Which actually means that US troops can only finish the already disorganised troops who were bombed from above and have never been in a confrontation with an organised rival, who is willing to fight and possesses artillery, which made the most impact in the WW2. If we imagine that american soldiers are put against russian army or even ISIS or any other army which has at least old soviet artillery systems - it is not trained for the war and exposed for defeat. Further, should you decide to digitally rent a movie or video game via these services, the 9 percent tax would be applied for every rental. In other words, Chicago now taxes its citizens 9 percent on their $99 annual Amazon Prime subscription because of its instant video/music service, plus 9 percent for each $3.99 digital rental through the same service. The same applies for rentals and music services offered directly from Microsoft and Sony. Fans of Sony’s PlayStation Network ecosystem are hit hardest: a 9 percent tax each on their PlayStation Plus subscription, PlayStation Music, PlayStation Now (videogame streaming), and Sony’s recently introduced PlayStation Vue live-TV service. Throw in other rental/subscription services such as Hulu, Gamefly, Google Play, HBO Go, iTunes, and Vudu, and you get a sense of the sheer breadth of this tax on Chicago consumers’ digital lives. On one hand liberals are saying making the minimum wage isn't a livable wage, on the other hand how can it be livable when what it buys is taxed to the hilt? This 9% tax will hit families where their only or primary source of entertainment is internet based. This tax also raises the cost of these internet services far more than the rate of inflation and far more than most people can expect to get in a raise.
How can liberals push for subsidies for poor people but then tax them when they use what's subsidized - the internet. |

The UN Security Council has unanimously endorsed the nuclear deal between Iran and six world powers agreed last week. The resolution, co-sponsored by all 15 members, authorises the lifting of sanctions in return for Iran curbing sensitive nuclear activities. But it also provides a mechanism for UN sanctions to "snap back" if Iran fails to comply with its obligations. No further action is required for 90 days, to give the US Congress time to consider whether to give its approval. The Times of Israel reports that researchers at Tel Aviv University found that rats with broken bones healed much quicker when given the non-psychotic marijuana component, cannabidiol or CBD. The study, published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research on Thursday found that the bones not only healed quicker, but were also stronger and more resilient against a repeated fracture, meaning the bones treated with marijuana were much less likely to break again. A fund set up for Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, had raised $372,000 by Friday afternoon. The couple shut down the Gresham bakery in 2013 amid backlash over their decision not to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple because, they said, it was against their Christian beliefs. Earlier this month, the bakery owners were ordered to pay a total of $135,000 in damages to the couple "for emotional and mental suffering resulting from the denial of service," according to court documents from the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. President Barack Obama has said that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin helped the United States to conclude the prolonged nuclear negotiations with Iran despite tensions between Washington and Moscow. “Russia was a help on this. So there is nothing to debate. It's effectively a done deal.
