Powerbet, when I finally will be able to make a withdrawal?  |

I have similar problem with sportsbet.io. I have deposited 3 BTC and won 1.7 BTC. My total balance was more than 4,7 BTC. They closed my balance, returned deposit and confiscated winnings. What was funny, the reason was multi-accounting. It is bullshit, I have only one account. What I am afraid of, I used mobile phone and mobile internet for placing bets. I afraid that it is possible, that for many mobile internet users could be the same ip address .

Does someone have any updates regarding powerbet? I am still not able to withdraw btc and they continue to ignore my e-mails!

Hello!
I have problem with powerbet.io. My account balance is more than 9 BTC and they don't allow me to pay out my bitcoins.
I am unable to withdraw funds because my account has been flagged for investigation regarding "kind off" multi-accounting suspicion.
Powerbet explanation:
Regarding the investigation duration, unfortunatelly it's a rather lenghty one since your betting activity is almost identical with the activity of a large number of players, most of the bets being placed on minor leagues.
Since we have to annalyze each of this accounts in order to clearly establish any possible associations, at this point we cannot give you a rigourous estimation on the investigation end.
Investigation regarding multi-accounting is fiction. I am not related with any other player, I do not share my bets, and I do not know any other person, who is playing in powerbet.io, as the BTC and Sportsbook of BTC is not very popular in my region.
I heard if there is any suspicion about multi-accounting, bookies immediately close account till investigation will finish. But in my case I am unable to withdraw, but other actions for me is allowed. I can bet, I can deposit funds e.t.c. It seems they wait till I will lose all my account balance. Win-win situation for them. This fact proves that multi-accounting is only a figment.
I have provided all requested documents for ID verification. Powerbet.io do not answer to my e-mails. I am unable to withdraw since 13th March.
I have suspicion that Powerbet.io simply do not want to pay out my funds, and that is all. I did not break any terms and conditions of powerbet!
Does anyone can suggest me how to solve this problem?

I am surprised why someone still is trying to play in these bookies. Across the Internet full of information that they are SCAM! This site is also famous with their KYC.

The handicap was reversed on both your bets. The odds you bet on were for minus handicap, while your bets were showing plus handicap. It was our error and the bets were cancelled accordingly.

The question is: are they really think that in every 2nd basketball match they have reversed handicaps??? So many errors? Yo have to understand that it is not possible!

Hello! Powerbet.io regularly use to cancel already accepted and also won bets without reasonable cause. (especially asian handicaps) When I asked them what is the reason, they have standard answer: Your bet ID XXXX was cancelled because the displayed odds were erroneous (inverted asian handicap). In my opinion inverted asian handicaps is, when you find some error and instead of handicap, for example -10.5 you placed a bet +10.5 handicap. Powerbet.io also confirmed that I understand term "inverted asian handicap" correctly. So the thing is that powerbet.oi try to impress me, that my bets were placed on inverted asian handicap, but I know for sure, that handicaps were correct and all other world bookies offered the same line. I do not know, maybe, powerbet.io is confused of understanding + and - handicaps. One example: My bet on Lukoil Academia -10 handicap has to be won, but is canceled http://clip2net.com/s/3ImMCUY Powerbet.io explanation was I bet on handicap +10, not -10, but in my image clearly visible that handicap was -10. All refunded bets have to be calculated regarding match result. |

Hello! I am happy to inform, that finally after 2 month waiting Cloudbet unblocked my account and I was able to make a withdrawal!  |

Cloudbe respond to my several e-mails in 2 ways:
1. Ignore
2. The same text all the time already since 27th december:
Please note that your information has already been passed on to our fraud team, who are conducting an investigation. We will contact you when the investigation is complete. This can take several days or several weeks.

After a month waiting, after sending e-mails every day finally I got answer:
Your account is still under investigation, thing which might take up several weeks. We will update you as soon as the investigation is complete.

@OP, how much you have with them including win and deposit.
Personally I have played with them with amounts like 30-40 btc but never had problems except some delays in withdrawing.

I know, because persons, who also made bets were my collegues. I do not say, that I am not guilty. I had to be aware and predict that this could happen. I understand i breached the rules. The thing is, that despite violate rules, cloudbet said that will pay out, but now ignores me.
