Okay there are many different forks of bitcoin; bitcoin starting first.
Solidcoin came out and was a good idea; having its 75% down; and 10% up
in difficulty adjustments. If 60% of the bitcoin network were to leave it would end up like namecoin getting less and less; but solidcoin doesn't do this; it has way fewer blocks to change difficulty, faster transactions, etc.

But many exchanges are shutting down

I invested and planning on keeping for 2 months. 16btc could yeild 600btc if it goes from 0.0008 to 0.03. Remember i0coin applies the same rules as solidcoin; same difficulty adjustment; so it has a lot of potential.

I can see it replacing solidcoin in the future. And maybe i will be really rich from this.

I heard this saying; that switching from name coin mining to bitcoin mining; is better; as you can trade more bitcoins for namecoins;
But if everyone does that; the namecoin network shuts down; from no miners; and no block finders; and it dies.
So everyone can't stop mining namecoins; There has to be some.

NameCoins are dropping, and dropping, as people realize this; but if everyone does; then no blocks.
Name coins are at 54 Giga hash; and it is dropping. It is starting to ponder if it is going to die.

I have about 3 giga hash of system power; and i donate about 200 Mhash or so to this pool.
I am hoping others can keep it alive at least. It is on its last legs; and i wouldn't want name coins to die.

Now you may be reading this post; saying well it doesn't have to be me; someone else can do the mining, there are billions of people
in the world; and it doesn't have to be me. But if everyone thinks like this. Then no one listens to this statement above; and no
one helps in the mining of namecoins.

It can be very little; it doesn't have to be huge; like for example you can have 200mhash running on bitcoins; you can donate like 10 or so.

I know some tricks that should make a 3%-5% speed change; and another 1-2% with settings. I am getting 290 m/hash with 945 GPU clock (Ati 6870). The changes can be done by anyone; you don't need to be a computer programmer or anything; so bare with me; It works with all cards;

Changes:

You want to go to folder Guiminer/kernels/phatk;
should see a file called kernel.cl; open it with notepad;

change code;

define Ma(x, y, z) amd_bytealign((y), (x | z), (z & x))
and change it to this line
  #define Ma(x, y, z) amd_bytealign( (z^x), (y), (x) )
Once you've done it, restart the miner.

That should give a 3% speed boost;
For another change; in extra flag in the guiminer
