Investigative journalist Steve Kirsch spoke with Prof. Byram Bridle and Dr. Robert Malone recently about the contamination issue with Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "vaccines" and what it means for the general public that was harmed by them.

Contrary to popular belief, it is actually now possible to sue the pharmaceutical companies responsible for these adulterated injections, the mRNA varieties of which were found to contain plasmid bioactive contaminant sequences that were never revealed to regulatory authorities prior to their emergency use authorization (EUA) and later approval.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was never told by Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna that their respective messenger RNA shots are contaminated with these foreign, toxic substances. As such, anyone can now sue these vaccine manufacturers – and according to the law, the FDA must respond by pulling these deadly drugs off the market.

According to Kirsch, the Michigan remdesivir case sets an important precedent for all this in that it has shown that the liability shield afforded by Big Pharma disintegrates the moment any undisclosed contamination of the jabs' active ingredients is proven.

"The FDA is now at a crossroads," Kirsch says. "Either they admit that they knew about the plasma contamination, and failed to disclose that to the public and to the outside committees, or they can claim that they didn't know about it in which case Pfizer is liable."

"But we have the Pfizer documents that were given to the FDA so we know what the FDA got. And I seriously doubt there's any disclosure of SV40 contamination. That means we have an adulterated vaccine and the FDA has to remove it from the market until the adulteration is fixed. If the FDA doesn't do that, they should face criminal prosecution for endangering the public, and not following the law."

As CoinTelegraph reports, EY's global blockchain leader Paul Brody believes that Bitcoin faces a lot of pent-up demand from institutions due to United States regulators not approving a spot Bitcoin ETF for years.

Brody discussed the outlook for the cryptocurrency adoption on CNBC's Crypto Decrypted on Oct. 23, declaring that trillions of dollars in institutional money are waiting to enter Bitcoin once a BTC ETF is approved.

"But any of these other institutional funds, they can't touch this stuff unless it's an ETF or some other kind of regulatory blessed activity," EY's blockchain expert said, adding:

"If you look at people who are buying Bitcoin, they are buying it as an asset. They are not buying it as a payment tool. Those who are buying Ethereum, are buying it as a computing platform for business transactions and DeFi [decentralized finance] services."

And it could be coming sooner than expected as Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst Eric Balchunas flagged on X that the iShares Bitcoin Trust "has been listed on the DTCC" with the ticker IBTC.

BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, operates the iShares business. The DTCC is the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp., which undertakes clearing and settlement in US markets.

"This doesn't mean it's technically approved," Balchunas said in an interview.

When nations from the West flaunted a big plan to strangle Russian oil imports and enforce sanctions on Moscow's energy exports, Russia was able to skirt these obstructions by abandoning the dollar and using the Chinese yuan for oil deals.

Russia has successfully avoided most Western-backed sanctions on its oil exports, enhancing Moscow's crude oil revenue as the price of a barrel rushes toward $100 and as the price of Russian Urals oil hits a year's record-high of $80 per barrel.

Based on an analysis of shipping and insurance records by the Financial Times, nearly 75 percent of all maritime Russian crude flows journeyed without Western insurance in August, the only leverage employed to impose the Group of Seven's $60-a-barrel oil price cap. That is an increase from about half this spring.

The hike indicates that Russia is becoming more proficient at bypassing the cap, permitting it to sell more oil at prices closer to international market rates. More significantly, it means that fewer Russian clients are concerned about retaliation from the Western world for buying Russian oil.

Not only is a larger share of Russian oil being sold outside the cap, but the Kremlin's growing independence as a seller has coincided with a strong rally in oil prices, which reached $95 a barrel for the first time in 13 months.

According to the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) in Ukraine, the steady rise in crude oil prices since July, together with Russia's success in maintaining exports while lowering the steep discounts it is offering on its own oil, means that Moscow's oil revenues are expected to be at least $15 billion higher for 2023 than they would have been.

"Given these shifts in how Russia ships its oil, it may be very difficult to meaningfully enforce the price cap in future. And that makes it even more regrettable that we did not do more to properly enforce it when we had more leverage," said Ben Hilgenstock, an economist at the KSE.

He did the same Thursday at this year's Valdai event, and one of the statements which is grabbing the attention of Western officials was related to testing nuclear weapons, at a sensitive moment where the last nuclear weapons treaty with Washington is set to fail.

"I think no person of sound mind and clear memory would think of using nuclear weapons against Russia," Putin began in that segment of a speech before Russian foreign policy officials. That's when he made a statement being widely perceived as signaling openness to resumption of nuclear testing:

   "I hear calls to start testing nuclear weapons, to return to testing," he added. "I am not ready to say whether we really need to conduct tests or not."

He also raised eyebrows in immediately touting completed work on the Burevestnik cruise missile and the Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic missile, with the former being identified as a nuclear-powered cruise missile.

"We conducted the last successful test of the Burevestnik nuclear-powered global-range cruise missile," he said. This weapon hasn't been publicly mentioned by Putin since 2018, and suddenly he's revealed it's been successfully tested.

Code-named Skyfall by NATO, the consensus among Western analysts has long been that the technology is likely too hard to achieve given unreliability and volatility of such a nuclear propulsion engine. What I see from this is, the owners of the banking system control the SEC. And, they are against the US Congress. Why might they be? Because the US Congress sees Bitcoin and its ETFs as a way to make money that bypasses the banking system. And such might be okay, since the banking system is a corrupt operation that has been milking everybody, including government, for over 100 years.

If ETFs are allowed to come into being, the value of bitcoin could easily shoot past the moon, to the stars, and right out of the galaxy. And that's to say nothing about the ETFs themselves. Granted, they are quite good at providing pictures from disaster areas, but when it comes to explaining why the disaster happened, they mislead almost every time. Yes, some truth makes its way through the news machine, but most of it is wrapped in layers of manipulation. If, for example, you watch the news feeds all day, you'll find a good deal of truth, but you'll find it amongst a pile of half-truths. Do you really have enough time to analyze them all?

But if the media had actually covered it, the American public might have heard more about the mounds of damning evidence now piling up by the day, including the release on Wednesday by the House Ways and Means Committee of reams of text messages and emails between Hunter Biden, his uncle James Biden, and a colorful array of foreign oligarchs, business associates, and bagmen. All told, House Republicans presented more than two dozen pieces of evidence on Thursday linking Joe Biden to his son’s overseas business dealings.

This evidence was the centerpiece of the hearing Thursday, which served to lay the groundwork for the impeachment inquiry. So far, the evidence suggests the Biden family “business” is exactly what it appears to be: an influence-peddling scheme on a scale never before seen in American history. George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, who testified at the hearing, said that even though Washington, D.C., is “awash” in influence-peddling, he’s never seen “anything of this size and complexity,” and that Congress has a “duty to determine if the president is involved in what is a known form of corruption.”

A new law in California will raise the minimum wage for fast food workers to $20 per hour next year, an acknowledgment from the state's Democratic leaders that most of the often overlooked workforce are the primary earners for their low-income households.

When it takes effect on April 1, fast food workers in California will have the highest guaranteed base salary in the industry. The state's minimum wage for all other workers — $15.50 per hour — is already among the highest in the United States.

Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom signed the law Thursday amid a throng of cheering workers and labor leaders at an event in Los Angeles. Newsom dismissed the popular view that fast food jobs are meant for teenagers to have their first experience in the workforce.

"That's a romanticized version of a world that doesn't exist," Newsom said. "We have the opportunity to reward that contribution, reward that sacrifice and stabilize an industry."
