Ethereum is the best partner of bitcoin, during 2017 ethereum prices were around 5% of the price of bitcoin. when the bitcoin price is $ 5600 then the ethereum price is $ 280 But why since 2018 until now when bitcoin has reached $ 11 707, ethereum is still $ 227. The ethereum price should be $ 585. What happened  if bitcoin price is $ 20 000 then ethereum price is only $ 600  Ethereum has a disappointing development and price swims between the $200 and 300$. It is about the matter of demand and supply. Somehow, until now there are few altcoins that also pumped whenever bitcoin pumps. A good example of altcoin who usually follow the path of bitcoin is ethereum. But I may agree even last yr, majority of altcoins before pump when the market bull run. But now, I have also noticed the difference. They are hardly pumping.
The small pumps are not effective in the bear market, healthful market progress starts with the strong buy volume and indicators turn up after such unexpected spikes which are not definitely equal to the pump. Ethereum price doesn't look good after the last correction. I don't deny the possibility of going down if price can't hold the strong support line under 0.016. By the way, Dogecoin is the cheapest altcoin I know. Invest in cheapest coins is always not a good choice. Instead, I do consider it is one of worst options, because cheapest coins are mostly dead ones. Ultimate goal of investment is profit, so what do you get by investing in cheapest coins at 1 satoshi for example, than at the end, you won't be able to sell them even at 1 satoshis? You will lose all of your money by investing in cheapest coins, that have terrible quality, and liquidity.
Buying a Dogecoin 1 month ago and selling now is profitable trade for me. Cheap altcoins shouldn't be considered as a preferable investing, the price is not what investors look for. Value and price performance are the two main indicators for me in order to filter such project altcoins. |

I usually check the Blockfolio application in every 3 or 4 hours, checking more frequently becomes an addiction which is hard to get rid of it. The experienced traders usually don't trade hourly charts, they go for the daily, weekly even monthly price charts. For day traders, checking the coinmarketcap type sites is understandable but for average people, it is not required.

I am interested in making money with cryptos in short term as well for that I choose crypto trading with the capital of $1000-$2000.(If I am getting my desired profits then I will do this with huge capital amount) There are different kind of trading and different time frame to make profits as well right,I am looking for monthly basis profits with 10-20% profits for a cycle.So what kind of trading I have to do now 1.Day trading or short term trading? 2.Crypto to crypto or crypto to fiat trading?

I made my decision into start crypto to fiat trading and vice versa on localbitcoin after seeing that my country don't have much traders but there are many people want to buy and sell bitcoin,so I will try for a month now since I need to built reputation on LBC to get more trades.
I think daily trading matches your characteristics, where with daily trading you will get money every day. and that way your income will be more than 20% every month. but I see you seem to have good knowledge about daily trading 20% per month is not a good aim as a monthly target for a day trader. Day trading requires to checks hourly charts frequently, it is stressful to repeat it in every crypto pairs. A smallish monthly target can reduce the stress level than forcing yourself. |
