Come on... The next race is really at the end of the month? We've just left a break like 3 weeks behind... Only after 2 races there is a one-month break. I wonder which teams will benefit from this time period the most. I mean new upgrades. Red Bull might get faster maybe? It's going to be home GP for Verstappen next. At least a podium would make him happier.

Fenerbahçe is a very interesting club. It surprises me more and more every day. Mert Hakan Yandaş, who hasn't made a single positive move or contribution since joining Fenerbahçe, has been appointed Fenerbahçe's first captain. It's incomprehensible how this player, who wasn't even in the starting eleven, was appointed first captain. Skriniar should have been the first player to be named captain, but he has been made the fourth captain. Kerem's transfer hasn't been finalized yet. The Benfica-Fenerbahçe matchup could also disrupt the transfer process.
I agree. This isn't a common thing to be seen in football. You make one captain who is a regular in the starting 11 normally. Truthfully Mert Hakan is a useless player for Fenerbahçe. That's all I can say about him. Seeing Kerem at Fenerbahçe will feel weird. I thought he wouldn't return to this league in the near future at least. Galatasaray fans will be really frustrated with his choice for sure. Because he often states he'll always be a Galatasaray fan...

I don't know... I can't take friendly matches completely serious truthfully. One can fail in most of those ones but still have a strong start anyway. It's all about motivation and getting ready for the real deal. Friendlies are just a nice way to help players gain some match condition before a season starts. The coach is the same, the players are the same and they are the last champions. I don't see any reason for Napoli to have big problems all of a sudden.

^ Hah no. A driver that realizes that he needs to make some adjustments, is a driver who will make the adjustments and find other ways to be more competitive. I still have hope for Hamilton because think of it this way... Put Norris in that Ferrari and put Hamilton is that McLaren then let's see what happens. Pretty sure Hamilton will be a title contender. As for the race, I was hoping Leclerc gets it but seeing how it went, I kinda expected that result too. leclerc_sad_face.jpg I've also had hopes about Hamilton about his 8th title to break the record by himself. However it looks like he is depressed lately. His statement after qualifying told us a lot about it... The race... Nothing attracting I'm afraid. Piastri just handed over the win to Norris. He shouldn't have focused on Leclerc's pits mainly truthfully. He should have just focused on what Norris would do about pit strategies. Leclerc isn't his rival in the championship, Norris is.

Next Sosyal'i size özetleyeyim.

Here is week 1 schedule. We have a Manchester United - Arsenal match already. It's likely to be a lovely start for the new season. 2 weeks left... What do you say about this match considering recent transfers by these 2 teams? I think Arsenal won't lose but it's pretty hard to predict the first matches... Football is just money money money. What an offer? What a rejection? Why is it that Liverpool spends much in the market and they do not have correct timing. If you needed Isak badly, you would have gone for him before Ekitike. It's not resonating well that you got Ekitike and still spending much for Isak. Since Isak wants to leave, Liverpool will only raise the price a bit and Newcastle United will accept the deal. It's not every club that knows how to keep a big player against their wish. That money will do great things for Newcastle and hopefully they will get a replacement, even if it's not a perfect replacement.
I can agree about that. Liverpool could have just let Newcastle get Ekitiké instead. But they had too much greed there. If I were in their place I'd do that and go for Isak first. After that I'd just find a backup striker for as cheap price as possible to handle things in Isak's absence - by using the money I'll get from Nunez's potential sale.

There is less than a week left for a new season to start in the league. But still the top 2 championship candidates haven't finished their crucial transfers.
For Galatasaray:
A goalkeeper should be signed ASAP There is a need for a right back also after sending Frankowski
For Fenerbahçe:
Livakovic is highly criticized so he needs to be replaced A defensive midfielder will be needed after Amrabat's departure I think there is a winger problem too on both sides

Skriniar'a yıllık 8 milyon Euro verilecekmiş.

Süper Lig'in yeni sezonunun başlamasına sadece 6 gün kaldı.
Ederson transferi 20m euro bonservis talebinden dolayı yatabilir diyorlar. O halde hedefte alternatif olarak kim var?

Qualifying for next season's Champions League remains the primary objective, both for Roma and Milan. However, Milan has a much more competitive team and could be the third in the fight for the Scudetto! Allegri has experience and could lead them to victory but the competition is high with Napoli and Inter remaining the main contenders
Indeed. Milan has been a much more consistent team than Roma as for playing for upper spots in the league also. They even won the Serie A with Pioli a few years ago. In addition, as I said they once again have a league winner manager - Allegri. But I want to see the same determination from Roma too. I just hope Gasperini shows the same consistency he had at Atalanta. They were quite a usual in the CL in those years. Why not starting this series with Roma also?

Have you seen the update by Fabrizio Romano on Isak - Liverpool topic? £120m... What an offer right? It's nearly 140m. A record-breaking sale it'll be for Newcastle if they accept an offer around here. But they are still resisting. If they were the ones to sign Ekitiké then they wouldn't cause any trouble for Liverpool now. But now it's harder to convince them unless they find a replacement.

Arsenal has made good use of the summer transfer market by spending almost £200 million. They did not recruit many players in previous seasons because they felt they already had good players in them, but this season they realized that the players they had were not enough to compete with the favorite clubs in the Champions League and also in the domestic league so they were forced to dig deep into their pockets so as not to be left behind by them and continue to be rivals for the EPL title and play well in the UCL, but by recruiting several players with a fairly high amount they might reduce some players who are not needed so that their finances remain stable.
Arsenal is making nice investments this summer. The most amazing transfer is surely Gyökeres. A superb scorer like him has always been the kind of a player Arsenal have needed. For now bookies are showing them as 5th favourites with 9.00 odds. PSG, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are ahead of them in terms of odds. I'm especially curious about Liverpool. What a transfer run so far! Isak is also on the way...

We've talked Donnarumma but it looks like Galatasaray is officially going for Ederson now. They were completely focused on the Osimhen transfer and now it's done. Now Buchi Laba claims that there are 2 more big transfers on the way for them. One of them must be Ederson. I wonder who the other one is... Do you have any opinion on it? Maybe a left-winger transfer to replace Barış Alper? https://x.com/Buchi_Laba/status/1950651246786040289

Japon bilim adamları yaptıkları araştırma sonrası Down Sendromu'nu tamamen ortadan kaldırabilecek bir çözüm bulmuş.

Not only Roma but also Milan both need more transfers than this. These teams are getting ready for a new season with their new managers. They should be allowed to build a squad of their choice. Gasperini and Allegri both are respected names. Especially Allegri has a career full of achievements - including a Serie A title with Milan too. I guess both teams would aim the Champions League qualification.

The Luis Díaz deal is complete. 4-year deal signed with Bayern Munich. Now we are all looking for what Liverpool will do next. I think it'll be a move to sign Isak most probably. Now they've more sources to bring him easier. I heard that the Saudis are offering Isak 600 thousand a week in wages - twice as much as in Liverpool. Could this be the next big factor in the puzzle everyone is trying to piece together? Just over 30 million a year versus just over 15 million a year. The difference looks significant, but the sporting difference looks even more significant - it's one thing to play in the EPL and another in the SPL. I think it's too early for Isak to leave for the SPL.
I think the same about Isak. He is still 25 years old. The age range from 25 to 29 is said to be the most productive times for strikers. Considering the examples we've had in years I think they are right to say that. No need to go to Saudi Arabia yet indeed.
