin is associated with the growth of bitcoin as whenever there is a pump in the value of bitcoin we have witnessed green days for altcoins too but how long will altcoins be dependent on bitcoin? Do you think altcoin can do it alone and have it's own pump and dump without being dependent on bitcoin? What will it take for altcoin to prosper without bitcoin's involvement?
Because Bitcoin is considered the USD of crypto meaning it is the index of all cryptocurrencies. The only time altcoins will be independent of Bitcoin's movements is for another altcoin to take its place in terms of deeper liquidity and more trading volume. The sad fact that stablecoins have a growing and bigger trading volume than all altcoins, points to the lack of confidence with altcoins. The total calculated index value is not the same as the correlation of BTC&altcoins. The dusty atmosphere in the crypto markets makes it hard to eliminate the scam projects, shitcoins, no-real-use case products projects etc. The stable coins have no proper explanation of how they achieved the 100 percent of USD back up. Somehow, CEOs don't want to talk about the gold or another valuable asset-backed up stable coins, in general. |

Making some preparations are needed to get good trading. some preparations including: 1 The coin must be good in fundamental, having real use case, big community, trusted, good development 2 in good technical, somehow in bounce, breaking resitence, or others pump signal 3 set money management as good as af Money management and fundamental parts are ok but the technical analyze is unnecessary if the fundamental pluses are suitable for the investment. I doubt any hedge fund will refuse to invest in the project if the Bollinger bands don't make a golden cross with 200-day Moving averages(for example). If they enter the market with 0.01% of their funds the incredible pump will make the investor doubtful to take this deal or not. Just my 2 cents. |
